The work reported in this article developed a home automated system using voice activation. This is with a view to providing users complete control over electrical appliances using simple easy to remember voice commands on an Android mobile device. This work was implemented using the Atmega 328 microcontroller, Relays and a Wi-Fi shield. The human voice is first converted to text using a Natural language processing tool from the Android based application. Thereafter, the text is sent over the internet via the PubNub to the microcontroller. The Atmega 328 microcontroller was programmed on an Arduino using C programming language and the Android based application was developed using Android Software Development Kit. Results obtained from the testing show that the implemented system achieves the mean scores of 8, 7.6, and 7.2 for ease of use, learnability and effectiveness respectively justifying the fact that the system is capable of controlling appliances by changing their state (ON/OFF) from remote a location with a response time within the reasonable limit.

Image enhancement is one of the most critical subjects in computer vision and image processing fields. It can be considered as means to enrich the perception of images for human viewers. All kinds of images typically suffer from different problems such as weak contrast and noise. The primary purpose of image enhancement is to change an image's visual appearance. Many algorithms have recently been proposed for enhancing medical images. Image enhancement is still deemed a challenging task. In this paper, the fuzzy c-means clustering (FCM) technique is utilized to enhance the medical images. The method of enhancement consists of two stages. The proposed algorithm conducts a cluster test on the image pixels. It then increases the difference of gray level between the diverse objects to accomplish the enhancement purpose of the medical images. The experimental results have been tested using various images. The algorithm enhanced the small target of the image to a reasonable limit and revealed favorable performance. The results of image enhancement techniques were evaluated by using terms of different criteria such as peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), mean square error (MSE) and average information contents (AIC), showing promising performance.

Background: Caesarean section is associated with risks of postoperative adhesions, incisional hernias (which may require surgical correction) and wound infections. The risk of the surgery may be increased due to a number of factors. The aim of the study was to study the effects of repeated caesarean sections and intra surgical difficulties. Methods: A cross sectional, observational, hospital-based study was done for all patients with repeat caesarean section for a period of 8 months. 190 women who have undergone one or more caesarean section of term gestation with a live foetus irrespective of amniotic fluid colour and amount with cephalic, breech, or transverse presentation elective and emergency caesarean sections and singleton or multiple pregnancies were selected for study. Results: In the present study the highest prevalence of previous C-section was seen in age group 20-29 years, which accounted for (88.5%). Complications are present in 42.1% patients in which adhesions was the most found complication. Adhesion between Parietal peritoneum and anterior surface of uterus is present in 26.3% patients, omentum and uterus is present in 25.8% patients, adhesiolysis was done in 28.9% patients. 80% complications were present in patients with one previous CS. The association was found to be statistically significant. Conclusions: Women undergoing repeated cesarean sections have a risk of increased morbidity due to increased intraoperative complications. To avoid this one should keep the cesarean section rate at reasonable limit with appropriate surgical techniques and to limit primary cesarean section rate.

For better performance and durability of tractor and machinery during field operations, it is necessary to select a proper matching machine/implement. The purpose of the study was to analyse the effect on parameters affecting to power requirement of power take-off (P.T.O) for rotary tiller, development of mathematical modelling and validation of the model under field conditions. Three different regression models (multiple linear regression, weighted least squares and stepwise regression) were used to predict the P.T.O power requirement. All three developed models were observed significant at 1% level with R2 value of 0.945, 0.984 and 0.940 for three models respectively. Correlation analysis was performed and all the parameters expressed positive correlation in relation to P.T.O power requirement. Speed of operation, moisture content, depth of cut, working width, peripheral velocity, number of blades and weight of rotary tiller were shown linear relation with P.T.O power requirement. L shaped blades consumed more power than the J and C shaped blades. Hard soil consumed more power followed by medium and light soil. The Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) ranged in reasonable limit for all three models. Based on higher R2 value, weighted least square regression model was found to be the best fit model for prediction of P.T.O power requirement of rotary tiller.

The Honorary Board of the Indonesian Notary Association as the organ of the Indonesian Notary Association issues a regulation regarding the Fairness of the Deed Making Certificate per Notary for 20 deeds per day. Based on pre-research, there are still many notaries who do not know about the regulation in Padang. Why a Notary is prohibited from making a deed exceeding the fairness limit, what factors becomes the reasons for a Notary in Padang to make a deed exceeding the fairness limit and the legal consequences of a deed exceeding the fairness limit will be the topic of discussion in this paper. The research method used is a type of empirical juridical research and the nature of analytical descriptive research; data collection is done by using data in the form of primary material as primary data, supported by secondary and tertiary materials. The data obtained are then processed, analyzed, and interpreted qualitatively. Compliance is a virtue that moves people to act rationally in using what is fair, it is important for Notary to be given reasonable limits on the deeds that they can make per day so that the Notary does not exceed their physical ability to make daily deeds. The Law of Notary Position does not limit the number of deeds that can be made by the Notary per day, so that there are still notaries who make the deed exceed the reasonable limits set especially Fiduciary deed in Padang. Notary Deed that exceeds the fairness limit determined by the Honorary Board of Notary will not be degraded to privately-made deed, provided that what is done by Notary in making the deed is in accordance with the Law of Notary Position. The reasonable limit of making a daily deed issued by the Indonesian Notary Association Honorary Board should be included in the Minister Law or Regulation because basically the DKP.INI 1 regulation in 2017 only binds members of the association. Had the notary been expelled from the association, it would not have had any effect on his position.

Boarding school is an Islamic institution that has a noble goal, that is to educate the community in which is called santri, so that it becomes a human being beneficial to himself more for the outside community. To be a students who hope to be able to be useful in the midst of society, for that institution of boarding schools create a variety of programs and education either in the form of character education and formal education in order to adapt themselves With the demands of the epoch but still on the line of provisions taught his religion that is Islam. In a boarding school certainly has leaders who lead the entire students therein, as the caretaker as well as the main leader of boarding school is a major role in realizing the vision and mission of boarding schools, because only the top The entire activity will run.The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which the source of results is obtained from interviews with predetermined sources. The results of the study prove that the role of the kyai is very urgent for the life of the boarding school community in it,because the kyai is the leader of the boarding school. In realizing a common goal in educating and shaping the character of santri as needed in the midst of society, of course there are several obstacles. However, this is still a reasonable limit and is handled jointly by the kyai together with the administrators of the Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic boarding school.

The development of telecommunications technology as a communication necessity at this time has been growing rapidly, needed a means of transmission media that is able to distribute information with large capacity and capable data transfer speeds. Implementing using Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology, the Fiber to The Home (FTTH) service reaches the user to meet the speed of 2GBps. This study aims to identify the causes of increased attenuation or disturbance in FTTH. The method used in this study is to analyze the attenuation value of each core at the sites studied on the FTTH network at PT Telkom. The total attenuation value of fiber optic cables that are calculated from OLT to ONT must be within the specified reasonable limit of 15-28 dB. The caused of the increase in the attenuation value of fiber optic cables such as the number of splice / connections on each cable, and the occurrence of cable indentations above 45°. To overcome the attenuation value that exceeds the reasonable limit can be done by replacing the fiber cable with attenuation of 0.35dB to fiber cable with attenuation of 0.22 dB, so that the attenuation of the fiber optic cable is at the specified reasonable limit.
