This study aims to examine the organizational communication control strategy carried out by the Purwokerto Branch of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) to demonstrate the Ratification of the Job Creation Bill (Omnibus Law). The method used is descriptive qualitative using organizational control theory as a theoretical framework. The results showed that the involvement of the Purwokerto Branch of HMI in the Omnibus Law demonstration was a critical intellectual movement that arranged forward a constitutional approach. The simple control aspect is implemented through a three-layer communication mechanism. The solidarity of members towards the three layers of communication constructs communication conduct harmoniously. HMI uses two technical tools for technical control, specifically communication aids and internal identification tools as non-verbal symbols of the organization. There are strict controls to identify members in the demonstration through the symbol. Regarding bureaucracy, this organization prioritizes communication with local authorities regarding the fulfillment of formal rules before holding a demonstration. In addition, organizational procedures are also carefully considered, especially regarding consolidating the organization’s internal communications. Conservative control is implemented by strengthening interpersonal communication with active members or alumni networks spread across various professions. The organizational communication control strategy of the HMI Purwokerto Branch focuses on the harmonization of demonstrations that prioritize aspirational and implementation communication by emphasizing a constitutional approach.

In order to establish an innovation culture, a set of organizational procedures and practices called “Innovation Management”, which may differ among companies, should be followed. At the enterprise level, systematic innovation management becomes more complicated. A number of works covering various aspects of this subject have been published. However, a systematic synthesis of all of these contributions is still lacking in management literature. In this review, we aim to analyze and classify the main contributions published on the topic of innovation management systems/standards in management literature, seeking to discover the gaps which still remain in the literature, and to outline future avenues of research in this domain. More than 70 articles in Innovation Management Systems/Standards (IMS/St) studies published in peer-reviewed journals during 2006–2020 are reviewed and analyzed systematically by searching the science databases ScienceDirect, Scopus and Emerald, etc., and using Google Scholar and Mendeley Elsevier to identify related terms. A complete and accurate view of the latest literature on IMS/St is provided, which identifies the main topics developed in the management literature on IMS/St, as well as significant gaps, and demonstrates the low maturity level of the current state of the field. This paper contributes theoretically to the development of literature on IMS/St and provides a clear understanding of the state of the field during the period 2006–2020, shedding light on the research needed in the future in this field of study. From a managerial perspective, it can help companies to better understand the implications of IMS/St, and to harvest the best benefits from the implementation of IMS/St. Our study also answers these three important questions: 1. What are the main topics developed in the management literature on IMS/St so far? 2. Are innovation management standards mature from a practical point of view? 3. What are the main research gaps in management literature, and how could future avenues of research be shaped?

In our connected world security and proof (evidence constituted in Verifiable Credentials (VC, W3C)) is distributed over what an individual can attest, what my objects tell about me (that is why AI = inferences from that data, is so important), and my behavior: “apply shaving foam” is a number in coelition.org. It is clear that we can no longer isolate the notion of security as in securing devices or securing infrastructure. In this brief article which is the background to a number of workshops that the authors and the Journal will host together, we sketch what we believe to be the end of a paradigm of a government model that has outsourced capabilities to the market. It is in the process of privatizing its last public capability: identity management. This is causing tremendous stress in systems, services, organizational procedures, and individuals. We propose a holistic perspective, distributing security at two points: at the device level and a moral movement at a societal level. As a time out to create room to discuss this broadly, we propose a particular model of SSI and disposable identities.

The field of sports is unique in its nature in terms of tools and methods of motivating athletes. In this respect, it is extremely important to understand, based on the approaches known in the theory of sports psychology, which motivating factors most influence the motivation of an athlete, which determines the effectiveness of his development through the prism of organizational procedures and methods. Understanding and conducting a deep analysis of the psychological characteristics of the athlete's motivation setting and effective mechanisms on influence on the psyche, studying his value orientations, creative interaction of training participants – all this is the key to success not only to reveal the potential of the athlete, but also to realize it to the maximum extent possible. The present study is devoted to the solution of this problem. It attempts to justify the need to study the motivation of an athlete through the prism of a process-dynamic approach, which involves the transformation of motivational factors over time. Based on the methods of a continuous survey and questionnaire, the results were obtained that assess the "motivational framework" of modern athletes. This allowed us not only to identify the current average characteristics of motivational settings, but also to correlate them with past data obtained in previous epochs of the social system.

