The article presents the relationship between the intensity of bicycle traffic volume and the development of bicycle infrastructure on the example of Warsaw. There has been a big increase in cycling over the last decade. At the same time, the linear and point bicycle infrastructure developed very strongly. Similar trends are also observed in other cities in Poland. The article presents the types of infrastructure available to cyclists. Then, the method of assessing the bicycle infrastructure is presented, taking into account the five features of good bicycle infrastructure: cohesion, directness, attractiveness, safety and comfort. In terms of coherence, the analysis covered the bicycle infrastructure network in the vicinity of the measurement site. The directness was tested by checking the accessibility of several dozen of the most important nodal points of the city's communication network. The attractiveness was examined by checking the availability of public bike stations, bicycle racks and bike-sharing stations. The infrastructure adjusted to the technical class of the road was adopted as a measure of safety. The comfort was checked by analyzing the quality of the road surface, which affects the driving comfort and energy expenditure. All the factors presented impact the cyclist's assessment of the infrastructure. To standardize the assessment rules, an aggregate index of the development of bicycle infrastructure was determined. The analysis was carried out for 10 sample points for four consecutive years. The points were characterized by different bicycle infrastructure, location in the city road network and different results of bicycle traffic measurements. The analysis showed a strong positive relationship between traffic and cycling infrastructure for most of the analyzed places. There was a negative dependence in the case of the construction of alternative routes in relation to the place of traffic measurements. The obtained results are the same as in the works of other authors. However, the effects of work do not allow to determine which of the examined factors is the cause and which is the effect but only show the existing relationship.

Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users.In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.

The study reveals the aspects that defi ne the concept of “lifestyle”, including the main categories: standard of living, lifestyle, quality of life and lifestyle. Insuffi cient knowledge of the mutual infl uence of people’s “lifestyle” on the typological structure of apartments and residential buildings, on the quality of the urban environment is emphasized. The infl uence of the level of urbanization of the city territory on the characteristics of the “urban lifestyle” is considered. Problematic issues are raised related to the debate on the relationship between building density and comfort and the quality index of the living environment. The main directions of fundamental research in the fi eld of architecture, aimed at the development of new types of buildings, are touched upon. The emphasis is made on the methods of using high-rise buildings for the humanization of the urban environment and the formation of a modern “compact city”.

ResumenEl objeto de este texto es la exposición y análisis de los procedimientos de intervención pública en el paisaje urbano de la ciudad de Madrid. El objetivo último de ese análisis es identificar el modelo público para el paisaje urbano en Madrid.  Este texto se centra en la exposición analítica de documentos oficiales antes que en sus conclusiones definitivas, por lo que le corresponde la denominación de Informe.  Este informe se organiza en dos partes: una exposición teórica que enmarca el posterior análisis de instrumentos administrativos de intervención en el paisaje.  Se concibe como parte de la investigación de Tesis Doctoral titulada “Transformación Reciente del Paisaje Comercial en el Centro Histórico”, acotada en un marco temporal de apenas diez años, marcado por la crisis y la desregulación económica, y en un marco territorial limitado al centro histórico de Madrid. Esa investigación se enmarca en una reflexión general sobre la relación entre actividad económica y paisaje urbano. El interés de este informe para la investigación es sobre la utilidad de ese modelo público para el paisaje urbano en Madrid como parámetro para valorar la rentabilidad de los esfuerzos públicos y privados en la mejora de la calidad del paisaje urbano.AbstractThe purpose of this text is the exhibition and analysis of public intervention procedures in the urban landscape of the city of Madrid. The ultimate goal of this analysis is to identify the public model for the urban landscape in Madrid. This text focuses on the analytical exposition of official documents rather than on their final conclusions, for which reason the denomination of Report corresponds. This report is organized in two parts: a theoretical exposition that frames the subsequent analysis of administrative instruments of intervention in the landscape. It is conceived as part of the Doctoral Thesis research titled "Recent Transformation of the Commercial Landscape in the Historic Center", bounded within a period of just ten years, marked by the crisis and economic deregulation, and in a territorial framework limited to the historic center of Madrid. This research is part of a general reflexion on the relationship between economic activity and urban landscape. The interest of this report for the investigation is about the utility of that public model for the urban landscape in Madrid as a parameter to assess the profitability of public and private efforts in improving the quality of the urban landscape.

