TEACHING FOR UNDERSTANDING THE INTERNAL LOGIC OF SPORTS: A PERSPECTIVE BASED ON TEACHING GAMES FOR UNDERSTANDING AND MOTOR PRAXIOLOGY

Este ensaio teve por objetivo propor uma perspectiva de Ensino para Compreensão da Lógica Interna dos esportes a partir da estrutura metodológica do Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) e dos conhecimentos sobre lógica interna da Praxiologia Motriz. Considerando critérios específicos para revisão de literatura, foram selecionados 18 artigos que subsidiaram a discussão teórica. Foram apresentados aspectos metodológicos do TGfU e os principais conceitos da Praxiologia Motriz, que possibilitaram a articulação teórica proposta neste ensaio. Como principais contribuições da perspectiva de Ensino para Compreensão da Lógica Interna, foram estruturadas ferramentas didáticas para mediação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem a partir da relação sujeito/ambiente. Além disso, foi proposta uma sistematização metodológica para organização da prática pedagógica para desenvolvimento do Ensino para Compreensão da Lógica Interna. Por fim, contextualiza-se a necessidade de novos estudos que busquem identificar como essa perspectiva auxilia professores no processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos esportes.

Dialogue as a Response to the Psychiatrization of Society? Potentials of the Open Dialogue Approach

In recent decades, the use of psychosocial and psychiatric care systems has increased worldwide. A recent article proposed the concept of psychiatrization as an explanatory framework, describing multiple processes responsible for the spread of psychiatric concepts and forms of treatment. This article aims to explore the potentials of the Open Dialogue (OD) approach for engaging in less psychiatrizing forms of psychosocial support. While OD may not be an all-encompassing solution to de-psychiatrization, this paper refers to previous research showing that OD has the potential to 1) limit the use of neuroleptics, 2), reduce the incidences of mental health problems and 3) decrease the use of psychiatric services. It substantiates these potentials to de-psychiatrize psychosocial support by exploring the OD’s internal logic, its use of language, its processes of meaning-making, its notion of professionalism, its promotion of dialogue and how OD is set up structurally. The conclusion touches upon the dangers of co-optation, formalization and universalization of the OD approach and stresses the need for more societal, layperson competencies in dealing with psychosocial crises.

Analysis and Research on E-commerce Live Broadcast Sales Model from the Perspective of Supply Chain

The e-commerce live broadcast sales model is a brand-new sales model born based on web live broadcasts, and it has quickly been favored by the consumer goods market. As a new sales format, we need to conduct an in-depth analysis of its model to grasp the law of its generation and development, and find the problems in its development. This article mainly analyzes the basic form and internal logic of the e-commerce live broadcast sales model from the perspective of the supply chain. Relevant suggestions are proposed for its current development problems.

A theory of transaction parallelism in blockchains

Decentralized blockchain platforms have enabled the secure exchange of crypto-assets without the intermediation of trusted authorities. To this purpose, these platforms rely on a peer-to-peer network of byzantine nodes, which collaboratively maintain an append-only ledger of transactions, called blockchain. Transactions represent the actions required by users, e.g. the transfer of some units of crypto-currency to another user, or the execution of a smart contract which distributes crypto-assets according to its internal logic. Part of the nodes of the peer-to-peer network compete to append transactions to the blockchain. To do so, they group the transactions sent by users into blocks, and update their view of the blockchain state by executing these transactions in the chosen order. Once a block of transactions is appended to the blockchain, the other nodes validate it, re-executing the transactions in the same order. The serial execution of transactions does not take advantage of the multi-core architecture of modern processors, so contributing to limit the throughput. In this paper we develop a theory of transaction parallelism for blockchains, which is based on static analysis of transactions and smart contracts. We illustrate how blockchain nodes can use our theory to parallelize the execution of transactions. Initial experiments on Ethereum show that our technique can improve the performance of nodes.

The Scope of Climate Assemblies: Lessons from the Climate Assembly UK

In recent times we have seen a spate of climate assemblies across Europe as the climate emergency gains increasing prominence in the political agenda and as the citizens’ assembly approach to public engagement gains popularity. However, there has been little empirical research on how the scope of citizens’ assemblies affects the internal logic of the assembly process and its impacts on external policy actors. This is a significant oversight given the power of agenda setting. It is also of particular importance for climate assemblies given the exceptional scale and complexity of climate change, as well as the need for co-ordination across all policy areas and types of governance to address it. In this paper, we start to address this gap through an in-depth case analysis of the Climate Assembly UK. We adopt a mixed methods approach, combining surveys of the assembly members and witnesses, interviews with the assembly members, organisers, MPs, parliamentary staff, and government civil servants, and non-participant observation of the process. We find that attempts to adapt the assembly’s scope to the scale of the climate change issue compromised assembly member learning, the co-ordination of the resulting recommendations, assembly member endorsement of the recommendations, and the extent of their impact on parliament and government. We argue that more democratization in setting the agenda could help combat these issues.

Alterable and Unalterable Parts of the Constitution of 3 May 1791

The purpose of this study is to determine the permissibility, necessity and perspective of the amendment of the Constitution of 3 May 1791 after the hypothetical expiry of the first 25 years of its validity, in 1816. The author seeks to identify the alterable part of the Constitution, i.e. those constituent acts and those provisions which have been authorized for amendment after 25 years; to establish the provisions of the Constitution to be amended, i.e. to draw a conclusion from the analysis of the text of the Constitution itself regarding the “problematic” provisions, the correction of which arises from the constitutional regulation itself, the spirit of the Constitution itself, its internal logic.

Internal Logic and Implementation Strategy of the Fusion of School Physical Education and Life Education

Objectives: The integration of life education into school physical education is the intrinsic demand of sports to return to the essence of life. To construct the theory of school physical education with life education as the core to provide scientific basis and theoretical basis for the reform and development of school physical education. Methods: Based on the lack of life education in school physical education in China, this paper analyzes the internal logic and fusion strategy of school physical education and life education by using the methods of literature, investigation and logical analysis. Results: It is concluded that the relationship between school physical education and life education is complementary to each other, and life education must be regarded as the new mission and value orientation of school physical education. However, contemporary school education is far away from the near end of life and regards physical education as a minor subject, which cuts off the foundation of the sustainable development of human life and education, resulting in the disregard of the life meaning of students in school physical education and the lack of life education in school physical education. In the future, the reform of school physical education should be guided by life education, and life education should be regarded as the foundation of foothold, the pursuit of value and the orientation of reform of school physical education. Conclusion: In school physical education in the process of the implementation of life education, through the establishment of sports life education idea, the content of life education innovation, improvement and innovation of sports education methods, build the new teaching model of “integration of sports and life”, and so on, so that the students through sports activities to realize the value of life to cherish life, respect the natural life to love life, enjoy the process of life and transcend life.

Theoretical Logic of the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers in Tobacco Planting Industry in the New Era

In the new era, new professional farmers are the new force to realize the modernization of rural agriculture, innovating the theoretical logic of cultivating new professional farmers is the inherent requirement to improve the quality and efficiency of cultivating new professional farmers. Due to the particularity of tobacco planting methods, On the basis of explaining the connotation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in tobacco planting industry and based on three theoretical foundations, this paper probes into the internal logic of the cultivation of new professional farmers, and constructs the theoretical framework of the cultivation of new professional farmers in tobacco planting industry. This will have important theoretical significance and practical value for speeding up the process of cultivating new professional farmers in tobacco planting industry, ensuring the quality of cultivating new professional farmers, and promoting the increase of farmers’ income and the development of modern agriculture.
