Abstract In this manuscript, several types of exact solutions including trigonometric, hyperbolic, exponential, and rational function are successfully constructed with the implementation of two modified mathematical methods, namely called extended simple equation and modified F-expansion methods on the (2 + 1)-dimensional Date–Jimbo–Kashiwara–Miwa and the combined sinh–cosh-Gordon equations. Diverse form of solitary wave solutions is achieved from exact solutions by passing the special values to the parameters. Some solution are plotted in the form of 3D and 2D by assigning the specific values to parameters under the constrain condition to the solutions. These approaches yield the new solutions that we think other researchers have missed in the field of nonlinear sciences. Hence the searched wave’s results are loyal to the researchers and also have imperious applications in applied sciences.

As the most abundant and diverse form of life on Earth, microorganisms commonly inhabit energy-limited environments where cellular maintenance and growth is highly constrained. To gain insight into how microorganisms persist under such conditions, we derived demographic parameters from a diverse collection of bacteria by censusing 100 populations in a closed system for 1,000 days. All but one taxon survived prolonged resource scarcity, yielding estimated times-to-extinction ranging over four orders of magnitude from 100 – 105 years. These findings corroborate reports of long-lived bacteria that have been recovered from ancient environmental samples, while providing insight into mechanisms of persistence. Critically, we found that as death rates declined over time, lifespan was extended through the scavenging of dead cells. Although growth and reproduction were dramatically suppressed in the absence of an exogenous resource supply, bacterial populations continued to evolve. Hundreds of mutations were acquired, contributing to genome-wide signatures of negative selection as well as molecular signals of adaptation. Remarkable consistency in the ecological and evolutionary dynamics indicate that distantly related bacteria respond to energy-limitation in a similar and predictable manner, which likely contributes to the stability and robustness of microbial life.

Background It is unclear if amianthoid transformation (AT) of costal cartilage extracellular matrix (ECM) has an impact on the development of pectus excavatum (PE) and pectus carinatum (PC). Methods AT foci were examined in intrasurgical biopsy specimens of costal cartilages of children (8–17 years old) with PE (n = 12) and PC (n = 12) and in age-matching autopsy control samples (n = 10) using histological and immunohistochemical staining, atomic force and nonlinear optical microscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, morphometry and statistics. Results AT areas were identified in the costal cartilage ECM in children with normal chest, PE and PC. Each type of the AT areas (“canonical”, “intertwined”, “fine-fibred” and “intralacunary”) had a unique morphological pattern of thickness and alignment of amianthoid fibers (AFs). AFs were formed via lateral aggregation of collagen type II fibrils in the intact ECM. Foci of the AT were observed significantly more frequently in the PE and PC groups. The AT areas had unique quantitative features in each study group. Conclusion AT is a structurally diverse form of ECM alteration present in healthy and pathological costal cartilage. PE and PC are associated with specific AT disorders.

The proclamation of the Islamic Republic made its own adjustments to the cultural life of Iran, but despite the imposed restrictions and prohibitions, modern directors and artists continue to saturate their works with references to poetic images of wine. In cinema, the authors act quite straightforwardly, although sometimes in their films there are more inventive methods of mentioning an illegal drink (verbal ac-companiment of the visual series through reading poetic lines about wine). Representatives of the modern art scene can resort to the wine motive in a more diverse form than their colleagues in the field of cine-ma, since it is easier for them to encrypt this topic in their works. Artists turn to the leitmotif of wine, classic for Iranian miniatures, both in abstract drawings, experimenting with calligraphic patterns, and in figurative painting, creating various compositions from mystical and phantasmagoric plots to everyday realistic sketches. When examining the image of wine in historical retrospect, the connection between poetry and Iranian art is clearly visible. The poetic tradition is deeply rooted in Persian culture, an environment so deeply formed by metaphor and permeated with allegory, depicting not the literal, but the symbolic. In addition to the fact that great masters of literature are revered in Iran, poetry is an everyday language in which people communicate today. Therefore, quotes from the poems of poets of the past and present saturate the narrative in Iranian cinema and penetrate into modern fine art, thereby uniting the eras into a single cultural field.

