On the basis of use of modern research methods, the requirements for designing new types of teaching and educational complexes “Kindergarten – Primary School” were determined. It was established that the form and methods of kindergarten education have a certain analogy with the education in the first grades of primary school, which is one of the factors of feasibility of blocking and cooperation of the senior kindergarten groups with the elementary grades of general education schools and the formation of teaching and educational complexes on this basis, which enables receptiveness to demographic fluctuations and, if necessary, change of the function of kindergarten to the function of primary school, and vice versa – the flexibility and multivariance of the teaching environment is one of main conceptual provisions in building of network and typology of educational facilities at the present stage, on the basis of which the structural elements of school network in massive restrained urban development are formed.

Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methods, so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching.

This article describes lessons learned from the first-year implementation of a Grow Your Own teacher preparation alternative route program, Transition to Teaching. Implemented in a rural area in Washington State facing significant teacher shortages, the Transition to Teaching program reaches potential teachers who may not have access to a four-year college and a high-quality, competency-based teacher preparation program. The Transition to Teaching program fulfills the priority assigned by the state to recruiting and retaining teachers from underrepresented groups. Beginning with describing the design of the program and the application process, we discuss students’ first-year experiences, lessons learned, and solutions developed. Content, strategies, access, and efficiencies are highlighted and advice for new programs is provided. In the end, we prove programs comparable to Transition to Teaching require clear collaboration and coordination as well as oversight to ensure teacher candidates are successful.

The didactic regulations of the study courses govern teaching activities for the specific aspects of each single course in compliance with the University didactic regulations. This work is the result of an analytical research, through which every single didactic regulation of the 27 Italian Universities that include the Degree Course in Speech Therapy in their training offer was researched and analyzed. To carry out this analysis we first traced the teaching regulations of the CdS using the Universitaly portal and the individual websites of the various universities; afterwards, the study of the documents found was carried out. The purpose of the story elaborated is to evaluate whether in Italy there is a certain homogeneity in the training offer and in the teaching methods for the degree courses in speech therapy. Furthermore, through this research it is possible to see the quality of the Degree Course and of the training provided with a constructive intent and not with the aim of making a critique as an end in itself. In order to obtain the absolute homogeneity of training among students and to minimize the differences between the same Degree Courses, the hope is that sooner or later we will obtain a single and valid didactic regulation for the Degree Courses of the same profession present on the Italian territory.

Pragmatically, mastery of the material is less comprehensive, mastery of classes is less than optimal, awkwardness and awkwardness become modes of learning in micro teaching. It is also influenced by the limitation of the frequency of teaching micro. The acquisition of good / excellent grades in micro teaching activities cannot be used as a contribution to say that a 2014 Class of Economics Education Study Program student will be able to carry out real teaching programs well.
