The age of maturity and seasonality are vital characteristics in the production of seasonal breeders like Yangzhou ganders. Ancestors of the current geese breeds were wild geese that adapted their breeding season, according to the season having plenty of food and suitable weather conditions to reproduce and raise their chicks to combat harsh environmental conditions. The present study aimed to elucidate histological changes in testicular histoarchitecture of Yangzhou goose ganders. Testis samples were collected from Yangzhou ganders during premature, transition and mature states. Testicular regression was accessed by observing changes in the number of spermatocytes, spermatogonia, elongated spermatids, round spermatids, width of seminiferous tubules, epithelial height, luminal tubular diameter and Johnsen’s score. The results depicted a positive correlation between age and number of spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes, spermatids, and epithelial height. Thus, testicular histoarchitecture works usually on the balance between Sertoli and other germ cells. Further, our results conclude that breeding seasonality and age of sexual maturity also affect spermatogenesis efficiency in Yangzhou ganders.

Box C/D small nucleolar RNAs (C/D snoRNAs) represent an ancient family of small non-coding RNAs that are classically viewed as housekeeping guides for the 2′-O-methylation of ribosomal RNA in Archaea and Eukaryotes. However, an extensive set of studies now argues that they are involved in mechanisms that go well beyond this function. Here, we present these pieces of evidence in light of the current comprehension of the molecular mechanisms that control C/D snoRNA expression and function. From this inventory emerges that an accurate description of these activities at a molecular level is required to let the snoRNA field enter in a second age of maturity.

Self-Organized Criticality (SOC) has been proposed as a paradigm that may rationalize the emergence of macrofinancial fluctuations. The wave of innovative thinking sparked by this proposal continues to produce interesting contributions in many areas of economics, ranging from macroeconomics to finance. In this review, we propose a guided tour to these achievements, highlighting that analysis of SOC equilibria is a promising avenue to establish a nexus between i) a statistical equilibrium characterized by the spontaneous emergence of dynamic critical fluctuations and ii) a strategic equilibrium concept modeling a large number of interacting players. The critical state is the stable outcome arising from a trade-off between cooperation and competition.

This article explores the emergence of diversity in determining the age of maturity in Indonesian laws, particularly in civil law, penal law, marriage law, and citizenship law. Maturity is a crucial element in determining a legal act. Therefore, the diversity of its determination can lead to overlap and ambiguity in determining the validity of legal action and legal accountability. This raises the question of why there is a difference in the determination of maturity age and its factors. Analysis of this problem of diversity in maturity age is carried out using the maqāsid al-sharῑah approach, using Jasser Auda’s system theory. The study shows that differences in the determination of maturity age in legislation are caused by differences in legal proficiency required, a legal paradigm used as a basis, and differences in the law's scope. In maqāsid al-sharῑah perspective, maturity age occupies a position as a wasilah or a strategy to achieve legal purposes, thus allows for diversity. The more interests are protected, the higher of age is set. The diversity of maturity ages has an interrelated hierarchy without causing any contradictions between laws. The maturity age difference is intended to fulfill legal authority requirements, proficiency to act, and authority to act, with their specifics.

This article seeks to present a comparison of mediation with teleconference media, both within the PERMA and the scholars of the sect. Mediation is an attempt to resolve conflicts by engaging neutral mediators who do not have the authority to make decisions that help the parties in dispute to reach a resolution or solution accepted by both parties. The multidisciplinary approach used in this article is a juridical, sociological, theological-normative and managerial approach. This article is library research, a study by writing, clarifying, and making data obtained from various written sources. The method of data collection is to use document techniques (library studies). Quoting and analyzing data with document techniques is intended to collect related data contained in documents in the form of books, journals, and research results in the form of thesis, thesis, and dissertation. The results found that the most notable differences regarding the limits of mediation with teleconference media were found in the dissent of the Sect scholars. The Shafi and Hanbali sects argue that the ideal age in marriage is 15 years, while Abu Hanfah argues that the age of maturity comes at 19 years of age for women and 17 years for men, as is the case with Imam Malik arguing that the ideal age of manhood is 18 years for both men and women. The differences between the Imams of the Sect are influenced by the environment and culture in which they live. However, in Islamic law itself there is never a very firm limit, but the most basic thing about the age limit of marriage is that it is already in place

Abstract According to previous studies using colour rings, lesser spotted eagles Clanga pomarina have established breeding territories up to 249 km from their natal site. A colour-ringed lesser spotted eagle nestling from NE Poland settled 540 km further west in NE Germany. This male was discovered at the age of six and nested there for several years. This finding is all the more remarkable because the bird was a male, which in large eagles typically settle nearer to their natal sites than females. They apparently reproduce successfully for the first time later than females, normally at the age of five.

Some characteristics of reproductive biology are considered for amur flathead asp Pseudaspius leptocephalus (Pallas, 1776), as features of its spawning, reproduction capability, annual dynamics of oocyte growth and females gonadosomatic index. This is the species with a single batch spawning. Age of maturity for the asps living in different areas ranges from 3+ to 5+, mostly 5+ with the body length of 31 cm for the key fishing grounds. They spawn in the lower sections of mountain rivers from late May till early June. Females prevail in ratio 2 : 1, on average, both in the spawning and feeding aggregations. The individual absolute fecundity of amur flathead asp females depends linearly on their body length and weight.

Psychologically, Human Age Limits include, First, Childhood. Second, Adolescence, Third Adulthood, Fourth, Old Age. At the Adult Stage is calculated at the age of 21 years to about 40 years. Means that the age of marriage aged 19 years does not include the adult category. In general, marriage problems between men and women are not seen from the age factor but age limits affect the maturity of thinking and human development psychologically. Especially in the case of marriages that need to be considered is the age of maturity, since the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriages, the current marriage age limit between men and women is equal to the age of 19 years. Of course this becomes a problem, because at that age according to the psychological development of the ego is still relatively high. So the cause of early divorce at the age of about 25 years and over.