This article seeks to reflect on the already existing and inseparable rela­ tionships between society, sustainability, culture and leisure, bringing to the core of the reflection the concept of MIL Cities (Media Information as a potential scenario for developing new urban, human, cul­ tural and technological. Initially, a review of the concept of leisure was made, addressing its foundational pillars and cultural contents, poste­ riorly the relationship between individual and quality of life in cities is explained, through body practices and body awareness, as well as through environmental practices and the promotion of an increasingly active and collective environmental awareness. The relationship of oc­ cupation, belonging and right to the city is also addressed and, precisely at this point, the potential for the use of new technologies by the private sector, public authorities and civil society in the construction and appli­ cation of possibilities that permeate the universe of MIL Cities.

Solid waste from health services, the so-called “hospital waste”, has high risks to society and the environment. Because of this, it was necessary to create legislation that would indicate a whole treatment, seeking impact resolution without losing the quality of care provided. Thus are in force the CONAMA Resolutions 358/05, RDC ANVISA 222/18 and Law 12.305 / 10 that deal with health service waste management (SSR) steps and their management, defining the conduct of SSR agents to prevent and properly treat waste with potential contamination. This requires that every institution implements these safe-conduct strategies in the handling, storage, transportation, treatment and final disposal of SSR. In this research, the steps proposed by the Health Care Waste Management Plan (PGRSS) were analyzed: (segregation, packaging, identification, internal transport, temporary storage, treatment, external storage, collection and external transportation and final disposal). in a public hospital unit, located in the city of Manaus, by observing and describing the practices performed in the unit, resulting in 8 stages out of 9, which were presented, obtained satisfactory conditions in compliance with the legislation. What needs improvement in order to meet conditions responsive to legislation is local segregation. Another issue observed was related to sustainable responsibility, which hospital unit has. When adopting sustainable practices, there should be interactions of activities and awareness of all entities, which is already observed in this specific hospital unit, with sustainable practices based on certification because it meets the importance of the relationship with the environment, seeking to obtain increasingly satisfactory results, not only to respond to the legislative condition.

The article is devoted to the problems of disturbed lands that are part of urban territories, the need for reclamation and the creation of recreational spaces based on them. There are a large number of quarries on the territory of the Belgorod region, many of which are no longer functioning and they need to be transformed. The work in this direction entails an improvement in the environmental situation, increases the quality of the urban environment and makes these objects attractive for investment. The authors consider the main factors affecting the reclamation of the territory, analyze the types of soil and identify the relationship of geodesy with the architectural component of reclamation, present foreign and domestic experience in solving problems related to disturbed lands, comply a table of the main quarries of the Belgorod region in order to identify features characteristic of this region. As a result of the research, proposals and methods are put forward, taking into account regional peculiarities, for the reclamation of a chalk quarry in order to create a recreational space and then integrate it into the forest park framework in Belgorod, which will lead to an improvement in the environmental situation and aesthetic perception of the city as a whole.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p>Highway is a land transportation infrastructure that forms a transportation network to connect an area to other regions, so that the wheels of the economy and development can rotate well. This research was based on the road age of the third year of the road Krueng Geukueh - Beureughang, so the researchers wanted to know what factors were the causes of performance degradation on the road and the relationship between the decline in road performance on the material used. In this study includes 3 stages, namely, Core drill, Marshall Test testing and testing of Test Extracts that have been achieved using 8 (Eight) samples. So it can be concluded that there has been a decrease in asphalt levels on the road resulting in damage and decreased performance on the road. Coupled with increased charges within 3 (three) years, therefore repairs to the road are needed. From this research, it is expected to be able to provide input to improve the quality of the material and the layer of road surface pavement.</p><p> </p><strong><em>Keywords :   Decreasing Road Performance, Core Drill,  Marshall Test, Test Extract,  Asphalt Level.</em></strong>

