Thus, our scientific research led to the conclusion that the applied art which originated in the previous centuries continued to develop along with other branches of the culture of Artsakh in the second half of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century.  In this scientific article, we have presented mainly the following branches of the applied arts of Artsakh: carpet weaving, handicrafts, embroidery, silversmithing, pottery. We have mainly presented interesting information about the branches of the applied art which were covered in the periodicals of the second half of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century. Noting about the carpet weaving of Artsakh, we emphasized that the carpets of that region of Artsakh stood out with their color structure, richness of ornaments, technical mastery. We highlighted the role of handicrafts in the life of Armenian women, emphasizing that this form of the applied art was developed in Artsakh in the Middle Ages. In this article, we also presented a number of pottery samples found during excavations by foreign archaeologists.

Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) represents a valuable source of biologically active compounds such as carotenoids and polyphenols. High amounts of these substances are found in its fruits, bark, and leaves. However, their bioavailability is limited and must be increased in order to benefit from the properties they exert. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to increase the stability and bioavailability of sea buckthorn fruit’s bioactives. The sea buckthorn’s bioactive compounds were extracted with a solvent combination between glacial acetic acid, acetone, and water on one side and water only on the other side. Afterward, the phytochemicals from the extracts were encapsulated using the coacervation technique, followed by freeze-drying in order to obtain stable powders. The powders were characterized in terms of antioxidant activity, total carotenoids, β-carotene, lycopene, total polyphenol, and total flavonoid content, color, structure, and morphology. The phytochemical stability of the powders and their antioxidant activity was assessed during 270 days of storage at 4 °C. Moreover, the bioavailability of phytochemicals was measured during in vitro simulated digestibility. Our findings provide insights to promote carotenoids and polyphenols from sea buckthorn as bioactive ingredients with multiple purposes.

Static painting works have independent theme significance in the framework of Chinese painting history, and their overall structure, lightness structure, and color structure all show different characteristics of visual mechanism. In order to extract the visual mechanism features effectively, this experiment uses the PSO algorithm to optimize the BP neural network, constructs the PSO-BP neural network for feature recognition and extraction, and compares it with the training results of other algorithms. The results show that the prediction accuracy, recognition accuracy, and ROC curve of PSO-BP neural network are high, which shows that the convergence of PSO-BP neural network is good, and it can effectively complete the recognition and analysis of people and effectively extract the visual mechanism features of static writing paintings.

This study aims to determine the condition of the physical properties of the soil and maize yields given rice husk biochar in Lape Village, Aesesa District. The continuous use of inorganic fertilizers will have a negative impact on the soil such as destroying the physical properties of the soil and reducing maize yields. Therefore, this research is a descriptive study. Determination of soil samples using purposive sampling method with the criteria of land cultivation of corn and rice husk biochar. The variables observed were soil color, structure, texture, porosity, bulk density, moisture content, temperature, humidity and maize yield. The results showed that the criteria for the physical properties of the soil in the maize cultivation area were dusty clay soil texture and categorized as S1 class, soil color was dominated by 10 YR 2/1 Black and categorized as S1 class, and soil structure was dominated by granular criteria. The aim of the research is to study the morphological changes of fungi of the genus Trichoderma when using glyphosate at intervals of 24, 48, 96 hours. Isolated isolates of T.koningii, T.veride, T.harzianum, T.asperellum diluted in an aqueous extract at a dilution of 106 were extracted in a 10 % preparation of glyphor (the active ingredient is glyphosate). After each 24, 48, 96-hour exposure, control seeding was carried out on agarized Czapek media. After incubation at a temperature of 23 0C, visual inspection and microscopy of fungal colonies were carried out, taking into account the color, structure and consistency of conidia. The fungus of the genus T. koningii was more susceptible to chemical action, which was manifested by a change in mycelium growth, characteristic ragged conidiophores, and a decrease in the number of acospores on Czapek's nutrient medium. T.asperellum under the influence of the herbicide after 48 hours changed the shape of the conidia, the walls of the conidiophores decreased, upon visual examination after 48-96 hours the color of the fungus colonies was transparent, slightly whitish. The isolate of T.harzianum proved to be the most resistant to glyphosate, which was capable of rapid mycelium recovery after 48 h. Thus, with the combined use of biological products based on fungi of the genus Trichoderma and herbicides based on glyphosate, the action of the former can be slowed down, which should be taken into account in their development and application.

In this work, the genuine resonance states of full-charm tetraquark systems with quantum numbers JPC=0++,1+−,2++ are searched in a nonrelativistic chiral quark model with the help of the Gaussian Expansion Method. In this calculation, two structures, meson-meson and diquark–antidiquark, as well as their mixing with all possible color-spin configurations, are considered. The results show that no bound states can be formed. However, resonances are possible because of the color structure. The genuine resonances are identified by the stabilization method (real scaling method). Several resonances for the full-charm system are proposed, and some of them are reasonable candidates for the full-charm states recently reported by LHCb.

Skin cancer is among the primary cancer types that manifest due to various dermatological disorders, which may be further classified into several types based on morphological features, color, structure, and texture. The mortality rate of patients who have skin cancer is contingent on preliminary and rapid detection and diagnosis of malignant skin cancer cells. Limitations in current dermoscopic images, including shadow, artifact, and noise, affect image quality, which may hamper detection effort. Attempts to overcome these challenges have been made by analyzing the images using deep learning neural networks to perform skin cancer detection. In this paper, the authors review the state-of-the-art in authoritative deep learning concepts pertinent to skin cancer detection and classification.

New analysis regarding the structure of center vortices and their color structure is presented: Using data from gluonic SU(2) lattice simulation with Wilson action a correlation of fluctuations in color space to curvature of vortex fluxes was found. Finite size effects of the S2-homogeneity hint at color homogeneous regions on the vortex surface.
