The analysis of changes in the dynamic characteristics of the transport operation of a trunk road train in road conditions with overcoming sections of obstructed traffic characterized by the presence of steep ascents is considered. The solution of the problem under consideration is presented in the variants of determining the maximum angle of elevation of the road that can be overcome by a road train with the specified operational characteristics and the cost of engine power spent on overcoming these road sections.

The article presents a mathematical model of the destructive effect of a wide-profile tire on the roadway. The mathematical model makes it possible to adequately reproduce the effect of a wide-profile tire on the road surface, taking into account the load and parameters of the tire, as well as the structure of the road surface and the temperature state.

Comparative microstructural studies and mechanical tests of an experimental austenic manganese alloy and typical structural materials have been carried out. As a result of the research, relative data have been revealed, indicating high mechanical properties of the experimental alloy, which makes it possible to recommend it for machine parts operating at high load-speed operating conditions and temperature exposure up to 700 0C.

Improving the efficiency of the drilling is an important task in the engineering. Supported by improved board drilling in metal parts, which before drilling elastically deform in the region below the limit of proportionally, which ensures the immutability of other sizes. The experimental way was semi-centered dependence of the axial force when performing blanks from duralumin D16 in elasticly stressful state. These dependences allow you to select the Cor-Rubber cutting modes when drilling parts from duralumin D16.

Modern methods of restoring body parts of a car include many interrelated operations performed in accordance with certain requirements. Carried out repairs are usually con-trolled both by the organization that carried out the repairs and by the car owner. Often after the repair, there is disagreement in the assessment of quality. The article describes the methodology for de-termining the location of damage hidden from observation without using the destructive meth-od. Based on the application of non-destructive testing and analysis of chronology, conclusions are drawn about the cause of the formation of convex deformities of the sweat. Practical value. The article may be useful to specialists working in the field of body repair, as well as experts evaluating the quality of body repair

In order to technological use in the preparation and application of plasma coatings, the mutual influence of acoustic impact on low-temperature plasma was conducted, the experimental methodology and the results of the study in the pipe at the resonant excitation frequency are given. The nonlinearity of sound oscillations was found and their amplification by increasing the pressure, which can be used to intensify the processes of plasma coatings.

The microstructure and phase composition of the coating obtained by plasma spraying of FeCoCrAlTiCuMo powder in an equiatomic ratio of components have been investigated. The results showed the possibility of creating a multicomponent single-phase solid solution by plasma spraying and the expediency of studying it.
