This study wants to explore administrative management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fattah Malang. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses the method of documentation and unstructured interviews. The result is that the administrative management at MI Al-Fattah is generally quite good, but there is still a lot that needs to be addressed to achieve an ideal administrative order, starting with the management of student office personnel administration, and the infrastructure has been managed quite well. Al-fattah is a wholehearted service shown by the friendliness of all educators and education staff in serving students and guardians of students. It is necessary to optimize and digitize the overall administrative management to make it easier to access

This chapter focused on identifying ways to merge education courses and field hours to create a new dual licensure pathway for Middle Childhood Education and Special Education. The purpose was to adapt two programs to unify the competencies, dispositions, and collaborative practices of each program into one program producing highly effective teacher candidates with a dual license in Middle Childhood Education and Special Education. Attention was given to the importance of educating more teacher candidates with the capacity to meet the needs of all learners with an emphasis on those with exceptionalities and disabilities. The key implications and advantages of the effectiveness of combining a Middle Childhood and Special Education teaching license were apparent in the response from district office personnel, teachers, teacher candidates, and university faculty.

The general results of the work of the automobile transport in the world during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, summed up on the results of the work of the Special Group on COVID-19 of the World Road Association, based on the materials of almost three dozen webinars with the participation of representatives from many countries of the world. It is emphasized that the automobile transport during the pandemic was able to maintain efficiency and ensure the transport of passengers and critical goods to maintain the vitality of national economies. The features of the work of the automobile transport during the pandemic and accompanying lockdowns, including the impact of the drop in traffic on the financial condition of the automobile and automobile industry, disclosed. Based on the generalization and assessment of world experience, recommendations formulated on the organization of passenger and freight traffic, routine maintenance and repair of roads, road construction, management of the road industry with a wide organization of remote work of office personnel and the intensive use of information and computer technologies during pandemics. Proposals made for the further organization of the work of the automobile and automobile industry based on the forecast of the wave development of the COVID-19 pandemic and possible similar global disasters.

In Thailand, 40 000 subdistrict health centre (SDHC) personnel and >1 million village health volunteers (VHVs) are responsible for primary healthcare of 23 million households in 75 032 villages. They were trained, made household visits, gave hygiene advice, participated in the ‘Big Cleaning Day’ campaign, produced cloth face masks, proactively identified high-risk visitors and monitored quarantined cases. 7.4 million Thais received basic education on hygiene, 1.3 million villagers joined the campaign and 3.6 million handmade cloth face masks were produced. In March 2020, 3.9 million households were visited, and 40 000 high-risk cases were detected. The intensity of proactive case findings increased to 12.6 million home visits and 834 000 cases were detected in April 2020. Almost 800 000 cases complied with the 14-day mandatory home quarantine, of which 3.6% developed symptoms suspected of respiratory tract infection. VHVs and SDHC personnel could efficiently contribute to the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Thailand.

PURPOSE: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to profound changes in clinical research, including remote consent, telehealth, off-site procedures, shipment of therapy, and remote study monitoring. We assessed longitudinal perceptions of these adjustments among clinical research professionals. METHODS: We distributed an anonymous survey assessing experiences, perceptions, and recommendations regarding COVID-19–related clinical research adjustments to cancer clinical research office personnel in May 2020 and again in November 2020. Responses were compared using Fisher's exact and Mann-Whitney U tests. RESULTS: A total of 90 of 102 invited research personnel (88%) responded. Fifty-three (59%) reported participating in both initial and follow-up surveys. The proportion of respondents reporting personal experience with COVID-19–related adjustments increased over time, particularly for remote initial consent (29% v 4%), remote reconsent (24% v 9%), and remote study monitoring (36% v 22%). Perceived impact of COVID-19–related adjustments on data quality ( P = .02) and patient experience ( P = .002) improved significantly. However, perceived effect on patient safety ( P = .02) and respondent's experience ( P = .09) became less favorable. Individuals with personal experience with the adjustment were more likely to recommend continuing remote consent (62% v 38%; P = .04), remote monitoring (69% v 45%; P = .05), and therapy shipment (67% v 35%; P = .01) after the COVID-19 pandemic, with nonsignificant trends for off-site diagnostics (44% v 24%; P = .13) and telehealth visits (66% v 45%; P = .08). CONCLUSION: More than 6 months into the global pandemic, perceptions of COVID-19–related clinical research changes remain favorable. Experienced individuals are more likely to recommend that these changes continue in the future.

