In the article, on the basis of the culturological concept of the content of education as an adapted social experience, as well as the practice of its implementation in vocational training as purposeful and declared, the essence of its explicit, hidden and implicit components is differentiated for the first time. The leading role of the hidden content of education in the transmission of sociocultural values is revealed, which ensures the formation of the value-worldview characteristics of the personality of a competent graduate, capable of effective professional activity in the conditions of sociocultural transformations of the postindustrial era. The dynamic structure of the hidden education content is revealed, which includes communicative and subject components and which made it possible to determine the directions of its update by the sociocultural aspect. The update of the education content in the context of the growing role of the cultural factor in social development is realized through the sociocultural reflection of the transmitted social experience, for the development of which the diagnostic-forming methodology “My sociocultural values” has been developed. As a result of the update of the hidden education content by the sociocultural aspect, it is transformed into an implicit (updated hidden), which, while not being declared, but being adapted and purposeful in reflecting and translating sociocultural experience, improves the training of specialists in various directions and profiles, implements the leading principle of higher education.

The subject of this article is the phenomenon of alienation, which can be interpreted not only from the perspective of interrelation between labor and its outcome, but also in a much broader context. In social theory, the problem of alienation is one of the key in understanding of the mechanism of social development process. Social contradictions manifest through the processes of alienation; and vice versa, contradictions become apparent through the processes of alienation. This article traces the evolution of separate forms of alienation in historical retrospect. An attempt is made to determine the current state of the existing forms of economic, political, social and spiritual alienation in the Western and Russian societies. The author suggests the possible ways to overcome them. The novelty of this work lies in the author's attempt to examine the processes unfolding in modern world as a reflection of the processes of alienation and their modifications. The conclusion is made that if the contradictions are the source of development, the task of government representatives is to take control, manage and mitigate the internal processes of alienation in the society. With the advent of postindustrial era, the globalization processes altered the liberal model of social development. We can witness that capitalism ceases to be a formation that ensures progressive development. Humanity enters a transitional period of its history, similar to the Renaissance Era. Examination of the processes of alienation in the society would contribute to the proper response to challenges of the time.

Sustained by the triangulated forces of the K-pop industry, South Korean national policy, and the ever-morphing discourse on culture and technology in the postindustrial era, industry leader SM Entertainment's “new culture technology” invites critical scrutiny of neoliberal labor practices in the K-pop industry, the South Korean inflection of the creative economy, and the unique pursuit of cyborgized celebrity culture that emerged as a collaboration between private entertainment companies and the South Korean state.

This article is dedicated to analyzing the construct of masculinity in the culture of modern Russia’s new working class. While leaning on an intersectional perspective, it considers practices of producing its plural forms in everyday interaction, as well as persistent structures of social inequality which secure gender order on an institutional level. The article conducts an analytical overview of relevant foreign studies on the working class’ modes of masculinity in the postindustrial era. An empirical study of young representatives of the new working class residing in the Ural federal district helped determine the most common structures of gender order in domestic life and in the workspace: standard male social roles, stereotypical everyday fulfillment of male gender roles, gender restrictions and privileges. It has been revealed that a persistent structural disproportion between various sectors of the economy, when it comes to wages and the gender composition of the workforce, determines the transmission of the standard tendency for reproducing the pattern of a “man-provider”, who possesses power in the family based on his control over economic resources. Young working class individuals are still interested in preserving and supporting a patriarchal model of distributing household labor. While women are assigned types of activity which require routine execution at a strictly defined time, men assume chores which can be done sporadically, and can be postponed, which provides them with more leisure time. While evaluating the importance of everyday communication rituals, it was established that young women seek to preserve a traditional pattern of gender interaction more so than young men. The results of the study show a distinction between the expectations of young men and women when it comes to standard everyday gender communication: for the most part, young men still lean towards a model of hegemonic masculinity within the working class, while young women, who support the idea of preserving a patriarchic social order, are prepared to assume their gender role within it provided that they receive financial support and protection on behalf of their men. Indirect signs of hegemonic masculinity are not considered by them to be relevant.

For the implementation of all three levels of targeting of target audience for key message delivery complexes in e-government platforms, it is possible to use meta-information locking systems using DPI technologies. Algorithms and generalized strategies for managing social impact are developed by the authors of this publication. This paper briefly discusses the overall statement of the task of implementing a managed social impact strategy in the information space based on hybrid information communication platforms. A graphical and algorithmic description of information operations related to the targeted distribution of a given information content and to the collection of data on the reactionary changes in the preferences of particular groups of users in the relevant social information environments is presented. Classification of types of digital services user profiles in the information space has been made, which can be practically useful in the development of e-government systems based on modern ICT tools. A brief description of the profiling process for creating a target audience for the purpose of conducting these information operations on the basis of information communication platforms operating in an open internet space. The authors find it effective to move to hybrid cloud communications technologies to implement the processes discussed in the article. The need for the attention of the state to the issues raised in this work is undoubted, since the benefits of active interaction with society are not only the conduct of certain information campaigns, but its consequence is, in fact, the achievement of the pinnacle of the process of informatization of society in the postindustrial era, which directly contributes to the consolidation of a single monolithic nation.

There is an increasing tension between the land development regime and grassroots antigrowth coalitions in Hong Kong, where public spaces have played a critical role. This article aims to examine (1) whether the transitional process of urban political orders is punctuated or gradual; (2) whether transitional change is driven by exogenous factors, endogenous factors, or both; (3) the extent to which the social production model of power is still applicable in the postindustrial era; and (4) how political sociospatial dialectic works in the changing urban political order. This study first reviews the development of Public Open Spaces in Private Development (POSPD) with the changing urban political order, and then explains why POSPD policy has become the concern of both the regime and the emerging antigrowth coalition. Two representative spatial protests are explored to illustrate how awakening civil power challenges the regime and how the regime resists and defends its realm.

Lifelong education for adults with disabilities is the only guarantee for this unique group's survival in public life and in the open labor market. At present, the principal task of continuing education is to support processes where EU societies and economies make a transition from the postindustrial era to the digital economy and information society era (Post-PC era). The essence of continuing education is best reflected in the view that it should be considered in the context of lifelong learning. At the methodological level, the idea of lifelong learning presupposes absolute equality among people (regardless of gender, severity of disability, education, age, social class, etc.). The article is an interdisciplinary attempt to answer the question about the importance of permanent education in improving the quality of life and vocational qualifications of adults with disabilities.

In examining the process of waterfront revitalization of the South bank of the Tagus Estuary during the postindustrial era, it is possible to discern a commitment to appropriation and valorization of heritage and cultural identity inherited from preceding economic cycles. Using a qualitative approach, backed up by a detailed analysis of territorial planning instruments, strategic documents, and intervention projects, we identify three main ways of appropriation, aimed to add value to the heritage and cultural identity, considering them as follows: (a) resources for the promotion of various activities, (b) drivers in strengthening territorial identity, and (c) elements of territorial differentiation. Analyzing these aspects, the article presents a proposal for the classification of the actions proposed for their implementation, namely: conservation of cultural heritage, adaptation of heritage to new uses and functions, appropriation of symbolic elements, promotion of cultural events, and raising awareness of cultural heritage among local communities.
