This article highlights previous studies on the development of sustainable heritage cities using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data obtained through various search methods, such as (1) a rigorous search of leading major journal databases (Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), Science Direct) and additional journal databases (Google Scholar and My Cite), and (2) handpicking/manual searching. Once the data was obtained, it was analysed through systematic searching strategies (SSS) to obtain accurate and precise material in the field studied. The obtained material was screened in three SSS steps, namely: (1) identification (2) screening, and (3) eligibility. As a result, a total of 42 materials and documents were successfully found and summarized for highlighting. Next, the findings of the analysis were broken down into: (1) the frequency of sustainable urban heritage development studies conducted by country, (2) sustainable urban heritage development constructs (economic prosperity, social well-being, environmental well-being, cultural heritage, government, and community), and (3) study areas (heritage cities, heritage buildings, and historical sites). The findings of this study can contribute to a new paradigm for studies that involve the sustainable development of heritage cities in Malaysia in achieving the 2030 Agenda.   Abstrak. Artikel ini menyoroti studi sebelumnya terkait pengembangan kota warisan berkelanjutan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data diperoleh melalui berbagai metode pencarian, seperti (1) pencarian dari basis data jurnal terkemuka (Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), Science Direct) dan basis data jurnal tambahan (Google Scholar dan My Cite), dan (2) pencarian manual. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisis melalui strategi pencarian sistematis (SSS) untuk mendapatkan materi yang akurat dan tepat pada keilmuan yang diteliti. Materi yang diperoleh disaring dalam tiga langkah SSS, yaitu: (1) identifikasi, (2) penyaringan, dan (3) tingkat kelayakan. Hasilnya, terdapat total 42 materi dan dokumen yang berhasil ditemukan dan dirangkum untuk disorot. Selanjutnya, temuan analisis dibagi menjadi: (1) frekuensi studi pengembangan warisan kota berkelanjutan yang dilakukan oleh negara, (2) konstruksi pengembangan warisan kota berkelanjutan (kemakmuran ekonomi, kesejahteraan sosial, kesejahteraan lingkungan, budaya cagar budaya, pemerintah, dan masyarakat), dan (3) kawasan studi (kota cagar budaya, bangunan cagar budaya, dan situs sejarah). Temuan penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi pada paradigma baru untuk studi yang melibatkan pembangunan berkelanjutan kota warisan di Malaysia dalam mencapai Agenda 2030.   Kata kunci. Responsible innovation has always been an important issue in discourses addressing the major challenges faced by humankind in terms of natural resource degradation, climate change, economic progress and societal well-being. However, its integration into industry is still in its infancy, and even more so when it comes to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The aim of this research is to use a systematic literature review to develop a conceptual model for responsible innovation and its relationship with SME performance, in connection with sustainable innovation and corporate social responsibility practices. A bibliometric analysis of 102 articles collected between 2000 and April 2020 from the Web of Science database was used, in addition to the systematic literature review using the Gephi and NVivo software. The study presents an overview of the articles, authors, and most influential journals and research clusters identified, and provides a solid conceptual framework to be applied in this field and in the context of SMEs.

Blood collection is one of the most common nursing procedures and is not devoid of complications. The order of draw during blood collection is a controversial theme. We aimed to define the efficacy of the order of draw during blood collection to guarantee an exact biochemical result. We carried out a systematic literature review on PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, Embase, Joanna Briggs Institute, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. Articles written in English and published from 2000 to 2020 were considered suitable. The analysis of the 11 articles included highlighted different opinions; however, the most recent evidence declares that the cross-contamination caused by the incorrect order of draw is a trait only in the open system of drawing. The most recent evidence affirms the negligible effect of the order of draw during blood collection when using the closed blood collection system, while it is recommended when using the open collection system.

