Quality assurance has gained momentum in the education sector also after its recognition in the industry. Quality has become a part of service providers like healthcare and education. The field of education has undergone tremendous change since the word quality penetrated into it. Choosing a higher education institution puts in many criteria of which quality assurance and accreditation also has a vital role. The process of accreditation differs from one country to another. The process depends on the outcomes expected by the accrediting agency along with the guidelines of the government regulatory body. Self-assessment report is a self-evaluation made by an institution which is prepared in a report form and submitted to accrediting agency. An expert team evaluates the application for awarding accreditation to a HEI. The role of self-assessment report is to understand the strength and weakness of the HEI.

INTRODUCTION-With advancement in the microsurgical techniques the free tissue transfer has become the rst choice to manage large leg defects which cannot be covered with a local ap.The other option is the cross leg ap.Free aps need an expert team, expensive instruments and plenty of time. Cross leg aps lead to a difcult postoperative period for the patient. When the tissues surrounding the defect are healthy and a careful planning is done, a combination of two local aps which are otherwise used singly for smaller defects may obviate the need for a free or cross leg ap in certain cases. In this study we evaluated the patients who had undergone a combination of gastrocnemius muscle and fasciocutaneous aps for covering the large leg defects. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES-The aim is to study the role of a combination of two local aps to provide cover for the large leg defects. MATERIAL AND METHODS-A retrospective analysis of 30 patients operated from June 2016 to July 2021 for the leg defects rd involving the upper 2/3 of the leg was done.In these patients the upper half of the defects was covered with gastrocnemius muscle ap and the lower half was covered with inferiorly based fasciocutaneous ap. All patients had been followed till the wound cover became stable. RESULTS-All patients were males between the age group of 16 to 46 years. Leg defects were exposed tibia or implant and were post-traumatic in all the cases. Size of the defects ranged from 16cm to 18cm. In all the patients both aps survived well. Two patients had marginal necrosis of fasciocutaneous ap and one had discharge from underneath the muscle ap but were managed conservatively. CONCLUSION- A combination of gastrocnemius muscle and fasciocutaneous aps is a safeoption for covering large leg rd defects involving the upper 2/3 where surrounding skin and muscles are healthy

Abstract Reduction of the excessive rate of antibiotic prescription is needed to curb antibiotic resistance. This retrospective study was conducted to verify whether monthly evaluations of antibiotic prescriptions could improve clinical antibiotic use in outpatient and emergency departments. Every month, from July 2016 to June 2019, 25% of the antibacterial prescriptions from the outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital were randomly selected. The hospital formed an evaluation team that conducted preliminary evaluations of these prescriptions and an expert team that re-evaluated any problematic prescriptions. We analysed the irrational prescription rate, proportion of antibiotic use, and consistency between the evaluation and expert teams. At the end of the evaluation period, the utilisation rate of single antibiotics in the outpatient and emergency departments increased, the irrational prescription rate decreased, and the proportion of sold antibiotics gradually decreased. In addition, the consistency of prescription evaluation results between the evaluation and expert groups increased over time. In conclusion, monthly evaluation of antibiotic prescriptions is an effective management tool for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice and plays an important role in safe clinical drug use.

This article reports on technological mastery assistance in three small metal forming industries in Indonesia. Problems in the blangking and piercing separately process caused increased production time which resulted in inefficiency cost. Therefore, the expert team aided in metal forming technology through participatory action research (PAR) methods and experimental methods through reverse engineering for several products. The PAR method involves optimal contribution and participation from the industry. Assistance in mastering technology in small metal-forming industries reduces the manufacturing process from seven to three stages, increasing efficiency. The press machine's tonnage capacity must balance with the force blanking/piercing requirement. The minimum press machine requirement is 6.7 tons, and based on the availability of existing press machines, the expert team recommends a 20-ton capacity press machine. Total efficiency can be further increased by implementing full progressive die technology by combining piercing, blanking, and bending processes.

Abstract A proven approach in exploration management is to establish multi-disciplinary Basin Analysis (BA) Teams that follow industry best practices and standardized procedures to deliver geologic risk assessments to both management and asset teams. Team members have the ability to provide a combination of specific technical expertise that is used to develop long-term foundation knowledge of basins and plays, but at the same time enables them to react to management and asset team requests for rapid assessments such as block and prospect risking/ranking and investigations of specific geologic challenges. In this paper, we review requirements for the establishment of successful Basin Analysis (BA) teams and provide examples of methodologies, strategies and technical workflows that are being applied to address exploration challenges in the three main exploration target areas in Ukraine, the Western Black Sea (WBS), the Dieper-Donets Basin (DDB) and the Carpathians are in Western Ukraine. For each of these target areas, we provide an example of a BA Team strategy that is followed to address specific exploration challenges. The application of industry standard best practices in exploration by a dedicated expert team and close cooperation with asset and technical teams within the organisation ensures that these engagements will make an important contribution to improve the efficiency and success rates of exploration activities in Ukraine.

Differences or disorders of sex development are a group of heterogeneous conditions, which most commonly present in the newborn period, with the appearance of atypical genitalia on newborn examination. Over recent years, the improvement in our knowledge of these conditions has been accompanied by advances in diagnostic technology and therapeutic options, as well as societal shifts in attitudes and expectations. These factors have placed an even greater emphasis than before on the need for early expert input through a multidisciplinary service that can support the patient and the family; perform and interpret the investigations required to reach a diagnosis; and formulate a management plan that lays down the foundation for optimal long-term outcome. While providing a regional service, the expert team should also be committed to research and quality improvement through participation in national and international networks.
