Q fever is a worldwide distributed zoonosis caused by Coxiella burnetii, a Gram-negative bacterium. Despite existence of large amount of research data on the developments related to Q fever, no bibliometric analysis of this subject is available to our knowledge. Bibliometric studies are an essential resource to track scholarly trends and research output in a subject. This study is aimed at reporting a bibliometric analysis of publications related to Q fever (2,840 articles published in the period 1990-2019) retrieved from Science Citation Index Expanded, an online database of Clarivate Analytics Web of Science Core Collection. Data was retrieved using keywords “Q fever” or “Coxiella burnetii” in title, abstract, and author keywords to describe important research indicators such as the kind and language of articles, the most important publications, research journals and categories, authors, institutions, and the countries having the most significant contribution to this subject. Finally, the emerging areas in field of diagnosis, host range, and clinical presentation were identified. Word cluster analysis of research related to Q fever revealed that major focus of research has been on zoonosis, seroprevalence, laboratory diagnosis (mainly using ELISA and PCR), clinical manifestations (abortion and endocarditis), vectors (ticks), and hosts (sheep, goat, and cattle). This bibliometric study is intended to visualize the existing research landscape and future trends in Q fever to assist in future knowledge exchange and research collaborations.

Groundwater is an essential resource for humans concerning freshwater supply; therefore, preserving and protecting its quality is necessary. Risk assessment, based on hazard, intrinsic vulnerability information and mapping, may be considered as a key aspect of sustainable groundwater management. An approach has been made by combining the Nitrogen Input Hazard Index and the hydrogeological parameters considered in a modified DRASTIC method. A three-level classification has been used to determine the degree of risk, and the thresholds have been established following measurable criteria related to the potential nitrate concentration in groundwater. The second part of the study focused on estimating the socioeconomic impact of groundwater pollution by relating the degree of risk and social vulnerability to groundwater pollution. The method has been tested in the Gallocanta Groundwater Body (Spain). As a result, a risk map and an impact map are provided. The risk map shows that 67% of the study area can be classified as moderate and high-risk areas, corresponding to high hazard sources located in moderate and high vulnerability zones, whereas the impact of groundwater pollution is classified as moderate in the whole groundwater body. The proposed analysis allows comparison between aquifers in different areas and the results required by water authorities to implement control and mitigation measures.

Online virtual museum tours combine museum authority and an academic approach with the diversity and interactivity of online resources; such tours have become an essential resource for online scientific research and education. Many important museums around the world are developing this type of online service. Comprehensive evaluation of such tours is, however, urgently needed to ensure effectiveness. This paper establishes a heuristic evaluation scale based on the literature. Taking the online virtual tour of the Exhibition of Architecture of the Forbidden City as a case study, confirmatory factor analysis was then carried out to improve the scale. Interviews were conducted to discuss and analyze the research results. The developed evaluation scale has four dimensions: authenticity, interaction, navigation, and learning. The results from the case study showed, first, that the exhibition had visual authenticity, but the behavioral authenticity was insufficient; second, the exhibition was generally interactive, but this aspect could be improved by enriching the links; third, the lack of effective navigation design for the exhibit was the main factor affecting experience quality. Fourth, the exhibition was informative and supported learning, but needs further improvement to the quantity and quality of information provided. Finally, the interviews revealed that the online exhibition did not entirely support people of different ages and abilities, so it needs further improvement to be wholly inclusive.

The essential resource for all organizations, mostly educational hospitals, for coping with changes is training of human resources. Staff training is accepted not only as an inevitable necessity for the growth and survival of the organization but also as part of the culture of the organization. That is why the research's main goal is to extract and classify concepts in the training of Staff the method of study was qualitative and had an inductive approach. In this regard, after reviewing the research context using semi-structured interviews, the data collected and analyzed. Considering this research's purpose, which is to design a staff-training model in educational hospitals, in-depth interviews were conducted with 13 experts in this field. In three stages, open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were performed. The thematic analysis technique was used to analyze the data from researchers' interviews in a peaceful environment and identify the model. A further advantage, particularly from learning and teaching, is that it is a method rather than a methodology. To ensure the Quality of the findings, the process of extracting concepts and coding monitored by expert researchers. Based on the results obtained from the software, training needs, training targets, training methods, training effectiveness, and educational hospitals identified by 58 codes. The results show that assessing needs of educational hospitals is the highest priority for staff training criteria.

Cloud Computing and Cloud Platforms have become an essential resource for businesses, due to their advanced capabilities, performance, and functionalities. Data redundancy, scalability, and security, are among the key features offered by cloud platforms. Location-Based Services (LBS) often exploit cloud platforms to host positioning and localisation systems. This paper introduces a systematic review of current positioning platforms for GNSS-denied scenarios. We have undertaken a comprehensive analysis of each component of the positioning and localisation systems, including techniques, protocols, standards, and cloud services used in the state-of-the-art deployments. Furthermore, this paper identifies the limitations of existing solutions, outlining shortcomings in areas that are rarely subjected to scrutiny in existing reviews of indoor positioning, such as computing paradigms, privacy, and fault tolerance. We then examine contributions in the areas of efficient computation, interoperability, positioning, and localisation. Finally, we provide a brief discussion concerning the challenges for cloud platforms based on GNSS-denied scenarios.

In the reform of the electricity market, along with the gradual opening of the electricity sales side as well as the increase in the proportion of residential electricity consumption, the user load of the demand side has become an essential resource for demand response (DR). To efficiently utilize the residential load resources, new market participants, such as load aggregator (LA) have emerged. First, the basic concept of load aggregator is introduced in this paper, the origin and definition of LA is studied, and the classification of aggregated resources and the current situation of LA operation in some countries are presented. Then the article analyzes the market operation mode of LA and the uncertainty of LA in operation in detail, including the LA service on the user side, transaction mode and hierarchical structure associated with the operation, the uncertainty classification analysis, and associated strategies to address the problem. The LA load integration method and the scheduling control strategy are discussed. Finally, suggestions and ideas on the future research direction are proposed.

ACE-2 receptor plays a vital role not only in the SARS-CoV-induced epidemic but also in some diseases. Studies have been carried out on the interactions of ACE-2- SARS-CoV proteins. However, comprehensive research has not been conducted on ACE2 protein by using bioinformatic tools. The present study especially two places, G104 and L108 points, which are effective in protecting the structure of the ACE-2 protein, play a critical role in the biological functioning of this protein, and play an essential role in determining the chemical-physical properties of this protein, and play a crucial role for ACE-2 protein-SARS CoV surface glycoprotein, were determined. It was also found that the G104 and L108 regions were more prone to possible mutations or deletions than the other ACE-2 protein regions. Moreover, it was determined that all possible mutations or deletions in these regions affect the chemical-physical properties, biological functions, and structure of the ACE-2 protein. Having a negative GRAVY value, one transmembrane helix, a significant molecular weight, a long-estimated half-life as well as most having unstable are results of G104 and L108 points mutations or deletions. Finally, it was determined that LQQNGSSVLS, which belong to the ACE-2 protein, may play an active role in binding the spike protein of SARS-CoV. All possible docking score results were estimated. It is thought that this study will bring a different perspective to ACE-2 _SARS-CoV interaction and other diseases in which ACE-2 plays an important role and will also be an essential resource for studies on ACE-2 protein.
