Tengkuluk is one of the traditional clothing equipment (head cover) of a Bundo Kanduang (biological mother) in the Minangkabau tribe. Currently tengkuluk is rarely used in everyday life, only used in traditional events or other official activities. This reality encourages the creation of this tengkuluk work to be carried out. The method of creating works used consists of three stages, namely experimentation, reflection, and formation. The result of the creation of this work shows that the tengkuluk made with woven techniques and pandan leaf material and decorated with Swarovski looks practical and flexible when used by mothers and teenagers in their daily lives. This new creation in the form of the Koto Gadang tengkuluk expresses the meaning of philosophical values, namely the responsibility of women when they have married.

Hospitals are included in the criteria for workplaces with hazards that can have an impact on health, both for health workers as well as for visitors and hospital patients, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, compliance and completeness of the use of PPE, especially in the Covid19 isolation room is very important. This research is a descriptive observational study, with a population and sample of 16 people. The survey was conducted using a developed questionnaire. Data collection was carried out using instruments in the form of questionnaires and observation checklist sheets. The survey was conducted using a developed questionnaire. Compliance and completeness of the use of PPE for inpatients in COVID-19 isolation at FMC Hospital is 100%. The respondents which are medical staff use complete level 3 PPE which consists of eye protection and face shield, head cover/head cap, N95 mask or equivalent, Coverall / Gown/apron, sterile rubber surgical gloves disposable, boots/rubber boots. But the incidence of COVID-19 transmission is 40% for inpatients medical staff in isolation for COVID-19. The possibility of transmission does not come from the workplace but can occur in daily routines and social activities. Compliance and completeness in the use of PPE for inpatients in COVID-19 isolation in FMC Hospital are high (100%), the incidence of being infected with COVID-19 in medical personnel does not only occur in the work environment.

Abstract Background Phototherapy is the main method used in treatment of significant indirect hyperbilirubinemia and it reduces the risk of exchange transfusion. Hypocalcemia is one of the side effects of phototherapy due to inhibition of pineal gland via transcranial illumination, resulting in decline of melatonin secretion that further inhibits the effect of cortisol on bone calcium and ultimately increase the bone uptake. Aim To assess the effect of head covering to ameliorate hypocalcemic effect of different types of phototherapy in full term jaundiced neonates. Patients and Methods A prospective randomized controlled study that included 120 jaundiced neonates requiring phototherapy which divided into two main groups; group I (treated with lamp phototherapy) which was equally subdivided into two groups, group A (without head cover) and group B (with head cover) and group Il (treated with LED phototherapy) which was equally subdivided into group C (without head cover) and group D (with head cover). Results Head cover reduced the incidence of phototherapy induced hypocalcemia without affecting rate of decline of bilirubin on both types of phototherapy used. In lamp hypocalcemia (<8mg/dl) was detected in 33.3% in jaundiced neonates without head cover which was significant higher than those with head cover 6.7%. As for LED, yet not statistically significant hypocalcemia was detected in 13.3% in jaundiced neonates without head cover, which was higher than those with head cover 3.3%. Conclusion Incidence of phototherapy induced hypocalcemia is reduced by using head cover especially while using lamp phototherapy.

Introduction. Cervical lymph nodes are lymph nodes found in the neck. Hijab is a head cover worn by some Muslim women in the presence of any adult male outside of their immediate family, which usually covers the head, neck and chest. It is strictly forbidden to Muslim woman to unveil any single hair of her head, so they use many pins around the head to fix their Hijab. Often, while using pins they are self-pricked. Aim. The main aim of our work is to reveal a new cause of lymphadenopathy, which is not known till now. Material and methods. Retrospective study during the past five years among seventy-five female outpatients, visited our Oral and Maxillofacial clinic in dental department. Our data was collected according to medical history of patients; all female patients with cervical lymphadenopathy were using (A hijab). Results. Data collected of 75 female patients. Lymphadenopathy causes were various. Most of these causes resulted from nonspecific lymphadenitis (67 patients), 4 tuberculosis, 2 lymphoma, 2 cat scratch disease. Aetiology of 67 nonspecific lymphadenitis was 40 patients of dental cause, 10 of sore throat, 7 of acne vulgaris, 3 of mild facial injuries, and 7 of (Hijab pin pricks). Conclusion. Hijab pin prick cervical lymphadenitis in Islamic communities is not uncommon and, unexplained cervical lymphadenitis should be considered as potential cause.

