The paper considers in detail the structure of financial management of the enterprise. The possibility of survival and effective development of the enterprise in dynamic and often unfavorable environmental conditions is determined by how competent managers are in matters of financial management. Skillful management of three processes – current operation, continuous improvement, radical development – determines the effectiveness of enterprise management. Financial management is a very important process of any enterprise in the process of capital movement. The paper considers the main definitions and principles of using financial management sub-processes in the management of a modern enterprise, as well as highlights the relationship of these sub-processes in the appendix to the activities of the financial manager. The principle of financial stability is characterized by such activities of the enterprise through which it could at any time, to settle their debts with their own or borrowed funds. Making a profit (the most key measure of financial efficiency of the enterprise) – getting a positive difference between the total income of the enterprise and its costs (in monetary terms). The scientific prerequisite for financial management is a fairly high level of development of economics. The activity of any enterprise is not possible without the management of facilities or processes (personnel management, operations management, etc.). Thus, any enterprise can be represented in the form of two subsystems – managed and control.

Although trauma is a common cause of greater pain and interference on daily activities, little is known about pain experience, pain management strategies and pain management outcomes in hospitalized trauma patients in Indonesia. This descriptive study aimed (1) to assess the pain experience, (2) to describe pain management strategies, and (3) to describe satisfaction with pain management conducted by healthcare providers as perceived by trauma patients. A total of 154 hospitalized trauma patients from a teaching hospital in Indonesia were recruited from January to March 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study found that most of the hospitalized trauma patients had single extremity fractures (56.49%) and mild head injury (20.13%). They have experienced a mild to moderate level of pain intensity and pain interference during the first three days of admission. These pain intensity and pain interference levels were found to be significantly decreased from the first to the third day. The pain management strategies often used by the healthcare providers were showing interest and asking about pain, assessing the outcomes after receiving analgesic drugs, and giving information about pain. The pain management strategies often used by patients were praying (86.36%), slow and deep breathing (77.27%), and reciting Dzikir (meditation) (68.18%). Patients reported that performing Dzikir and praying were the effective strategies to reduce their pain. The patients rated moderate to high levels of satisfaction with pain management conducted by healthcare providers. Therefore, combinations analgesic drugs with praying and performing Dzikir related to cultural contexts are crucial to alleviate pain among hospitalized trauma patients in Indonesia.

Every year, more and more scientists and practicing economists explore such categories as «marketing» and «management», providing material for further reflection and analysis. Currently, the interpretation of marketing as a function of management is inferior to understanding it as a holistic concept of management, the so-called business philosophy. New directions of economic development to ensure its long-term economic growth require a deeper rethinking of the role of marketing in the activities of industrial enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and identify it as a powerful factor in modernizing individual businesses and the economy. Strategic marketing today is necessary for the company, as it facilitates its rapid adaptation in the face of intense competition and the presence of a non-price aspect of this struggle. The purpose of the study is to study and combine strategic management and marketing, forming such a category as strategic marketing. Because it is known that strategic marketing emerged at the last stage of the evolution of marketing management. The basis of strategic marketing is to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in the market. During the development of a competitive marketing strategy, the company strives for successful and long-term work in the market. There is no one-size-fits-all strategy. It all depends on various factors: the industry in which the company operates, the capital and experience of the firm, competitors in this field, the creative approach of each company to stand out among others and the innovative approach. Only by considering all these factors, the company can build its personal, unlike all others, marketing strategy. Thanks to the management carried out by means of achievements of modern management and on the basis of marketing philosophy of management and control, the modern enterprise can achieve realization of the strategic purposes and increase not only own level of competitiveness, but also economy as a whole. Thus, modern economic development makes it possible to assert that the management of the enterprise and the adoption of not only operational but also strategic management decisions are significantly influenced by the marketing activities of the enterprise. Here it is necessary to understand not the narrow influence of various elements of marketing (advertising, sales, distribution, etc.), but its complex manifestation. This is due to the fact that until today, marketing has been closely linked to management, as marketing technologies and tools are evolving and beginning to penetrate and be used in the work of all departments at all levels of enterprise management. This gives grounds to assert that through a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of marketing activities can assess the effectiveness of management decisions and the success of enterprise management, as well as to give an opinion on the prospects for further development.
