Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (Daring) Pada Kegiatan Pembelajaran Tematik Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Kelas Iv Sdn Gubeng I/204 Surabaya,

Pembelajaran daring pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Universitas Illionis di Urbana Champagn dengan menggunakan sistem instruksi berbasis computer. Dengan adanya pembelajaran daring siswa dapat melakukan proses belajar mengajar secara efektif dan efisien pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai implementasi model pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) pada kegiatan pembelajaran tematik di masa pandemi covid-19 kelas IV SDN Gubeng 1 / 204 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah peneliti deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi pada saat sekarang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah guru kelas IV, siswa kelas IV dan orang tua dari kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpilkan bahwa: implementasi model pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) pada kegiatan pembelajaran tematik di masa pandemi covid-19 kelas IV SDN Gubeng 1 / 204 Surabaya telah diwujudkan dengan 3 tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan dengan pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), silabus, media pendidikan serta materi yang akan disampaikan. Tahap kedua, yaitu tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau inti pembelajaran daring ada yang secara individu dan ada yang kelompok. Pada saat berkelompok guru membagi maksimal lima siswa masing-masing kelompok yang rumahnya berdekatan kemudian siswa membaca materi, mengamati, dan berdiskusi. Setelah berdiskusi siswa lalu mengerjakan soal evaluasi. Pada saat pembelajaran individu siswa biasanya membaca materi, mengamati, berdiskusi sampai mengerjakan tuas mandiri di buku tugas masing-masing. Tahap yang ketiga yaitu evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru mengutamakan penilaian kognitif (pengetahuan) siswa melalui hasil mengerjakan latihan soal di LKS, tugas maupun PR.

Dampak Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Dan Infrastruktur

This research aims to find out the impact of government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors on inequality and poverty levels in Indonesia during the period 2014-2018. The study used secondary data and used an estimate of panel data with the Eviews 11 statistical application. The data used is government expenditure taken from APBD, gini ratio rate and percentage of poor people in 122 districts / cities. The results showed that government spending in the health and infrastructure sector has not had an impact on district / city inequality in Indonesia. Only government expenditure in the education sector has an impact on district/city inequality in Indonesia. Similarly, government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors has not had an impact on poverty in Indonesia

Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Biaya Pendidikan Selama Masa Pandemi Covid – 19 Pada SMA Di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

The existence of the covid 19 pandemic forced the government to issue an online learning policy. This will certainly have a significant impact on the utilization and allocation of education costs that have been budgeted and outlined in the School Work Plan both on RKAS sourced from BOS funds and Education Development Contribution funds sourced from parents of students. This study aims to see firsthand the utilization of education funds during the Covid 19 period whether it has been effective and efficient. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data obtained from 24 principals bendaraha at high school in Mandailing Natal district in 2021 by spreading the questionnaire through Google format and interviews. It found that schools were not fully prepared to utilize funds effectively and efficiently. It is also inseparable from the uncertainty until when online learning ends because of the changing information (depending on the status of each region based on the level of emergency) about limited face-to-face learning schedules and new life adaptations. But allocating the cost of education in each school meets the 8 National Standards of Education even though the allocation of each SNP is uneven because of differentneeds. The transfer of financing from RKAS that has been prepared at the beginning of the year due to changes in the learning system and changes in BOS juknis. The transfer of extracurricular activities, the doubling of exam questions is eliminated and diverted to maintenance and replacement activities, the purchase of medical devices and materials such as thermoguns, handsanitizers, masks and disinfectants. Financing during the Covid-19 pandemic in general experienced significant changes in allocating rather than in the amount of funds spent. In normal times there are scouting, extracurricular sports and student council activities diverted into maintenance and reimbursement funds. The cost of subscriptions and services such as electricity has decreased but new costs such as data plans for teachers and education personnel have fallen. The cost of developing educators and education personnel has also increased due to the development of competencies followed by teachers online.

The demand-driven pattern distinguishes SSC from other collaborations so that SSC considered as more prospective approach.
