The topology of WirelessHART network is changeable since a number of dynamic devices change, and all that requires a reorganization of the network, as well as finding new ways of routing data. Devices can fall out of the network due to destruction, failure, reduction or loss of electricity. On the other hand, it is possible to “refresh” the network with new devices and thus completely change the topology of the newly created network. This research analize the quality of data transferring in a WirelessHART network using two network topologies: Extended star network and Mesh network. The aim of this paper is to determine which network topology provides better quality of data transferring in a WirelessHART network on the basis of signal latency and Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). To achieve this, experiments are performed using the equipment by the manufacturer Emerson Process Management: Gateway 1420, TT 648 and PT 3051 for the implementation of the network, as well as software tools for configuration, planning and management of wireless industrial networks, AMS Wireless SNAP-ON and AMS Intelligent Device Manager. The research results show several advantages of applying Mesh topology in a WirelessHART network: it is almost impossible to interrupt communication between devices in the network; there does not have to be optical visibility between the network devices; ease of installation and deinstallation; low application cost compared to Extended star network.

Registries are indispensable in medical studies and provide the basis for reliable study results for research questions. Depending on the purpose of use, a high quality of data is a prerequisite. However, with increasing registry quality, costs also increase accordingly. Considering these time and cost factors, this work is an attempt to estimate the cost advantages of applying statistical tools to existing registry data, including quality evaluation. Results for quality analysis showed that there are unquestionable savings of millions in study costs by reducing the time horizon and saving on average € 523,126 for every reduced year. Replacing additionally the over 25 % missing data in some variables, data quality was immensely improved. To conclude, our findings showed dearly the importance of data quality and statistical input in avoiding biased conclusions due to incomplete data.

The article presents a hierarchical diagram of the network farm and a model of the network architecture levels. Protocols for disposal full mesh network topologies are considered. Modern data transfer protocol TRILL is presented. Its advantages are analysed in comparison with other possible protocols that may be used in the full-mesh topology. Empirical calculations of data routing based on a Dijkstra's algorithm and a patent formula of the TRILL protocol are given. Two monitoring systems of downloading data channels are described. The data obtained from 40G interfaces through each monitoring systems is presented, and their behaviour is analysed. The main result is that the discrepancy of experimental data with theoretical predictions to be equal to the weight balancing of the traffic when transmitting the batch information over the equivalent edges of the graph. It is shown that the distribution of the traffic over such routes is of arbitrary and inconsistent with the patent formula character. The conclusion analyses issues of the traffic behaviour under extreme conditions.

Research background: As a system of official EU statistics, Intrastat contains data collected by Member States aggregated by Eurostat on the Union’s level in the form of COMEXT database. Country-level data are based on declarations made by businesses dispatching or acquiring goods from other EU Member States. Since the same transaction is declared twice — as an ICS in one country and at the same time as an ICA in another country by the partner — the database contains mirror data. Analysis of mirror data lets us assess the quality of public statistics data on international trade. Purpose of the article: The aim of the article is to rank EU Member States according to quality of data on intra-Community trade in goods collected by Intrastat. Foreign trade stimulates economic development on one hand and is the development’s reflection on the other. Thus it is very important that official statistics in this area be of good quality. Analysis of mirror data from partner states in intra-Community trade in goods allows us to claim that not every Member State pro-vides data of satisfactory quality level. Methods: We used the authors’ methodology of assessing quality of mirror data. These include data asymmetry indices, both proposed by Eurostat and the authors’ own proposals. We have also examined the changes in the above mentioned rankings over time. Findings & Value added: The result of the survey is ordering of EU Member States according to the quality of data on intra-Community trade in goods. The rankings are presented for the period of 2014–2017, during which there were 28 Member States of the EU. Changes in distinct countries’ positions were shown as a result of changes in overall quality of statistical data collected in these countries. The research methodology can be used in the process of monitoring data quality of the Intrastat system.

This paper presents the results of a study of image transmission via a fragment of a network based on LoRa technology with mesh topology support. The quality of images transmitted with different resolutions and compression rates was evaluated. It is shown that with an increase in the number of intermediate relay nodes, the network latency increased and the time of image delivery to the server increased. It is established that the transmission of images based on the LoRa Mesh network is possible if the network delay is not taken into account.

One goal in electron microscopy of biological specimens is to improve the quality of data to equal the resolution capabilities of modem transmission electron microscopes. Radiation damage and beam- induced movement caused by charging of the sample, low image contrast at high resolution, and sensitivity to external vibration and drift in side entry specimen holders limit the effective resolution one can achieve. Several methods have been developed to address these limitations: cryomethods are widely employed to preserve and stabilize specimens against some of the adverse effects of the vacuum and electron beam irradiation, spot-scan imaging reduces charging and associated beam-induced movement, and energy-filtered imaging removes the “fog” caused by inelastic scattering of electrons which is particularly pronounced in thick specimens.Although most cryoholders can easily achieve a 3.4Å resolution specification, information perpendicular to the goniometer axis may be degraded due to vibration. Absolute drift after mechanical and thermal equilibration as well as drift after movement of a holder may cause loss of resolution in any direction.

The accuracy in administering the diagnosis code was the important matter for medical recorder, quality of data was the most important thing for health information management of medical recorder. This study aims to know the coder competency for accuracy and precision of using ICD 10 at X Hospital in Pekanbaru. This study was a qualitative method with case study implementation from five informan. The result show that medical personnel (doctor) have never received a training about coding, doctors writing that hard and difficult to read, failure for making diagnoses code or procedures, doctor used an usual abbreviations that are not standard, theres still an officer who are not understand about the nomenclature and mastering anatomy phatology, facilities and infrastructure were supported for accuracy and precision of the existing code. The errors of coding always happen because there is a human error. The accuracy and precision in coding very influence against the cost of INA CBGs, medical and the committee did most of the work in the case of severity level III, while medical record had a role in monitoring or evaluation of coding implementation. If there are resumes that is not clearly case mix team check file needed medical record the result the diagnoses or coding for conformity. Keywords: coder competency, accuracy and precision of coding, ICD 10

Information Product Approach (IP Approach) is an information management approach. It can be used to manage product information and data quality analysis. IP-Map can be used by organizations to facilitate the management of knowledge in collecting, storing, maintaining, and using the data in an organized. The  process of data management of academic activities in X University has not yet used the IP approach. X University has not given attention to the management of information quality of its. During this time X University just concern to system applications used to support the automation of data management in the process of academic activities. IP-Map that made in this paper can be used as a basis for analyzing the quality of data and information. By the IP-MAP, X University is expected to know which parts of the process that need improvement in the quality of data and information management.   Index term: IP Approach, IP-Map, information quality, data quality.