This is a descriptive qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cellphones. The data used where primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of this study show that the Uraklah Simpuah Dance is cultivated from social condition which is not in accordance with the customs in the village. The situation meant isgetting around done by Minangkabau women. In the form aspect, there is a floor design used in Uraklah Simpuah dance. It is a straight floor design which is lined and curved in a circle. It uses large group composition (unison). The music instrument used in this dance is a drum namely gandang tambua. In addition, it uses the distinctive strains of songs to accompany the dance. The costume worn is a basic black velvet shirt paired with songket and a red to orange head cover. This dance also uses metal plates and resins as the sounds. Thus, it is concluded that the Uraklah Simpuah dance is a traditional dance which already has choreographic aspects so that it can be researched using choreography. Keywords: Choreography, Uraklah Simpuah Dance, Tak Kondai Studio

On the other hand, literature is also inspired by tourist activities. This research examines the attractiveness of floating markets and the efforts to maintain the existence of floating markets in the midst of modernization in literary works. This study aims to describe the attractiveness of floating markets and efforts to maintain the existence of floating markets in the midst of modernization in literary works. Descriptive method is used by using literary tourism approach, especially thematic study of literary tourism. The documentation technique is  used to collect data, such as  "Galuh Pasar Terapung", "Kidung Pasar Terapung", "Cahaya Borneo", "Pasar Terapung", and "Pasar Terapung". The results showed that the attractiveness of the floating market in literary themes were the attractions, access, amenities, and ancillary. Attractions are shown through jukung and kelotok transportation; a tradisional Banjar hat, tanggui and head cover, tengguluk; buying and selling transaction system; cake hook tool; and commodity that are depicted through the characters. Access to the floating market is fulfilled by the availability of rental kelotok for the character as tourists. Amenity in floating market is the avaibility of mosque near the pier which makes it easier for the character as tourists to carry out worship. Meanwhile, ancillary is the availability of tour guides. Various efforts to maintain the existence of floating markets in the midst of modernization can be seen in literary tourism themes include regenerating the successors of the floating market; conducting tourism promotion, either through print or television media; and do creativity so that the attraction of the floating market is increasingly in demand by tourists.

BACKGROUND: Phototherapy is the primary treatment for hyperbilirubinemia in neonates. Hypocalcemia is a lesser known but potential detrimental effect of phototherapy. It has been hypothesized that phototherapy inhibits pineal secretion of melatonin, which blocks the effect of cortisol on bone calcium. Therefore, unchecked cortisol increases bone uptake of calcium and induces hypocalcemia. Covering head during phototherapy in order to prevent light reaching to the pineal gland which eventually leads to the prevention of hypocalcemia is hypothesized to prevent hypocalcemia but it lacks sufficient evidence worldwide. METHOD: It is a prospective, randomized controlled study. 112 neonates were randomized into two groups of 56 neonates. Group A underwent phototherapy without head cover and group B with head covered by a cap. RESULT: The mean decline in serum ionic calcium after 48 hours of phototherapy in group A and group B was 0.57±0.37 mg/dl and 0.34±0.24 mg/dl respectively. This decline in serum ionic calcium was significantly higher in group A. (p <  0.001). 26.8% newborns from group A developed hypocalcemia while in group B only 14.3% developed hypocalcemia however it was not found to be statistically significant. Incidence of symptomatic hypocalcemia between the two groups was also not significant. CONCLUSION: There was significant reduction in serum calcium in neonates undergoing phototherapy without head cover as compared to neonates with head cover but risk of hypocalcemia was not significant. Further studies with larger sample size including preterm are recommended.
