Abstract: The IoT (Internet of Things) is one of the leading and advantageous technologies in the 21st century, which can give the high level implementation feasibility in the field of wireless telecommunications. The IoT can also be defined as a smart and interconnected network in a highly dynamic infrastructure. It also provides the feature of from anywhere at any time. The main aim of internet of things is to create a huge and complex information system by combining various trending technologies like sensor data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data science, Networking, big data and Clouds. The biggest deal in IoT is to collect the huge data and data security in maintaining the data confidentiality and providing the privacy for every entity. As a result of all these aspects, new difficulties are entering in improving and implementing the current technologies. There are many such technologies by which many more difficulties are entering. They all must be investigated further. This is a special issue which examines the most recent contributions of IoT platform as well as in the progress of the trending technologies. This chapter focuses on the command and control of drone operations, which spans international, organizational, and intellectual boundaries. The complex information system that directs U.S. drone campaigns developed historically through many iterations of exploitation and reform. The chapter looks at the dynamic interaction of different types of information practice over time. In a process reminiscent of the bottom-up development of FalconView, practitioners made many improvements to Predator and Reaper drones and to the information systems that controlled them. This long learning process was punctuated with tragic fratricides and civilian deaths. Catalyzed by such errors, an institutional framework gradually evolved to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of drone operations. Practitioners throughout a global command and control system struggled to capture the benefits of managed and adaptive practice while avoiding the pitfalls of insulated and problematic practice. Emergent military solutions encouraged actors to alter the strategic problems, and new solutions increased system complexity over time.

The article is devoted to research basic aspects of formation, development and implementation of the management Organization of documents and information facilities, forming with their help a comprehensive system of documentary support of Enterprises and Organizations. Implementation of management functions is directly related to information processes. The document is one of the forms of information participation in the communicative process. Information is acquires the necessary qualities and properties: authenticity, evidence, effectiveness and can be stored and resubmitted in space and time in a documented form. Research in the field of records keeping allows to consider the document as a complex information system, which is characterized by many parameters and is in constant development. The method of typing (or stencil) texts is one of the most studied methods unification the content of documents. It received the largest distribution in the unification of organizational and administrative documentation, where the informative part of documents is laid out in the text form. The historical development of the existing system of documentation of management information and documenting the activities of organizations, institutions and enterprises has resulted in creating the whole system of documentation and management of documents, which was formed in Separate activity. Building an effective management system for enterprises, organizations, processes and types of activity is most the value of compliance with certain rules in documenting the activities of enterprises and organizations is enhanced in the modern world and is caused by an increase in attention on it. "The document management" have  includes the following functions and tasks: adoption of policies and standards in the field of document management; Allocation of responsibilities and powers to manage documents; Establishing and distributing procedures and guidelines for managing documents in the organization; Providing a range of services that relate to the management of documents and the use of documents; Design, implementation and administration of specialized document management systems; Integration management of documents in the system and processes of business activity.

This chapter presents an original approach to information representation, transmission, and processing together with their features that yield into basic principles of informatics. Models of complex systems are based on knowledge from information science that has been gathered over the years in classical physics, a specialized part of which is called information physics. At present, this discipline is still in its infancy, but many discoveries have already been and some scientists have realized that without basic theories in this area, the further development of human knowledge will not be possible.
