One of the most important tasks of corporate governance is to create a positive image of their organisation both in the external environment and in-house. In recent years, a large number of studies aimed at the study and assessment of external corporate images is complemented by studies of internal corporate image, as only their simultaneous improvement can achieve a high competitiveness level of an organisation in the external market and reach stability and high potential for the development of the organisation itself. One of the most important factors used in the formation of a corporate internal image is employee satisfaction with the quality of their work life, namely, working conditions, motivation system, the prevailing social and psychological climate, etc. All these internal image factors are the indicators of work life quality and are reflected in corporate loyalty of employees, which to a great extent is a key indicator of company's internal image. The presented paper is devoted to sociological analysis reviewing the impact caused by work life quality of employees on the formation and maintenance of the internal image their companies have, based on the author's specific sociological research conducted with the use of quantitative analysis methods.

After my practical-theoretical project - TRANSPERSONAL BODY - which seeks to question the meaning of the representing action of the transpersonal and numinous body in the context of the contemporary image (whether pictures and moving images). The practice is based on painting versus cinema as an expanded field, resulting from performative contexts, and on the relationship that is proposed in the experience of the poetry of the other. The paradigm underlying the pictorial processes as an extension of the performative will be considered, in the context of the practice of ritual performance, from an anthropological perspective of the body, the study of symbols and archetypes and the verification of psychology transpersonal. For this, the video will be considered not only a documentary medium of the performative records (Practice-led Research), as well as an independent artistic object — it results as another element in the construction of the narrative of the actions between the body and the image — the performative body ritualized as an video object. To the performativity intrinsic to the project, participative observation is proposed as a study method, using processes of personal and cognitive transformation in order to enhance expanded states of consciousness; as a contribution to the process of conquering the internal image (vision) and, in a concern with the transpersonal dimension, as well as for the visual (re) enchantment, relating art and spirituality.

Adequate management of human resources provides a real response to the challenges facing the company. The creation of a sustainable competitive advantage requires the development of human resources, which is becoming one of the main concerns of companies in the 21st century. Customer loyalty in the banking sector is closely linked to the issue of internal image. A demotivated executive with a negative image of his company will not commit to conveying a positive external image and therefore to building customer loyalty. The internal image is the result of a process of perception influenced by two factors: motivation and company strategy. A bank's reputation and brand image are strongly influenced by the behavior of account managers. This work aims to identify the variables on which the formation of a positive internal image depends. Carried out using a qualitative approach, the results of the empirical study show a change in the expectations of managers requiring the transition to a new psychological contract via a new approach to human resources management. A positive perception of the company and of human resources management services, consideration of individual needs and fair HR practices are the main expectations expressed by the various people interviewed for this empirical study.

Prolactin receptor (PRLR) and growth hormone receptor (GHR) are closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer, and breast cancer cell endogenously express GHR, PRLR and GHR-PRLR heterodimer. In this case, the combined use of PRLR or GHR inhibitors may produce better anti-breast cancer potential than PRLR or GHR inhibitors alone. In this case, it is necessary to develop the dual-function GHR/PRLR antagonists with anti-breast cancer potential. For this, we used hybridoma technology to generate an anti-idiotypic antibody (termed H53). We then used various techniques, including competitive ELISA, competitive receptor binding analysis, and indirect immunofluorescence assay to identify H53, and the results show that H53 behaves as a typical internal image anti-idiotypic antibody (Ab2β). Further experiments indicate that H53 is a dual-function inhibitor, which not only inhibited PRLR-mediated intracellular signaling, but also blocked GHR-mediated intracellular signaling in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, H53 could inhibit PRL/GH-driven cancer cell proliferation in vivo and in vitro. This study indicates that H53 exhibits potential biological activity against breast tumors, which implies that internal image anti-idiotypic antibodies may be a useful strategy for the development of PRLR/GHR dual-function antagonists for breast cancer therapy.
