The article focuses on the phenomenon of daily reality as an element of public life. The author analyses the principles this notion is based on. Daily reality is a mode that states the authenticity of a man’s being. The premises which have led to the necessity of the notion’s study are defined, the latter being a fundamental rethinking of rationality’s role as a method to figure out where a man’s place in the world is. The author analyses methodology of the problem within the philosophical discourse, and gives a socio-cultural justification of daily reality structures and levels. To formulate the social and philosophical nature of daily reality clearly actual historical and public life context is considered. Potentially this approach helps investigate the practical side of being, which earlier has been considered by philosophers unessential from the standpoint of motives of a man’s life. The author argues that the rationalization of all the spheres of life is not the only way to regulate social being. Processes which go beyond rationality play a very significant role in human activity organization. Daily reality is not a form of passive, irresponsible living, it is viewed as the human mode of authentic being and one of the phases of active, creative, responsible existence constructing.

The reform of the judicial system of the Russian Federation has been going on for over 20 years. Every year the country faces new economic realities and is forced to respond to emerging difficulties. The paper focuses on the insufficient level of remuneration of employees of the court apparatus (court officials), analyzes the causes of this problem, and provides a calculation based on open statistical data. The author puts forward proposals for finding additional sources of budget revenue, focuses on the problems of functioning of the institution of state fees and ways to eliminate them. As a way to solve the problem, a draft of amendments to tax legislation has been developed. The proposed initiative can be used as a compensatory argument for additional financing of the Russian judicial system. Raising the minimum and maximum thresholds for state duties is an inevitable reform due to the growing burden on the judicial system and the impact of inflationary processes. The judicial community should draw the attention of the executive branch of government to problems and possible ways of solving them.

The article covers the findings of the comparative combined neuropsychological and logopedic study of 150 comprehensive school children studying in the third grade. Some of the children experienced persistent difficulties in acquiring orthography skills. To determine to what extent spelling errors are attributed to ill-formed morphofunctional cerebral systems the authors adopted several forms of statistical analysis. It was discovered that a number of aspects of brain function, as well as the range of functional indicators correlating with spelling errors, differ in children with higher and lower level of orthography (spelling) competence, difference being especially evident in boys. At present, in order to organize the company effective operation and achieve high performance indices, at the enterprise as a whole, great attention should be paid to the process of sales activity organization. With increasing competition in the markets, increasing consumer demand for quality of goods and services, reducing solvency and consumer demand, it becomes clear that it is necessary to implement an effective system of sales activity organization, as nowadays almost every company is relevant to today's issues and sets itself the task of optimizing and improving sales sactivities and reducing costs. In general, this paper is devoted to the identification of the features of foreign experience in service sales promotion and the possibility of its application in the Ukrainian market. For deeper investigation, we turned to the historical origin of “incentive” concept considered the interpretation by domestic scientists of the essence of service sales promotion and noted the main difference from any other means of communication. However, speaking about communication, we identified the relationship between sales and advertising and considered the historical origin of the concept of “ATL” - above the line and “BTL” - below the line, which are often found in modern marketing literature. Having determined the nature and direction from which the service sales promotion acquires its purpose, we formulated the main reasons why interest in this issue remains relevant today and its main advantages and disadvantages. The essence of the American and Japanese models of service sales promotion are investigated and trends in this phenomenon in foreign business entities are summarized. According to the results of the investigation, we indicated which model is more reasonable to use in the Ukrainian business market and how it will benefit for further growth of sales volume. We proposed to combine incentive methods into several large groups and described their main differences. For effective use of the acquired knowledge, we formed the measures due to which it is possible to improve the sales system in different directions of influence.
