Internationally, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced a public health extremity due to the outbreak of a novel coronavirus named COVID-19 in January 2020. It has been over a year since the globe was imprisoned by COVID-19, despite discovering numerous vaccines to combat the virus’s innumerable versions. With this aim, this research has organized around three themes to achieve this goal. Firstly, to explain the scenario of the influence of COVID-19 on the sustainable performance (environmental, social, and economic) of Bangladesh’s ready-made garment (RMG) industry. There has been a dramatic increase in the application of sustainable performance over recent decades, but less attention paid to developing countries, especially Bangladesh. Secondly, general online survey research has been conducted from July-August 2021 to empirically evaluate the effects of the COVID-19 crisis on the RMG industries of Bangladesh. Thirdly, the study has provided recommendations to overcome any pandemic to maintain sustainable business performance. According to the survey results, 55.9% of participants assume there will be a loss in revenue and sales volume, while 44.4 percent are concerned about employee health and an increase in waste (using PPE, gloves, masks, and so on) in the industries during COVID-19 pandemic as well as 52.8% of employees anticipate that, Bangladesh’s loss of position against Vietnam is due to an ineffective sustainable business system. However, this pandemic has proved that business organizations should be more conscious in dealing with uncertain environments while sustainable performance can be a strategic solution.

Low-emission planning in freight transportation is one of the main levers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. For a sustainable planning approach, a strategic solution for this planning problem is needed. Based on several literature reviews, a procedure model is developed, which is meant to be used for the development and adjustment of a low-emission transportation chain reference model. The procedure model consists of the decision steps needed to develop a low-emission transportation chain (LETC) reference model and it is structured into main decision processes and sub-decision processes. A first draft of the LETC-Model is presented in form of an ARIS-Express model.

Indonesia isa wealthycountry with resources,be theyhuman resources or naturalresources. However, even ifIndonesia is a resource-rich country, itcontinues to work to solve the problem of poverty.Unfortunately, there is no strategic solution that can alleviate poverty.Deprivationtriggersa behavioral anomaly in society, especially in disadvantaged areas. This research aims to determine the effect of community behavior on poverty alleviation in underprivileged areas. The study is based on a subtle value-moving approach to behavioral irregularities of people in disadvantaged areas. This study is included inaquantitative research with regional populations in Indonesia designated as lagging regions in 2020-2021. The sample of respondents included110 people from areas/provinces designated as lagging areas. Research instruments use data collection in the form of observations and in-depth interviews. Four hypotheses were developedto explain the influence between causal relationships through hypothesis testing and analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling with the help of LISREL 8.8 software. The analysis results ofthis study showed that through a smooth-moving value approach, there was a significant favorable influence of behavioral anomalies onthe poverty rate. The study concluded that this movement of subtle values could be an attempt to raise awareness and change in the emergence of behavioral anomalies of people in disadvantaged areas. This study contributes to the understanding that the value of smooth-moving behavior can be an attempt to improve the emergence of societal behavioral anomalies. This ingenious solution can strengthen values, attitudes, mental and moral systems to reduce poverty in disadvantaged areas.

Structure and function as two system-building factors that affect each other. Their mutual conformity is a guarantee of the system efficient functioning. At certain time this conformity can be broken and it will impact adversely the organization work. As a result it will be necessary either to revise the function (mission) of the enterprise or to restructure it. According to the theory of business systems, the contribution of each division to the system function realization can be estimated through modeling economic responsibility, which should, in theory, correspond to employees' remuneration. The given logic underlies COMPAS methodology, whose version was elaborated by the authors and used in the article. This methodology was tested at the Research Center of Pharmacotherapy. The findings of the research allowed the authors to put forward the current and strategic solution to the problem of unbalanced economic responsibility and personnel remuneration. In the short run in order to reduce the general manager's load it is possible to pass some of his/her tasks to subordinates and in the long run it is recommended to change the structure of enterprise management and revise the distribution of economic responsibility and remuneration in divisions.

AbstractAlong Peru’s rainforest rivers, rising flood extremes are increasingly exceeding coping capacities of vulnerable households. Peru has detailed legislation that embraces planned relocation as a strategic solution to such situations and various relocation projects are underway across the country. This research brief analyzes well-being consequences for two communities requesting relocation, using qualitative data collected from experts and 30 affected people. Initial results emphasize that weak governance, poverty, third-party involvement, and community action have influenced relocation outcomes. Delays and fragmented implementation have threatened people’s well-being. One community, waiting for land to relocate since 2015, has suffered from continued hazard exposure, deteriorated material conditions, and reduced subjective well-being. The second community achieved relocation only after a decade in detrimental limbo. Although livelihood challenges persist, its inhabitants now benefit from better market access and decreased exposure, leading to higher subjective well-being. With rising needs for relocation worldwide, the cases highlight that detailed legislation is not sufficient to safeguard people’s well-being. Advancing from well-meant legislation to good practice requires adequate institutional capacity, effective mechanisms for oversight and accountability, better engagement of third parties, and dedicated efforts to strengthen community agency.

<p><strong>Anemia is a global health problem, which occurs in both developed and developing countries. The Indonesian Basic Health Research showed that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls aged 15-24 years was 48.9% in 2018. This study aimed to analyze the anemia status and diet quality index (DQI) of adolescent girls. The study was a cross-sectional conducted at Ibnu Aqil Junior High School, Ciomas District, Bogor from March to September 2019. The number of students involved as respondents in this study was 84 students. The results show that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls was 16.7%, with the mean Diet Quality Index (DQI) score indicating a low diet quality category (55.9 out of 100). There was no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and DQI scores, but several indicators such as variations in protein source groups, fiber adequacy, iron adequacy, calcium adequacy, total fat moderation, and saturated fat moderation on adolescent girls who suffered anemia showed lower values than with those who didn’t suffer from anemia. The high prevalence of anemia could be caused by poor diet quality aspects, thus diet-based intervention should be the strategic solution to solve this problem. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most educational institutions across the world have shifted their teaching and learning processes and put efforts into preparing online distance education to ensure education continues uninterrupted. Some did not face difficult tasks or challenges during this process because they were already implementing online or blended learning before the pandemic. However, some institutions, lecturers and students were not ready to adapt to the conditions, and it is therefore important to examine to what extent lecturers are ready to teach online. This research aims to evaluate the readiness of lecturers during a pandemic that arises unexpectedly. It also aims to investigate the weaknesses and obstacles that lecturers must overcome in order to teach an online class. This research applies a mixed-method approach. Lecturers were surveyed through online preparedness questionnaires, and several themes were constructed from the gathered qualitative data. The results show that lecturers have strong baseline technical skills to use e-learning platforms for online courses; they have quickly adapted to using a Learning Management System (LMS), and most have a tactical solution for most online classes with insufficient feasibility, but they do not have a strategic solution. Their sufficiency for teaching online courses was not optimised since they did not fully believe the learning goals could be achieved. This paper elaborates on the theoretical and practical implications.
