In India men and women rights are equal but Women have to work twice as much as men to get recognition, high qualifications alone do not guarantee satisfying careers, as working women carry the double burden of work and family and often face conflicts and stressful situations in their life as well as in their career when family, society, and situations stop their growth then it becomes the form of glass ceiling which heats the back of women and try to stop their growth. The purpose of this study is to clear the image that how glass ceiling heating women and become an obstacle to their carrier path. The present study is a fair attempt to present the current situation of women in the workplace. In this paper, I have tried to summarize the journey of women who have faced issues like gender inequality, discrimination, social issues, and harassment at the workplace. The population of the study comprises all the female employees working in the private sector of the Delhi NCR region. The sample size for this study is 345 women (banking, education, hospital, organization) from the private sector. To collect the response from the respondent the questionnaire and interview tools are used. With the help of the percentage analysis method demographic data are analyzed and to measure the degree of agreeableness the composite/mean score and standard deviation were calculated. Thus selected mean score implies that respondents favor that particular statement. It has been observed that the Mean score of Statement 1i.e. At the workplace due to sexual harassment by their male colleagues or bosses women prefer to change the job rather than victimizing again and again is highest. Limitations of the study are that it considered only female employees and covered only the Delhi NCR region.

It develops and deploys flexible enterprisewide operations on the cloud platform. In cloud we store, manage and process data on remote server. Many industries, such as banking, education the cloud due to the efficiency of services provided by the pay-per-use pattern based on the resources such as processing power used, transactions carried out, bandwidth consumed, data transferred, etc in cloud computing No experts required for hardware and software maintenance. Even No server space required. The cloud is provide better data security. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (Platform as a Service) are three types of cloud computing services. This research paper analyses the cloud computing Architecture, different Deployment and service model and research technologies.

Various kinds of activities in the fields of communication, information, transportation, banking, education, and those that require high mobility, require a supporting technology to do so. The supporting technology is a smartphone, where this smartphone is almost owned by every level of society. Smartphones are widely used in education to support learning between lecturers and students. At the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang Faculty of Computer Science, there is one aspect of student assessment that is measured based on the number of students pre-sent. The attendance system that runs at the Singaperbangsa University of Karawang, Faculty of Computer Science, has not yet implemented smartphone technology in its implementation. The problems that arise with the attendance system at this time is the presence data that has no backup if lost and absenteeism records that are easily damaged. Therefore the design and manufacture of the NFC Presence application is carried out to overcome this problem. The NFC Pres-ence application was built using the Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) method. NFC (Near Field Communication) on smartphones and NFC Card is a tool to support student attendance data, which will then be stored properly in the database to prevent student attendance data loss. The attendance pro-cess in the NFC Presence application is done by mentoring an NFC card containing data in accordance with the data-base to the lecturer smartphone. Furthermore, the lecturer smartphone will send attendance data to the database, so that this data can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Content analysis was involved, in particular, resources with gamified elements were monitored for automated information retrieval (content monitoring). In the course of the research we came to the conclusion that gamification has a significant impact on the life of modern man. The market of gamified technologies is actively developing in Ukraine and the world. Gamification allows the rational use of available resources, so that as a result all parties achieve the goal, but its use should be treated with caution so as not to exacerbate existing contradictions or, conversely, not to demotivate. That is why it is so important to be critical of the use of game elements in each of the spheres, to realize and distinguish the useful potential of the game from the game as an end in itself, which can adversely affect mental and physical health, self-realization in society.

From its inception, philosophy for/with children (P4wC) has sought to promote philosophical discussion with children based on the latter’s own questions and a pedagogic method designed to encourage critical, creative, and caring thinking. Communities of inquiry can be plagued by power struggles prompted by diverse identities, however. These not always being highlighted in the literature or P4wC discourse, this article proposes a two-stage model for facilitators as part of their ethical responsibility. In the first phase, they should free themselves from assumptions and closed-mindedness. They should liberate themselves from pedagogy of fear and “banking education” in order to act freely in an educational space characterized by improvisation that cultivates participation of the children. Here, the text is based on normalizing education principles, counter-education and diasporic-education approaches in order to ensure openness and inclusiveness. In the second, they should embrace enabling-identity views and practices in order to make the community of inquiry as identity-broad and -rich as possible, recognizing and legitimizing the participants’ differences. Here, the text is based on principles such as recognizing power games as part of the community, ensuring multi-narratives human environment and enabling epistemic justice in order to ensure perspectival multiplicity, multiple identities, and the legitimization of difference characterized by pedagogy of search.