A systematic literature review (SLR) from 1991 to 2019 is carried out about EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model in this paper. The aim of the paper is to present state of the art in quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model that will guide future research lines in this field. The articles were searched with the help of six strings and these six strings were executed in three popular databases i.e. Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Around 584 peer-reviewed articles examined, which are directly linked with the subject of quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model. About 108 papers were chosen finally, then the purpose, data collection, conclusion, contributions, and type of quantitative of the selected papers are discussed and analyzed briefly in this study. Thus, this study identifies the focus areas of the researchers and knowledge gaps in empirical quantitative literature on the EFQM excellence model. This article also presents the lines of future research.

Public sector organizations, primarily higher education institutions (HEIs), are facing greater levels of responsibility since adopting and committing to the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development (SD) and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). HEIs are expected to provide guidance for various stakeholders on this matter, but also to implement this agenda and the SDGs in their institutions. Although the role of these organizations has been recognized, the fields and issues that HEIs should address on their path towards sustainability and SD are still unclear. To provide further clarity, a semi-systematic literature review on sustainability and SD in HEIs was conducted to identify both the key concepts and main research themes that represent sustainability and SD in HEIs and to identify research gaps. This review increases our knowledge of this topic and enhances our understanding of sustainability and SD in the context of HEIs.

Purpose – This paper aims to present a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of studies in Brazil with applications of multivariate control charts indexed in journals on the Web of Science. Design/methodology/approach – The following steps were carried out: a detailed synthesis was performed on the general characteristics of the corpus, co-citation and collaboration networks analyzed; and a co-occurrence of terms in the text corpus was verified. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out using the protocols set out by Biolchini et al. (2007), Kitchenham (2004) and Tranfield, Denyer and Smart (2003). Papers were selected from the Web of Science database, and after applying filters, results for 29 articles were given to compose the corpus. Findings – A tendency was found for an increase in publications, along with more international research on the issue. The journal most used for publication was the Microchemical Journal. This analysis provided relevant authors for research in this area: Harold Hotelling, Douglas Montgomery, and John Frederick MacGregor. Important Brazilian researchers were highlighted who work mainly in the pharmaceutical and biodiesel industry. Originality/value – No articles were found that had carried out a Systematic Literature Review of Brazilian research on multivariate control charts. The main contributions to this manuscript related to an increase in scientific know-how in the area of multivariate and bibliometric analysis. Keywords - Multivariate Control Charts. Computational Thinking (CT) has been increasingly embraced as a reformation in STEM education. This paper discusses why the implementation of CT would have a considerable effect on STEM education. The first objective of this systematic literature review is to identify the subjects that incorporate the most elements of CT in STEM education. Secondly, it aims to provide an overview of CT practices in the classrooms. Finally, the major findings of this study seek to discuss the benefits and challenges of the use of CT in STEM education. Fifteen articles were methodically selected from Scopus, Web of Science, Dimensions, and Google Scholar databases as the relevant studies to be discussed in this systematic study, based on the PRISMA Statement (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) review technique. This review identifies current research gaps and directions for the practice and implementation of CT in STEM education. Further analysis of the articles has contributed to a conclusion that CT has become more widespread and multi-disciplinary and seems to have propagated improvements in STEM education. Still, a new study is required, especially on long-term implications.

Current survey shows there are 1 out of 5 graduates are unemployed (Site, 2018). Lack of non technical skills among graduates be one of the main reason for unemployment.Data shows Problem Solving Skills is the second most important non technical skill sought by employers (To et al., 2019); The studies show that the problems cannot be solved by using the same kind of thinking approach applied at the moment it was created. Therefore, a systematic analytical skill is required to handle the engineering related problems happening at manufacturing environment or engineering workplace. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing literature about Problem Solving skills for graduate engineers through a systematic literature review. This paper analyses literature through electronic databases mainly from Scopus and Web of Science. This paper summarizes types of problem solving skills applied in the engineering field as of now. Based on that, engineers can differentiate and understand the approach of the problem solving skills in the industrial environment to improve the failures and increase productivity.
