Trust is one of the organizational resources. In the contemporary world, due to a variety of challenges related to demographic and globalization problems and the revival of modern areas of the economy, human capital and its application on the market are the fundamental growth factor. Trust generates a willingness to cooperate, and it is imperative to build positive relationships with others, which is necessary to cooperate with the environment. The discussed phenomenon is based on social coexistence, reflected on many levels and in various, often overlapping, interactions, and influences. Trust in any organization is a determinant of undertaking supra-individual activities and a pillar for motivating and mobilizing other people. The need for potent leadership is strong trust, openness in communication, and behavior rooted in conduct ethics. The theoretical aspects of trust and the essence of this phenomenon are presented in the article. There are described ways to build trust. Moreover, the issue of trust in organizations was discussed.

Text This study aims to determine the organizational management strategy with all the capabilities and limitations of organizational resources in going beyond the twists and turns, sacrifices, obstacles and challenges in realizing the development of the integrity zone by implementing effective management and empowering potential employees. as human capital. To serve as a reference as a pilot office in realizing good governance. Qualitative methods with triangulation techniques, namely interviews, field observations and document studies, with the research setting at the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type Madya Pabean Ngurah Rai. The data were analyzed against the interviewee's answers with secondary / supporting data obtained and verification of the validity / validity of the data was carried out with no difference between what the researcher reported and what actually happened to the object under study. In this study, it was found the intricacies of organizational efforts in implementing management in the form of work programs / strategies, innovation, empowerment of employees as human capital and the results of developing the integrity zone.

PurposeAccording to human capital theory, companies derive economic value from the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) of their employees. Research conducted by strategic human resource management has focused on how investment in human capital can create a competitive advantage for an organization. The purpose of the paper is, therefore, to investigate how the choice of different human capital acquisition strategies – “make or buy” – can influence employee attitudes and behavior.Design/methodology/approachThis study explores the relationship between internal and external human capital strategies and employee’s attitudes and behavior in Taiwan's IC (integrated circuit) design industry. The cross-sectional dataset derives from a sample of 49 human resource departments and 497 employees from 25 different IC design companies.FindingsThe findings indicate that the decisions made on human capital strategies have an important influence on employee’s attitude and behavior. The results also show that a climate of trust and perceived organizational support is a cross-level mechanism for both human capital strategy and employees' attitudes and behavior.Originality/valueThere has been little research on the cross-level analysis of human capital acquisition strategies that can influence employee’s attitudes and behavior. This study verified that internal and external human capital strategies do affect employees' individual perceptions of organizational support via the organizational-level climate of trust, which in turn influences employees' attitudes and behavior. This cross-level mechanism indeed will facilitate new insights into the nature of strategic human resource management.

This study draws on the conceptual framework of the relationship between human capital and innovation strategies and the relationship of social capital on innovation strategies and the relationship between financial capital and innovation strategies. This research is a literature study and the development of a conceptual framework on SMEs as an analysis. The results of the study succeeded in formulating three prepositions, namely a) a positive relationship between human capital and the company's innovation strategy; b) positive relationships between social capital and SME company innovation strategies; c) positive relationships between financial capital and the company's innovation strategy. The higher human capital, social capital, and financial capital, the better the formulation and implementation of innovation strategies in SME companies.

Object The scientific understanding of the nature of arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) in the brain is evolving. It is clear from current work that AVMs can undergo a variety of phenomena, including growth, remodeling, and/or regression—and the responsible processes are both molecular and physiological. A review of these complex processes is critical to directing future therapeutic approaches. The authors performed a comprehensive review of the literature to evaluate current information regarding the genetics, pathophysiology, and behavior of AVMs. Methods A comprehensive literature review was conducted using PubMed to reveal the molecular biology of AVMs as it relates to their complex growth and behavior patterns. Results Growth factors involved in AVMs include vascular endothelial growth factor, fibroblast growth factor, transforming growth factor β, angiopoietins, fibronectin, laminin, integrin, and matrix metalloproteinases. Conclusions Understanding the complicated molecular milieu of developing AVMs is essential for defining their natural history. Growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, and other molecular markers will be the key to unlocking novel targeted drug treatments for these brain malformations.

