Debido a la creciente presencia de la tecnología digital en los entornos educativos formales, las aplicaciones digitales que apoyan los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje son cada día más sofisticados y los docentes están tomando parte activa en el diseño de esas aplicaciones. Uno de los aspectos que más ha evolucionado es el desarrollo de software para el diseño de plataformas de tecnología educativa. Este aspecto ha sido motivo de diversas investigaciones científicas, pero no existen publicaciones que den cuenta de cómo han sido considerados los principios de la Ingeniería de Software por parte de los docentes en el desarrollo de software para el diseño de plataformas de tecnología educativa. Para cumplir con lo anterior, se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura especializada publicada en los últimos cinco años con el método de investigación documental propio de la metasíntesis. La obtención de información se realizó en las bases de datos científicos Springer Link, Science Direct, ERIC y CONRICyT con la siguiente fórmula: "Software Engineering" AND ("Instructional Design" OR "Educational Technology"). Fueron analizados en total 69 artículos escritos en inglés o español. Tras una interpretación hermenéutica de los resultados, el hallazgo más relevante sugiere que, aunque los principios de Ingeniería de Software sí son contemplados y aplicados por la mayoría de los docentes, existe una brecha entre la teoría y la práctica referente a la tecnología educativa, misma que deriva de la complejidad de empatar la pedagogía con el desarrollo tecnológico. Finalmente, se sugiere el desarrollo de un modelo que facilite aplicar los principios de la Ingeniería de Software en el proceso de diseño de las plataformas, que a su vez facilitaría el proceso de desarrollo de software educativo. Due to the growing presence of digital technology in formal educational environments, digital applications that support teaching-learning processes are becoming more sophisticated and teachers are taking an active part in its design. One of the aspects that has evolved the most is the development of software for the design of educational technology platforms. This aspect has been the subject of various scientific research, but there are no publications that account for how the principles of software engineering have been considered by teachers in the development of software for the design of educational technology platforms. To comply with the above, a systematic review of the specialized literature published in the last five years was carried out with the documentary research method of meta-synthesis. The information was obtained in the scientific databases Springer Link, Science Direct, ERIC and CONRICyT with the following formula: "Software Engineering" AND ("Instructional Design" OR "Educational Technology"). A total of 69 articles written in English or Spanish were analyzed. After a hermeneutical interpretation of the results, the most relevant finding suggests that, although the principles of software engineering are contemplated and applied by most of the teachers, there is a gap between theory and practice regarding educational technology, which derives from the complexity of matching pedagogy with development. Finally, the development of a model that facilitates the application of software engineering principles in the platform design process is suggested, which in turn would facilitate the educational software development process.

Resumen Desde tiempo atrás las tecnologías han tenido influencia en la forma de enseñar y aprender, la llamada tecnología educativa ha evolucionado hacia lo que hoy se conoce como tecnologías de la información y la comunicación TIC, de allí que las demandas actuales en el ámbito educativo tienden a la reflexión sobre la integración de éstas a los procesos enseñanza-aprendizaje y sobre el apoyo de las TIC para la mediación pedagógica. En ese sentido es necesario comprender el papel de las TIC en el ámbito educativo, el concepto de mediación pedagógica, los elementos que la constituyen y las etapas generales consideradas en el diseño instruccional que orientan su construcción desde la planeación hasta la evaluación de la acción formativa. O uso da tecnologia na área educacional vem se tornando um assunto de suma importância, e nessa perspectiva, requer-se mais atenção por parte dos docentes nos conteúdos ministrados. A pesquisa objetivou construir e validar uma tecnologia educativa tipo folder sobre mídias digitais. Trata-se de um estudo metodológico, desenvolvido em três etapas. Primeira: construção, elaboração do texto, seleção de imagens e layout para serem usados no folder. Segunda: seleção e validação pelos juízes. Terceira: foram realizadas as correções dos juízes e o encaminhamento para impressão. Os dados foram analisados através de estatística descritiva, por meio do Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC), considerando valido um IVC>0,78. A avaliação dos juízes de conteúdo, classificou a tecnologia educativa validada com um IVC de 0,90. Portanto, o material proposto e construído se torna um material cientificamente valido em meio a comunidade cientifica, auxiliando os professores a inserir a mídia em sala de aula

Conventional software engineering methodologies have strategies for analysis and design of educational software applications, but they have evolved in relation to the phase of the instructional design. In this article, from the review of some models of instructional design and the identification of gaps in two proposed models for the design of virtual courses, a data model is proposed to describe the elements involved in the design of virtual courses and illustrate the relationships between such elements. In preparing this model, we take into account the activities of some models of instructional design. The construction of this data model is a contribution to formalize the design of virtual courses.