The economic crisis caused by the pandemic has had a profound impact on the economic situation and the employment of Russians. However the most common among its consequences appeared to be pay cuts and increased workload rather than the transition to telecommuting. The social security of employees has also decreased. Meanwhile certain effects of the crisis were present within different professional groups to varying degrees. Manual workers, especially those employed in the private sector of the economy, were, relatively speaking, more prone to face the most severe consequences. Working Russians’ situation deteriorated parallel to a further decline in their resourcefulness. From this perspective, the working portion of the general population is divided into three groups: high-resource managers and professionals; semi-professionals and ordinary office personnel occupying an intermediate position in terms of their recourses; mostly low-resource and no-resource trade and manual workers. Since the gains on resources in Russia for members of the mass layer of the population are relatively small and tend to decline in all of them, the role of the labor market in the strategies that Russians employ in order to improve their well-being is gradually decreasing, while the spread of passive and non-constructive strategies is growing. The low resourcefulness of the country’s general population also causes universality of means to improve material status among members of different professional groups. At the same time, within the different professional groups individual resourcefulness significantly affects the choice of means for improving material status, or the refusal to take any actions for that purpose. This, taking into account the specifics of the resources possessed by members of different professional groups, ensures their unequal resistance to consequences of the crisis and different effectiveness of their actions when it comes to improving their situation, which leads to the differences between them deepening even further.

Classroom Surveillance System is an excellent system for higher learning institutions to ensure the security of students, faculty, office personnel, and its physical facilities.  This study aimed to develop a classroom surveillance system for campus security and productivity.  The study utilized developmental research.  There were four Deans, 24 IT professionals, and 24  students utilized as respondents of the study.  The instrument used in the study included the Deans’ monitoring scheme of teaching/non-teaching personnel, school facilities, and student’s assessment on the surveillance functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and accuracy of the newly developed and designed classroom surveillance system.  The statistical tools used were the frequency count, ranking, and weighted mean.  The study revealed that the developed Classroom Surveillance System was very much functional, very much reliable, very much usable, very much efficient, very much maintainable, and very much accurate. The university administration should adopt the Classroom Surveillance System to provide excellent surveillance and monitoring of teaching personnel, non-teaching personnel, classroom facilities, and students of the University.  Hence, the university should shift from utilizing the traditional surveillance system into a technologically oriented surveillance system.

This study aimed to examine the impact of poor solid waste management on student’s health care at Gondar University of “Tewodros” campus. The study used a mixed-method approach. To recruit sample respondents', both probability and non-probability sampling methods have been employed. In the meantime, the study revealed the sources of solid waste, it is understood that the poorly collected and managed solid wastes of the study area due to the lack of necessary materials and facilities of waste collection, lack of laborers engaged in street sweeping and daily removal of solid waste is now becoming the major causes of environmental problems such as surface and groundwater pollution problems. Besides, the student’s health office personnel in the interview approached the general health status of the students on the campus during this year. Accordingly, dysentery, common cold, and typhoid are the most frequently appear disease on the Tewodros campus. Therefore, there should be a “students committee “at the campus level to control illegal dumping and to develop practice and habits of poor waste handling and disposal in the community, and there must be apparent regulation and policy frameworks that prohibit poor waste management.

This qualitative phenomenological study aims to examine andcompare the perceptions of workers in the banking sector regarding theimplementation of STARA in their work. This study was conducted throughin-depth interviews with informants about perceptions regarding optimizing STARA implementation in the banking sector, in the form of bankingdigitalization in the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The informantsin this study were bank employees such as the teller, customer service, andback-office personnel. Sampling was done using non-random samplingmethod with purposive sampling technique which amounted to 12 informants, consisting of four tellers, four customer service officers, and fourback-office personnel. The results of the study showed that the majority ofbank employees in frontliner positions, namely tellers, felt that their position could be replaced by the implementation of STARA. However, someinformants in the frontliner position, namely customer service, stated thatthey did not feel threatened, because they believed there was a certaincomfort when customers were served by humans rather than by machines.Meanwhile, bank employees in the back-office position have not felt anythreat due to the implementation of STARA because they feel that the analysis process cannot be fully carried out properly by a system and still requires humans. In addition, employees in the back-office position statedthat the implementation of STARA makes it easy for them to completetheir work and can be used as an opportunity to achieve work performance.The results of this study also show that overall employees have not felt adecrease in commitment to the organization, obstacles in career advancement, desire to move, cynicism, or depression when working with the implementation of STARA, which is predicted to take their jobs.