The purpose of this article is to determine final purchasers’ needs satisfied due to cooperation with offerors and the dependencies between these needs and previous behaviors and attitudes toward this cooperation. The results of the world literature analysis indicate a cognitive and research gap regarding the aspects mentioned. In order to reduce the gap, empirical studies were conducted, in which an online questionnaire was used to gather primary data. The research was implemented in the second half of 2020 among 1150 respondents representing Polish adult final purchasers. The data were subjected to quantitative analysis using statistical analysis and statistical testing, including exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis, Pearson chi-square independence test, V-Cramer contingency coefficient analysis, and Kruskal–Wallis test. The results of the statistical analysis made it possible to verify six research hypotheses. Dependencies were found between needs satisfied due to cooperation with offerors and the following aspects: (1) purchasers’ previous participation in cooperation with offerors, (2) purchasers’ willingness to cooperate with offerors, and (3) the assessment of contemporary purchasers’ readiness to cooperate with offerors. Willingness to cooperate with offerors differentiated all eleven needs satisfied due to cooperation with offerors analyzed in this study. Two other variables differentiated only a few of the needs analyzed. The results obtained from the research have a cognitive and applicability value. They contribute to theory of marketing and market behavior. They can also facilitate establishing and strengthening cooperation between offerors and final purchasers as important partners cooperating in the process of creating a marketing offer. This effect is very important in the case of shaping the cooperation between final purchasers and offerors of different products including energy ones. The originality of the approach proposed is evidenced by the fact it is the first time final purchasers’ needs that can be satisfied due to cooperation with offerors have been analyzed in the context of attitudes and behavior reflecting purchasers’ (1) previous participation in this cooperation, (2) willingness to cooperate with offerors, and (3) the assessment of contemporary final purchasers’ readiness to cooperate with offerors.

In the contemporary world, areas characterised by the development of the information economy and society are of particular importance. This article has two goals: a theoretical and an empirical one. From a theoretical perspective, an attempt is made to answer the question of how the growth of the IT sector changes the traditional concepts of industrial location and regional development. The empirical part presents the preliminary results of a research carried out under the international project “Accommodating Creative Knowledge: Competitiveness of European Metropolitan Regions within the Enlarged Union” (ACRE). They show the state, dynamics and spatial structure of the analysed sector as well as the spatial behaviour of its employees in the Poznań metropolitan area. The article concludes with a distinction of two development pathways of the IT sector: catching up with the more advanced Western economies and societies, and utilising the endogenous human capital.

Diaspora phenomena, it?s characteristics and functions, were changing in a resent decade along with momentum of globalization notably. This requires new research approaches. Unlike a previous period when migrants visited their homelands rarely or never, they came more often today. They contact with friends and family nearly every day. Because of that, relationships besides members of diaspora and their Motherland is changed. Communications besides migrants and nonmigrants in the homeland make transnational networks which enable that migrants investing their resources without need for return and has a big potential for a Motherland?s prosperity. Intensivity of migrations in a every part of the world have impact to expanding migrants social networks (social capital become bigger) and acquiring a new knowledge (their human capital became bigger). That is reason for interest of policy makers became greather for human and social capital although it was only for monetary remittance earlier. New knowledge and technology application together with consultation with experts all around the world are available for the Motherland because diasporas social capital. They could be very important resource for its economically, cultural and social prosperity. However, it?s important to know that interaction with a people with a different culture has impact to change and experience of personal identity by migrants. That requires modification of earlier understanding identity members of diaspora. Theirs identity had a core in a national identity earlier, but today it has a form of hybridity. In a meso level, respecting by Motherland perspective, that?s mean that national identity doesn?t main motive for diaspora investing anymore and that?s important to make a new stimulating migration policy. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to point diaspora phenomena changing - change resources and influence to the Motherland. As a first, the emphasis is on transnational networks which change communication mode and relationship members of diaspora and Motherland, but they have impact to growth of social capital of migrants which could be invested in homeland potentially. These networks enable easier to acquire a knowledge and it?s transfer. That is why human capital become more readily available for the Motherland. But, hybrid diaspora identity must be motive for change state diaspora policy which was based in an emotional component of national identity. They must change in way of making a more favorable structural conditions for diaspora investment which is a preconditions to attracting human and social capital of diaspora that could have a big impact to the Motherland?s progress.