This research investigates how an understudied personal resource (exhibitionism) might positively connect with peer-oriented helping behavior, as well as how this connection might be invigorated by four pertinent contextual resources: two resources that speak to beliefs about fair organizational treatment (informational justice and procedural justice) and two resources that capture how employees feel about their work functioning (job satisfaction and organizational commitment). Two-wave survey data collected among banking sector employees reveal that their desire to be the center of attention is associated with an enhanced propensity to extend help to other organizational peers, voluntarily. This process also is more likely when employees (1) believe that organizational authorities provide them with sufficient information, (2) perceive organizational procedures as fair, (3) feel happy with their current job situation, and (4) experience a strong emotional bond with their employer. Facilities management (FM) involves the amalgamation of organizational procedures towards upholding and developing services to better the efficiency of its core activities. FM plays a significant role for success in projects whereby it offers a better working environment, value for money, cost and risk management, etc. which is all important criteria for achieving a successful project. This paper, therefore through literature reviews, explores the elements of FM, its practices in the construction industry including in Malaysia from the perspective of IBS projects. Further to that, interviews were also conducted with five (5) experts of the Malaysian construction industry whereby each of them possesses a minimum of 10 years of working experience towards getting an insight into their understanding as well as to gain information from their vast experiences. They were also asked to highlight the challenges and difficulties that were faced as well as to propose ways forward to improve the scenario. In short, respondents generally had different point of view regarding the FM practices but agreed that the structural design of the building highly influences the building FM practices. The findings also showed that while conventional projects offer more opportunity to save cost; performing FM in IBS project makes maintenance works quicker although it also requires higher quality and lifelong span of services under efficient management. In overall, performing FM in IBS projects have its own advantages and downfalls which need to be well considered beforehand.

The article is aimed at systematizing and identifying the features, advantages and disadvantages of various ways of withdrawing insolvent banks from the market, as well as studying the consequences of their implementation in domestic practice. Liquidation of a bank with reimbursement of all funds on deposits of individuals by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) is simple and affordable, but the most expensive and inefficient way. It is noted that at present the Fund has liquidated more than 50 banks, now the process of liquidation of 48 more banks is continuing. The most promising are two methods that are implemented with the participation of the investor through the tender procedure. This is the creation of a transitional bank with the subsequent selling to the investor and the selling of the bank as an integral unit to the investor. The implementation of these methods involves the search for an investor and the receipt of investment resources, which always appears positive. Therefore, the article describes in detail the specifics of these restorative, or sanitation, methods of withdrawal of an insolvent bank, analyzes their advantages and weaknesses. Organizational procedures for the application of these methods of withdrawal of insolvent banks from the market are generalized and structured. It was emphasized that in the process of withdrawing an insolvent bank from the market due to the selling, the financial burden on the DGF is decreasing. The Fund does not reimburse the funds of individual depositors, since all obligations under guaranteed deposits are transferred to either the transitional bank or the new owner of the bank in full. It is substantiated that these methods require modernization, updating and a closer definition of the relevant organizational and procedural components. This will increase the efficiency of approaches for further use, and most importantly, for preventing the eventual adverse consequences.

Using the example of the creation of the Belarusian space system for Earth remote sensing, the possibility of the practical implementation of the method of program-target design of complex organizational and technical systems in conditions of system constraints (determined by the complex of the existing characteristic features of the external and internal states of the government) is considered. The results of analyzing the existing dilemma made it possible to develop a methodological framework and justify a set of scientific and organizational procedures within the program-target method that provided an effective solution to ERS tasks in the interests of the Republic of Belarus and the Union State. The results also allowed the formation of a new scientific direction for the development of the created BSRSS and formation of a multi-level system comprising space, aviation and ground segments of ERS.

The only constant in life and organizations is change. Change can come in a variety of forms, affecting the way people perform and feel at work, and can sometimes result in grief. This chapter defines grieving organizations and other pathologies that affect organizational health, identifying particular traits that are visible in the way in which work is performed. Different comparisons are made in order to pinpoint key elements and events that can affect the wellbeing of employees. An example from academia is presented: A private Business School in Puebla has faced numerous changes that affect the emotional wellbeing of its members. Changes in leadership, organizational procedures and policies, layouts, early retirement, and even the death of a colleague have substantially affected staff performance. Establishing the right courses of action is essential to develop leadership and promote an organizational climate that is supportive of its employees.
