AbstractChinese medicine (CM) has a long history in the treatment of psoriasis, and its different understanding angle and treatment mode from modern medicine have unique wisdom. In this article, we consulted a large number of literatures and collected data in order to systematically clarify how CM understands psoriasis, including the classification and judgment of syndrome types, the diagnosis and thinking of etiology and pathogenesis, the application of treatment ideas, principles, methods and various prescriptions, and suggestions on patient care, so as to provide a clear CM treatment process and experience for the world clinic. In addition, we analyzed the efficacy and safety through clinical data, and summarize the methods and prescriptions worthy of promotion, so as to provide reference for doctors to prescribe prescriptions and medication. Finally, we found that compared with modern medicine, CM has unique advantages in the treatment of psoriasis, including the uniqueness of syndrome classification, the abundantly and flexibility of treatment ideas. Not only many famous doctors have studied the ideas in ancient books, but also made great efforts to innovate, which has left a lot of valuable experiences for clinical practice. Moreover, a large number of treatment methods, prescriptions and medicines have achieved high effectiveness and safety in clinical practices for many years, which has been proved to be worthy of clinical reference and in-depth research. In addition, we also think about the deficiencies of CM in the treatment of psoriasis and the direction of breakthrough combined with modern medicine. The treatment of psoriasis with CM is worth popularizing, and we hope it can benefit more patients.

Abstract The article discusses the possibility of using domestic materials in a high-speed electric generator. The features of Japanese electrical steel 20NTN1500 and domestic-made electrical steel grades 2420 and 2421 for the stator magnetic circuit are shown. The features of American steel AISI 455 and structural steel grades Steel 40, Steel 40H, Steel 45 are considered in the case of a rotor. A feature of the use of structural steels in the design of the high-speed electric generator rotor for micro-gas turbine plants is the need for precise observance of the rotor heat treatment mode after its manufacture, control of the dimensions and quality of surface treatment.

The presented work examined the composition of nitrogen plasma with weight average temperature 49 kК. Correlation between the treatment mode and the structural-phase composi-tion and hydrophobic properties of the titanium oxide coating was found. It was shown that regardless of the plasma treatment mode, all coatings had a high microhardness value of more than 25 GРa and a high resistivity of more than 3105 Om cm.

Diabetes mellitus is one of the prominent metabolic disorders nowadays worldwide and it is characterized by an increase in blood glucose, disturbances in metabolism, and alteration in insulin secretion. Nowadays, phytopharmaceuticals have become a significant treatment mode for diabetes, and bioactive compounds have expanded an increasing amount of consideration to this end for they have multiple biological potentials, including the sustained secretion of insulin and revival of pancreatic islets cells. In this review article, we explained the role of bioactive compounds in the treatment and management of diabetes and their mechanisms in prevention.

Ovarian cancer (OC) is one of the most common gynecological malignancies with characteristics of insidious onset and liver is the most common solid metastatic organ. Surgical treatment for newly diagnosed advanced or recurrent ovarian cancer liver metastasis has become a research hotspot as good outcome of patients with liver metastasis from colorectal cancer or neuroendocrine tumor by surgical treatment. It was previously considered that such patients were advanced and unfavourable for surgical treatment. However, in recent years, with the advances in liver surgical techniques, the application of three-dimensional visualization and the rise of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode, the safety of surgery has been guaranteed and the prognosis has been improved. This article reviewed the advances in surgical treatment of ovarian cancer liver metastasis.

A possible application of a metal powder composition made of a high-temperature nickel-based alloy with high heat strength (the material is analogous to Inconel 718) in selective laser melting (SLM, an additive manufacturing technology) was considered. Peculiarities of material formation in the course of selective laser melting of the metal have been researched, and the mechanical properties of the material were determined. The effect of the thermal treatment mode on the mechanical characteristics was investigated. It was shown that the tensile strength of samples made of a high-temperature nickel alloy when the samples have not been subjected to thermal treatment is ~950 MPa; samples subjected to thermal treatment is ~1070 MPa.

Recently, the one-dimensional ferroelectric perovskite nanostructures have been of high interest due to a number of unique properties that allow the improvement of the current ceramic nanotechnologies. In order to receive the nanoparticles of a given structure and morphology it is quite important to expand and summary the knowledge regarding the physicochemical processes of the formation and growth of a new phase. Therefore, in this paper, based on the existing works, an attempt to describe the influence of the crystallization mechanism as well as hydrothermal synthesis parameters (such as the reagent nature, pH, concentration, surfactant, heat treatment mode) on the peculiarities of the anisotropic growth and the formation of the one-dimensional perovskite nanostructures was carried out.

This study presents experimental results of structural analysis, such as phase composition, grains size assessment, strength and hardness of Ni-SPAN-C alloy 902 after various heat treatment modes (hardening and aging for stress relaxation). A thermal treatment mode has been selected to obtain higher physical and mechanical properties of the elinvar alloy. It is shown that the improvement of the alloy structure in thermal treatment occurs due to the thermic stresses, as well as the formation and dissolution of intermetallides.
