As one of the new liberal arts categories, law has always been a key subject of national legal construction. With the continuous development of science and technology and the rapid progress of society, enterprises' demand for legal talents has changed from single type to compound type. The current training mode of legal talents in our country cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of the society. In view of this, combined with the traditional theoretical teaching mode of talent training for law majors, the new talent training methods should be added to explore the suitable mode for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talent for law majors in China. With the development of the Internet and E-Commerce, logistics has maintained a sustained and rapid development trend since the 1980s. Its industry scale and service capacity have been significantly improved. It has become a new economic growth point in China, and logistics has become a pillar industry in the development of the national economy. With the vigorous development of logistics industry, more logistics talents are needed, and universities are the cradle of training talents. The logistics personnel training is far behind the logistics market demand, and those practice is weak during the process of the logistics professional teaching with the theory. Therefore, if there is chance to make a breakthrough, must rely on practical teaching to strengthen logistics theory and practice combination, with the help of practice process to improve the students’ practical ability, related handling problems and straining capacity, including effectively improvement the comprehensive ability of students, for achievement the effective docking of school education and enterprises. Production-University-Research Collaboration training is an important way to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovation ability, and it is also a new highlight of application-oriented universities, colleges and universities, as a new way to cultivate talents. School-enterprise integration practice teaching is the way to cultivate innovative talents and the core goal of higher education teaching reform in the new era. The collaborative cultivation mode of logistics talents provides an implementation plan for improving students’ practical ability, practical ability, problem-solving ability and strain ability, and also provides a specific realization path for logistics professionals, to provide comprehensive talents more in line with the needs of enterprises. The rapid development of E-commerce requires the cultivation of well-educated E-commerce talents. However, the traditional talents training methods of E-commerce specialty in colleges cannot meet the requirements of the industry. In order to cultivate high-quality E-commerce innovative talents, we should keep up with the pace of the times, timely adjust the training scheme, establish a perfect training system and improve the training mode. Based on the main problems existing in the cultivation of E-commerce talents in colleges, this paper introduces the CDIO-OBE engineering education mode. Taking CDIO as the main line of E-commerce specialty courses, the target ability indicators and professional knowledge are gradually run through in all teaching links, cultivating students' practical application ability and improving students' innovative designing ability. Under the concept of OBE, the industry requirements are transformed into the ability training objectives of students at different levels, so as to guide the formulation of curriculum training objectives and improve the teaching contents. The two concepts complement each other and jointly improve the current training mode of application talents of E-commerce, so as to cultivate innovative talents of E-commerce with sound vocational skills and professionalism.

Technological advances are growing rapidly, including mobile device technology, one of which is an Android smartphone that is experiencing rapid progress with a variety of features so that it can spoil its users, with the rapid development of smartphone technology, many users benefit, but many are disadvantaged by the growing smartphone. technology, so that many perpetrators or persons who commit crimes and seek profits with smartphone facilities. Case simulation by securing Samsung Galaxy A8 brand android smartphone evidence using the MOBILedit forensic express forensic tool with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) method which consists of four stages of collection, examination, analysis and reporting. The results of testing the Samsung Galaxy A8 android smartphone are carried out with the NIST method and the MOBILedit Forensic Express tool obtained by data backup, extraction and analysis so that there are findings sought for investigation and evidence of crimes committed by persons using android smartphone facilities.

With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the demand of customer become higher and higher. The timeliness of distribution becomes one of the important factors that directly affect the profit and customer satisfaction of the enterprise. If the distribution route is planned rationally, the cost can be greatly reduced and the customer satisfaction can be improved. Aiming at the routing problem of A company’s vehicle distribution link, we establish mathematical models based on theory and practice. According to the characteristics of the model, genetic algorithm is selected as the algorithm of path optimization. At the same time, we simulate the actual situation of a company, and use genetic algorithm to plan the calculus. By contrast, the genetic algorithm suitable for solving complex optimization problems, the practicability of genetic algorithm in this design is highlighted. It solves the problem of unreasonable transportation of A company, so as to get faster efficiency and lower cost.

Background: CrossFit is one of the fastest growing “high-intensity functional training” methods in recent years. Due to the very demanding motion sequences and high loads, it was initially assumed that there was an extremely high risk of injury. However, studies have shown that injury rates are given between 0.74–3.3 per 1000 h of training, which is not higher than in other individual sports such as weightlifting. The purpose of the study was to estimate the type of pain symptoms that are directly related to CrossFit, to estimate the frequency of injuries that occur within a population of recreational CrossFit athletes, and, finally, to identify the factors influencing the frequency of pain during CrossFit training. Methods: A total of 414 active CrossFit athletes completed an online survey inclusive of 29 items focusing on individual physical characteristics and training behavior, as well as simultaneous or previously practiced sports. Results: There was a significantly higher proportion of knee pain in athletes who had previously or simultaneously played another sport (p = 0.014). The duration, intensity, or type of personal training plan developed, along with personal information such as age, gender, or BMI, had no significant influence on the pain data. We could not find any significant variance between the groups that we formed based on the differently stated one-repetition max (RMs). There were differences in athletes who stated that they did specific accessory exercises for small muscle groups. Above all, athletes performing exercises for the hamstrings and the gluteus medius indicated fewer pain symptoms for the sacro-iliac joint (SIJ)/iliac and lower back locations. Conclusions: It is important not to see CrossFit as a single type of sport. When treating a CrossFit athlete, care should be taken to address inter-individual differences. This underlines the significant differences of this study between the individual athletes with regard to the ability to master certain skills or their previous sporting experience. The mere fact of mastering certain exercises seems to lead to significantly more pain in certain regions. In addition, there seems to be a connection between the previous or simultaneous participation in other sports and the indication of pain in the knee region.

With the acceleration of China's industrialized cities, economic construction and social development have caused considerable damage to the natural environment. Having a good living environment has become an urgent need of the Chinese people, who have already met their basic material needs. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with case study. From the perspective of theory and practice, this paper studies the following contents: the present situation of teaching development and reflection on the environmental design specialty in China, the characteristics of open teaching mode, combined with the setting of environmental design specialty curriculum system and the teaching conditions of related specialties in Chinese universities. This study takes the open teaching mode of ordinary colleges and universities as the research object, and takes a university in China as an example to study the open teaching mode.