Indonesia is a country that has a diverse form of arts and cultures, one of which is the art of mask that grows and develops in various regions. Masks in a broad sense vary greatly from shape, function, and materials for which they are made. The need for the use of masks is often found in artistic, ritual, religious, health, and performance activities. The tradition of mask in Indonesia has existed since before the history of writing. Masks are believed to represent the spirits of the deceased and are often decorated with human and animal forms to symbolize the supernatural world and the relationship between humans and their origins. This paper explored the form of mask, specifically the Surakarta mask as a source of idea in batik motif creation. The batik motif was made by stylization of the mask using remasol dye and colet technique, resulting in five batik clothes that are cut and sewn into women casual clothes. By turning Surakarta mask batik motif into casual clothing, the clothes made can introduce the art of mask in Surakarta to the wider community, preserving both the art of mask and the art of batik as a high value tradition full of local wisdom.

As you know, sexual perversions can be expressed in a very diverse form. Consideration of various external manifestations of this anomaly is not included in our task. In the proposed work, we would like to give only a brief description of one case of sexual perversion, which occurs in the form described below, apparently not often.

<p>This paper analyzes the movie Ayat tentang Cinta, which still has not received much attention from the researchers, namely from the aspect of the existence of the Qur'anic verses and traditions in it. Two core questions want to be the focus of the study, first, how does the movie Ayat tentang Cinta position the Qur'an [and hadith] as a representation of an interpretation of the Qur'an and hadith? Secondly, how is the existence of the values of the Qur'an [and hadith] in the film being one of the concourses of righteousness? This paper is a qualitative study, using content analysis and a semiotic approach. The results of this study show that in the movie Ayat tentang Cinta, it appears how the scenes displayed by the actors can show the relevant point of a movie as an interpretation of the Qur'an and Hadith, for example, the cafeteria in marriage is allegedly based on the QS. Al-Nur: 26. Secondly, in the movie Ayat tentang Cinta, many of the values of the Qur'an and Hadith in its diverse form, such as how each central figure in the movie describes the things that are relevant to the values of the Qur'an and hadith, at least through the distinctive scenes. All of this, as well as being one of the interesting facts about the construction efforts of righteousness by actors into the minds of audiences. Of course, in typical terminology.</p>

This study explores the struggle and its subjectivity among young people in Yogyakarta who choose being-musician as a way of life. Faced with limited job opportunity, they manage and keep alive their aspirations as mucisian in the local music scene. Their decisions to become musician embody a certain element of resistance against dominant view of work that encompasses the idea of a clear career projection. Even so, they do not always rely on the entrepreneurialism practice and do not neccesarily express class sentiment. Their diverse form of articulation is often constituted by construction of their subjectivity and lives trajectory. In this article, we use Hodkinson’s thought on ‘whole lives trajectories, Connel’s take on life in Global South and Beck’s theory on the redistribution of global risk to explore the subjectivity and plural voices of young musician in Yogyakarta. Based on the empirical data, we argue that throughout their lives trajectories, young musician intertwine with three social units that are unique to Global South context namely family, community, and wider social network either with subculture or post-subculture roots. In their lives trajectories—aside of those three social units—young musician are also faced with the redistribution of local and global risk.

The diversity of race and culture makes Indonesia a country with abundance of culture. Traditional houses which have diverse form are symbol and reflection of culture in every tribe in Indonesia. The shape and architectural value of traditional Bugis houses in Sulawesi Selatan which still remains thanks to the efforts of Bugis tribe community is an example of house-building culture which still exists today. The involvement of cultural leader such as Sanro bola in tradition of Bugis’ house-building culture is essential, because they have knowledge and experiences passed on through generations. This study aims to reveal the role of Sanro bola in preserving the traditional values of building a Bugis Soppeng house. The method of this research is qualitative with explorative analysis. The result of the study revealed that the role of Sanro bola in the process of building a traditional Bugis Soppeng house divided into 6 aspects; as leader, material selection, considering about a good time and day, house orientation, constructing of traditional houses, and application of philosophy sulapa epapa'e. These six aspects are applied by Sanro bola in both physical and non-physical with the aim of providing direction and safety for the residents of the house.
