In the present article importance of adsorptive purification of vegetable oils is shown as the most responsible technological stage. Insufficiency of scientific developments in the scope of domestic sorbents in Ukraine is pointed out. The phytosorbent with nanotubes from sunflower peel improving some quality parameters of non-refined sunflower and soybean oils to standard values for refined oils has been offered. Some literature data on the main characteristics of a number of sorption materials (carbonaceous, natural, fibrous, and sorbents obtained from agricultural waste - Corylus avellana Lambert nuts) as a result of heat treatment are analyzed. The main sorption properties are considered; dignity; limitations. The effect of temperature on the productivity of pyrolysis of plant raw materials and the properties of the resulting carbonizates in the temperature range 150-600 °C was investigated. The duration of exposure of materials at the final temperature of the process in all experiments was the same and amounted to 1 h. Analysis of the experimental data allows us to conclude that temperature is the main factor affecting the process of carbonization of the initial plant material. Regardless of the pyrolysis atmosphere, the yield of the product from plant raw materials decreases with a significant increase in temperature. At present, the main raw material for the industrial production of adsorbents is in many studies organic substances - wood, fossil coal, peat, remnants of the processing of agricultural raw materials due to their low cost and large amount. Solving the problem of creating sorbents based on plant raw materials with the inclusion of hydrated fullerenes in their composition solved the problem of creating sorbents and environmental problems, since the waste did not always find a useful application. Concentration of water solution of hydrated C60, fast C60FWS, є molecular-coloidal systems and spherical fractal clusters, structural unit of which is micro-hydrophilic, high-hydrophilic supramolecular complex, molecules can be folded to fit into ) 24-hydration of fullerene C60 (C60HyFn). The hydrated cultivation is set in its own well-ordered, structurally heterogeneous watery middle, in which the directness and kinetics of chemical processes are seen in such, that it is necessary to be washed in order to clean.

Abstract Our work is aimed at the method of fabricating arrays of semiconductor III-V NWs transferred into a flexible polymer membrane made of polydimethylsiloxane. GaP/GaPAs NWs with an axial p-i-n structure were synthesized by molecular beam epitaxy. The synthesized NW arrays on substrates were encapsulated into a silicone membrane by the G-coating method in a swinging-bucket centrifuge. After membranes were treated in a plasma mixture of O2/CF2 gases to open the NWs tops, which ensured the application of conductive transparent contacts - single-walled carbon nanotubes obtained by aerosol chemical method. At the last technological stage, the membranes were separated from substrates by peeling with a razor blade and the second carbon nanotubes contact was formed. The obtained LED NW/silicone membranes were characterized by I-V and the electroluminescence spectroscopy measurements.

The research is devoted to the study of digital protectionism technologies, in particular, Internet censorship as a non-tariff barrier to digital trade and the determination of the strategic motives of states to use them. The reports ‘Freedom on the Net’ and ‘The network readiness index 2020’ acted as a basic data source for the study of modern instruments of government regulation of interactions in the digital environment. Internet censorship technologies have been considered in six countries with varying levels of Internet freedom: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia and Estonia. The key instruments of digital protectionism as a non-tariff barrier of the digital economy have been identified, such as: localisation requirements; restrictions on cross-border data flow; system of national protection of intellectual property rights; discriminatory, unique standards or burdensome testing; filtering or blocking; restrictions on electronic payment systems or the use of encryption; cybersecurity threats and forced technology transfer. Internet censorship technologies have been demonstrated and their influence on the strategic development of trade relations between economies in cyberspace has been determined. The scientific value of the article lies in substantiating the understanding of Internet censorship as a natural tool for regulating the development of a digital society and international trade relations. Each state at one time goes through a technological stage of development, which leads to the emergence of different levels of digital isolation and integration; and Internet censorship is a natural element in the system of building a national platform economy and consolidating the country’s internal technological and innovative advantages in digital realities.

Abstract The possibility of forming thin-film two-phase compositions CdxPb1-xS/Cd1-dS by using the chemical bath deposition from aqueous media with adding various cadmium salts has been demonstrated. The crystal structure, chemical composition, morphology, and the band gap were studied by the X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, elemental analysis, Auger and Raman spectroscopy, and diffuse reflectance measurements. The formation of a CdxPb1-xS/Cd1-dS substitutional solid solution phase in well-faceted crystallites on the substrate of an X-ray amorphous CdS phase has been experimentally proved. The found differences in their composition are the result of the effect of the nucleophilicity of the anionic component of the cadmium salt on the kinetics of thiourea decomposition. The results demonstrate the possibility of forming thin-film two-phase compositions or heterostructures on the base of cadmium and lead sulfides in one technological stage by using chemical bath deposition, which can be important for the creation of solar cells.
