Due to advancing information and communication technologies webinars have become a means of continuing education which demands methodological support and standardization. The authors analyze the methods of labor rating, in particular, timing of technological and organizational processes. The factors of time input for webinar organization are defined: i. e. number of lecturers, including those remote ones, various formats and number of demonstrated materials (presentations, video, audio, texts, links), scenario multitasking (for example, polling, displaying related materials, linking, etc.), simultaneous broadcasting to another videohosting  (i.e YouTube). The list of technological processes for webinar organization is presented along with the findings of labor rating as exemplified by the NPLS&T’s experience. The calculations of real time consumed are obtained through the judgment-based method as well as through the continuous timing method. The authors conclude on the rate between real-life and typical timing of webinar organization and the proportion of this time within working hours in NPLS&T.

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is one of the approaches that most effectively emphasize the concept of individual uniqueness, at international level: each of us perceives the world in a different way, acquires and processes information in different ways, has multiple intelligences and skills. The trend of contemporary teaching places the focus on the characteristics and needs of the learner, so it is essential to recognize and value each member belonging to the class, including pupils with disabilities and learning difficulties. With the UDL it is possible to overcome the idea of modifying teaching activities at a later stage for those students who present difficulties, it starts from a design phase that already contemplates the differences between learners. Moreover, the relationship between the UDL, Information and Communication Technologies and disability highlights that ICT can facilitate daily teaching practice, renewing it and promoting significant learning that promotes the educational success of each learner. The conscious use of ICT is in fact one of the actions proposed by the UDL, in particular to achieve the flexibility sought in truly inclusive curricula.

Continuing education goes hand in hand with the qualification of the targeted people, since this training is always at the service of the organization and the individual himself. Consequently, the aim therefore, of our work is to seek to what extent the GENIE program contributed to the improvement of learning through the integration of ICT. In fact, the objective of this program is to generalize the use of information and communication technologies in educational establishments and to qualify human resources in the matter. For this, we adopt the Visi-Tic model, developed by P.Coen and J. Schumacher (2006), which is used to assess the degree of penetration of an innovation. In addition, we designed and carried out a survey in the form of a questionnaire, with 52 teachers from different disciplines.

During the historical development of didactic theory and teaching practice, numerous systems have been developed to determine the structure of work in teaching. The term system is a word of Greek origin and means attitude or order. Today, the term system is defined in different ways. It is defined as a set of elements whose mutual relations are based on certain laws or principles. The term didactics is also of Greek origin and originally means teaching, today we know that didactics is the science of teaching. There is no consensus in the didactic literature on what is meant by the term didactic or teaching system. The reason for that is that there are several divisions and explanations, because in the past period various didactic systems have been developed which determined the structure of work in teaching. Today, by teaching system we mean a shaped and designed way of organizing learning in teaching. Teaching systems are among the basic didactic issues and are the result of studying didactic theory and teaching practice. It is almost impossible to imagine a formal educational process without the application of modern educational technologies, which increasingly imply the intensive application of information and communication technologies and media. In this paper we will look at the very beginning of teaching and the traditional system of teaching in didactic theory.

Formação do Professor. Novas Metodologias de Ensino. AbstractGiven the current reality experienced by society in the face of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the favorable possibilities they offer to the teaching-learning process, since some documents such as the National Curricular Parameters (NCP), which rule  the  basic education, indicate ICT as Effective tools in the process of teaching learning, the problem of trying to understand why the widespread ICT are not properly used for educational purposes due to the students' learning as it could be arose. The objective of this research was to investigate the perception of science teachers about the knowledge and didactic possibilities of ICT in education. In this context, the research comprises a case study, where the profile of the elementary school science teacher and his or her  teaching practice were observed, the subjects were elementary school teachers II of a private school . Data collection was done through interviews with open questionnaires, data were tabulated and grouped into four categories of analysis. These categories suggest from the reading of the interviews, where a saturation of the key concepts in the statements was made, so that the questions raised suggested a particular way of organizing the information obtained during the process of obtaining the data. It was observed with this research that if the ICT are well applied they can assign a significance to the process of teaching learning, and that contribute significantly to the motivation and interest for the subject of sciences. Keywords: Information and Communication Technologies. It is a fact that the notion of education has been changing over the last years, mainly because of information and communication technologies (ICTs). In this globalized world, people are swamped by information, and the key issue is to surf it and choose the appropriate bit. This wealth of information and the need of constantly updating knowledge in order to carry out work society demands: turn learning into lifelong self-training. This chapter aims to present the experience of collaborative work in a virtual learning scenario held by the University of Salamanca, Clay Formación Internacional, and Asociación Logo in the continuing education and specialist course Technologies and networked training methodologies: Tutor online. As former students, now the authors belong to the tutor and scientific team. The Tutor online project (TOL) is an instance of how to make quality continuing education more common and give freer access to it. Its asynchronous nature allows each individual to adapt it to their own particular time and space needs.
