The configuration of energy storage in the integrated energy system (IES) can effectively improve the consumption rate of renewable energy and the flexibility of system operation. Due to the high cost and long cycle of the physical energy storage construction, the configuration of energy storage is limited. The dynamic characteristics of the heating network and the demand-side response (DR) can realize the space-time transfer of energy. Although there is no actual energy storage equipment construction, it plays a similar role to physical energy storage and can be considered as virtual energy storage in IES planning. In this paper, a multi-scenario physical energy storage planning model of IES considering the dynamic characteristics of the heating network and DR is proposed. To make full use of the energy storage potential of the proposed model, the virtual energy storage features of the dynamic heating characteristics of the heating network and DR are analyzed at first. Next, aiming at the uncertainty of wind turbine (WT) and photovoltaic (PV) output, the scenario analysis method is used to describe the wind and photovoltaic power output with different probabilities. Finally, an electrothermal IES with an IEEE 33-node network and a 26-node heating network serves as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. The case study shows that the proposed model effectively reduces the physical energy storage configuration and achieves the economic trade-off between the investment cost and the operation cost.

Objective: Automation of processing data on passenger traffi c in an arbitrary direction in order to determine the number of “threadsˮ in the time schedule for suburban passenger traffi c in the future. Verifi cation of the adequacy of the existing infrastructure and design solutions for reconstruction in terms of ensuring the required throughput capacity of railway lines. Methods: The calculation of the number of trains is carried out by mathematical modeling of passenger traffi c distribution by hours of the day on each day of the week of the initial month. The identifi cation of trains with non-daily destination is made by comparing the calculation results for each day of the week. Results: An algorithm has been developed for calculating on a computer the perspective amount of suburban train traffi c, taking into account the uneven distribution of passenger traffi c by hours of the day and days of the week. Practical importance: The data obtained using the presented algorithm makes it possible to simplify the development of advance time schedules, taking into account the needs of the population in transportation. The results of the work can be used in feasibility studies for the reconstruction of station layout development and passenger devices, as well as serve as the basis for the technical re-equipment of lines in order to increase their throughput (replacement of signaling and communication equipment, construction of second main tracks, reconstruction of yard necks, etc.). The results of the calculation also make it possible to identify schedule “threadsˮ for withdrawal of trains on days of the week when they are not in demand, but at the same time take into account non-daily trains when developing a standard time schedule. The form of presentation of the results takes into account the spatial irregularity of passenger traffi c and makes it possible to distinguish zonal trains.

In the world of heavy equipment construction projects it is important to help complete human work. Tower Crane is one of the tools in the implementation of construction projects. In the implementation of the construction of Apartment 31 Sudirman Suites Makassar, there are 2 Tower Crane tools that operate with limited work time due to covid 19. This research was carried out by direct observation in the field and calculating the real value of the specifications to compare productivity. Tower Crane productivity is the result achieved or output, namely the amount of material moved by Tower Crane with all resources or inputs, namely the time required for material transfer. Based on the calculation results that the productivity of the specification is greater than the productivity of observations in the field, this is due to constraints on the weather that occurs and the equipment operator. For productivity, the average obtained on the 4th floor is 71,544 (%) and on the 5th floor it is obtained that is 73,727 (%).

The intensification of the development of the Arctic region requires an increase in the intensity of transport support, one of the most common types of which is helicopter transport. One of the ways to improve flight safety is to equip helicopter equipment with highly informative onboard radar stations. It is necessary to justify the appearance, technical characteristics and principles of creating a promising radar system for helicopters. In this paper, the concept of building a promising airborne radar system for a helicopter in the Arctic region of the Russian Federation is proposed and considered. The main tasks are defined, on the basis of which the requirements for the technical characteristics of the complex are formulated. The variants of equipment construction based on the existing scientific and technical groundwork with the use of the basic principles of design and organization of serial production of the 4++generation are considered. The use of onboard radar systems will improve the quality of information support for pilots and will improve the safety of helicopter transport in the context of the intensification of development of the Arctic region.

Promoting the "toilet revolution" in rural areas is an important measure to improve the rural living environment and realize rural revitalization. Standardizing the construction and management of rural household toilets by means of standardization is of great significance for the high-quality completion of the "toilet revolution". Based on the policy and current situation of the transformation of rural household toilets in China, this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of standardization of rural household toilets, expounds the construction principles of standard system for rural household toilets, constructs the standard system framework including comprehensive general use, facilities and equipment, construction acceptance, management and protection, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the implementation of the standard system.

The experience of the health protection legal regulation during the spread of a new coronavirus infection (SARS-CoV-2) is presented. The key areas that required a number of state decisions to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the Russian Federation and the protection of citizens are outlined: assigning the Government of the Russian Federation and State authorities of the Russian Federation subjects the authority to regulate special health protection; introducing responsibility for non-compliance with the rules of conduct in an emergency or threat of its occurrence; providing citizens with medicines, medical devices and personal protective equipment; construction, re-profiling and financing of medical organizations; support for medical workers, implementation of incentive payments. The review is based on the analysis of normative legal acts adopted by legislative and Executive authorities at all levels, their interaction, as well as the work carried out by the State Duma, the State Duma Committee on health protection, and parliamentary control. The proposals of the State Duma Committee on health protection on further improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection are reflected.

Characterizing the physical and chemical properties of two-dimensional (2D) materials is of great significance for performance analysis and functional device applications. As a powerful characterization method, nonlinear optics (NLO) spectroscopy has been widely used in the characterization of 2D materials. Here, we summarize the research progress of NLO in 2D materials characterization. First, we introduce the principles of NLO and common detection methods. Second, we introduce the recent research progress on the NLO characterization of several important properties of 2D materials, including the number of layers, crystal orientation, crystal phase, defects, chemical specificity, strain, chemical dynamics, and ultrafast dynamics of excitons and phonons, aiming to provide a comprehensive review on laser-based characterization for exploring 2D material properties. Finally, the future development trends, challenges of advanced equipment construction, and issues of signal modulation are discussed. In particular, we also discuss the machine learning and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) technologies which are expected to provide promising opportunities for 2D material characterization.