Las acciones de entrenamiento tienen una orientación para la lecto-comprensión de textos diversos que incluyen los audiovisuales, generalmente, con una misma temática que facilita la comparación y la puesta en práctica del debate .se destaca la utilización de la tecnología educativa para la actualización en los medios de enseñanza que hoy son tan importantes en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza de enseñanza aprendizaje de las asignaturas que se ofrecen en la educación de postgrado con intención Semipresencial. El objetivo del trabajo es entrenar a los matriculados de cómo insertar en su desempeño la tecnología más actualizada. El método teórico fundamental es la sistematización para exponer resultados de investigaciones dirigidas a la formación de postgrado para especialistas de la asignatura Español-Literatura bajo clave epistémicas de orientación didáctica. Se utiliza, además la revisión documental, la observación y la entrevista .Los resultados se utilizan en el Programa de Especialidad de posgrado. ABSTRACT The training actions have an orientation for the reading-comprehension of diverse texts that include audiovisuals, generally, with the same theme that facilitates the comparison and the implementation of the debate. The use of educational technology for updating in the teaching aids that are so important today in the direction of the teaching-learning process of the subjects that are offered in postgraduate education with blended-in-class intention. The objective of the work is to train those enrolled in how to insert the most up-to-date technology into their performance. The fundamental theoretical method is the systematization to present research results aimed at postgraduate training for specialists in the subject Spanish-Literature under epistemic keys of didactic orientation. The fast pace of development of the Internet and the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic have considerably impacted the educative sector, encouraging the constant transformation of the teaching/learning strategies and more in technological areas as Educational Software Engineering. Web programming, a fundamental topic in Software Engineering and Cloud-based applications, deals with various critical challenges in education, such as learning continuous emerging technological tools, plagiarism detection, generating innovative learning environments, among others. Continual change and even more change with the current digitization becomes a challenge for teachers and students who cannot depend on traditional educational methods. The article presents a sustainable teaching/learning methodology for web programming courses in Engineering Education using project-based learning adaptable to the continuous web technological advances. The methodology has been developed and improved during 9 years, 15 groups, and 3 different universities. Our results demonstrate that the methodology is adaptable with new technologies that might arise; it also presents the advantages of avoiding plagiarism in students and a personalized induction for every specific student in the learning process.

Objetivo: Validar o aplicativo móvel HelpTeen como tecnologia educativa para prevenção da violência contra adolescentes. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de validação ou metodológica aplicada, com abordagem quantitativa, cuja coleta de dados aconteceu no mês de agosto de 2019, em duas escolas públicas de ensino fundamental e médio de Sobral-Ceará. A validação de conteúdo e aparência foi realizada com 106 adolescentes de 14 a 18 anos. Os dados foram submetidos a estatística descritiva e expressos por meio do Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC). Para fins de validação foi considerado o percentual mínimo de 75% de concordância para cada item. Resultados: os 17 itens de avaliação foram validados alcançando o referencial exigido com IVC>0,75, sendo avaliados com os menores índices, os itens: C 1.2 (=0,77) sobre se as funções eram suficientes ao alcance de objetivos; o C1.4 (=0,76) que trata do aprendizado de um novo conteúdo; C 2.3 (=0,77) quanto a quantidade apropriada de informação em cada tela; e D 1.3 (=0,77) sobre a exploração de conteúdos consistentes. Conclusão: Conclui-se que o aplicativo HelpTeen foi validado pelo público adolescente, embora ainda necessite aperfeiçoar algumas funções relacionadas ao aprendizado, como também no quesito da usabilidade visando maior interesse do aplicativo como ferramenta educativa para o público adolescente.Palavras-chave: Estudos de validação; Tecnologia da Informação; Ensino-aprendizagem. Saúde do Adolescente. VALIDATION OF THE HELPTEEN APPLICATION TO PREVENT VIOLENCE AGAINST ADOLESCENTSObjective: To validate the HelpTeen mobile application as an educational technology for preventing violence against adolescents. Method: This is an applied research, with a quantitative approach, whose data collection took place in August 2019 in two public elementary and high schools in Sobral-Ceará. The content and appearance validation was performed with 106 adolescents (14-18 years old). The data were submitted to descriptive statistics and expressed through the Content Validity Index (CVI). For validation purposes, the minimum percentage of 75% agreement for each item was considered. Results: the 17 evaluation items were validated reaching the required benchmark with CVI> 0.75, and the items were evaluated with the lowest indexes: C 1.2 (= 0.77) on whether the functions were sufficient to achieve objectives; o C1.4 (= 0.76) that deals with the learning of new content; C 2.3 (= 0.77) regarding the appropriate amount of information on each screen; and D 1.3 (= 0.77) on the exploration of consistent content. Conclusion: It is concluded that the HelpTeen application was validated by the adolescent public, although it still needs to improve some functions related to learning, as well as in terms of usability, aiming at the greater interest of the application as an educational tool for the adolescent public.Keywords: Validation studies; Information Technology; Teaching-learning; Adolescent Health. VALIDACIÓN DE LA APLICACIÓN HELPTEEN PARA PREVENIR LA VIOLENCIA CONTRA LOS ADOLESCENTESObjetivo: validar la aplicación móvil HelpTeen como tecnología educativa para prevenir la violencia contra los adolescentes. Conclusion:Se concluye que la aplicación HelpTeen fue validada por el público adolescente, aunque todavía necesita mejorar algunas funciones relacionadas con el aprendizaje, así como en términos de usabilidad, con el objetivo de un mayor interés de la aplicación como una herramienta educativa para el público adolescente.Palabras clave: estudios de validación; Tecnología de la informacion; Enseñanza-aprendizaje. ResumenLa creación de un recurso educativo digital abierto (REDA) de acentuación en español responde a una de las dificultades básicas de los estudiantes universitarios frente al dominio de la comunicación escrita. La dinámica del proceso de creación permitió identificar la ausencia de recursos de calidad sobre acentuación y la falta de procedimientos claros y accesibles para profesores no expertos en tecnología, interesados en ofrecer recursos digitales acordes a las expectativas del estudiante de hoy. Digital Technology Resources (DTR) are considered essential in society and education for teaching-learning. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, higher education classes have moved from face-to-face to remote teaching. Therefore, students and professors have the challenge of using DTRs as the main artifacts in their activities. This paper investigates the professors’ perceptions of DTRs in teaching practices before and during social isolation. A survey that obtained 140 responses indicates that several DTRs will remainupon the face-to-face teaching modality resumes. So, by sharing the Survey’s results, we hope to support future instructional design practices and suggest new requirements for educational software development.