<p>Ao considerar os desafios inerentes à educação, a formação docente apresenta-se enquanto tema em constante discussão. Assim sendo, refletir acerca da qualidade dos cursos oferecidos é essencial para a construção sólida das bases formativas dos profissionais atuantes no mercado de trabalho. Nesse contexto, o munícipio de Paço do Lumiar, devido ao desenvolvimento populacional e de infraestrutura, tem apresentado um aumento na demanda de vagas de cursos superiores. Desse modo, esta produção aborda a relação da oferta/demanda de vagas com a qualidade dos cursos voltados à formação docente, no munício luminense. Para tanto, os embasamentos teóricos, a partir da análise de dados e documentos, fixaram-se na legislação, na história da educação superior no Brasil e no panorama atual da educação básica de Paço Lumiar. A presente pesquisa concretizou-se no Instituto Superior Franciscano (IESF), instituição de referência na localidade, junto aos graduandos de pedagogia, a partir de entrevistas e questionários. Destarte, este estudo é oriundo das inquietações dos autores acerca da educação, a qual possui com um de seus pilares a formação de profissionais competentes e qualificados.</p><p><strong>Palavras-Chave</strong>: educação, desenvolvimento social, formação docente, qualidade.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Considering the challenges of education, teacher training is presented as a subject in constant discussion. Therefore, reflecting on the quality of the courses offered is essential to the solid construction of the training bases of professionals working in the job market. In this context, the city of Paço do Lumiar, due to population development and infrastructure, has shown an increase in demand for higher education places. Thus, this production approaches the relationship of supply / demand for vacancies with the quality of courses focused on teacher training, in this city. Therefore, the theoretical grounds, from the data and document analysis, were fixed in legislation in the history of higher education in Brazil and the current situation of basic education in Paço do Lumiar. This research has been made at the Franciscan Institute (IESF), a reference institution in the town, with pedagogy of graduate students, by interviews and questionnaires. Thus, this study arises from the concerns of the authors about education, which has one of its pillars with the formation of competent and qualified professionals.</p><p><strong>Keywords : </strong>education, social development, teacher training, quality.</p><p> </p>

A percepção ambiental surgiu como meio de identificar a relação entre os indivíduos e o meio ambiente, buscando verificar as formas como as pessoas percebem o meio ambiente. Dessa forma, o presente estudo visou identificar aspectos relacionados à percepção ambiental de corpos d’água das cidades de Palmeirais-PI e Beneditinos-PI, com o intuito de discutir sobre a frequência, ações de preservação, qualidade da água do rio Parnaíba e do açude Taboquinha, respectivamente. Sendo assim, a pesquisa foi realizada com estudantes de uma escola do município de Palmeirais-PI e cidadãos do município de Beneditinos-PI. Para tal pesquisa, utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de dados, em ambas as cidades, um questionário estruturado. Diante desse pressuposto, os resultados mostraram que, embora a maioria dos alunos conheçam o rio Parnaíba, desconhecem a ocorrência de ações de prevenção da poluição das águas fomentadas pela escola. Além disso, para os alunos, as atividades de passeio e recreação são as que mais lhes sugerem a utilidade das águas do rio Parnaíba, enquanto uso educativo é quase inexistente. Nesse sentido, observou-se o distanciamento desses alunos de parte de sua realidade local. No que diz respeito aos resultados obtidos com frequentadores do açude Taboquinha, na cidade de Beneditinos-PI, verificou-se a ausência de ações de preservação ambiental, haja vista que os moradores mencionam a má qualidade da água. Assim, concluiu-se que há necessidade de se implantar políticas públicas de conscientização dos frequentadores do açude, a fim de preservar o meio ambiente e ainda assim manter o turismo local. Educação ambiental.   Environmental perception study: different perspectives about water bodies in municipalities in Northeast Brazil Abstract Environmental perception emerged as a means of identifying the relationship between individuals and the environment, seeking to verify the ways in which people perceive the environment. It is also a way to verify the forms as people perceive the environment. This study aims to identify aspects related to the environmental perception of water bodies in the cities of Palmeirais-PI and Beneditinos-PI, in order to discuss the frequency, preservation actions, water quality of the Parnaíba river and the Taboquinha reservoir, respectively. Therefore, the research was carried out with students from a school in the city of Palmeirais-PI and citizens of the city of Beneditinos-PI. For such research, a structured questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument in both cities. Given this assumption, the results showed that, although most students know the Parnaíba River, they are unaware of the occurrence of water pollution prevention actions promoted by the school. In addition, for students, walking and recreation activities are the ones that most suggest the utility of the waters of the Parnaíba River, while educational use is almost non-existent. In this sense, it is observed that these students are distant from part of their local reality. With regard to the results obtained with users of the Taboquinha reservoir, in the city of Beneditinos-PI, there was an absence of environmental preservation actions, given that the residents mention the poor quality of the water. Thus, it was concluded that there is a need to implement public policies to raise awareness among the weir visitors, in order to preserve the environment and still maintain local tourism.
