The article presents theoretical and empirical materials that reveal the specifics of the main parameters of the metacognitive sphere of personality as determinants of general management styles. It is shown that one of the most constructive means of such disclosure is to identify the relationship between management styles as one of the central constructs of management psychology, on the one hand, and the main metacognitive parameters (procedural, strategic and other characteristics), on the other. The regularities of the influence of metacognitive factors on the main general management styles are established. It is shown that they are characterized by different values of the indexes of integration (coherence), differentiation (divergence) and the index of general organization of the metacognitive sphere. The provisions are formulated according to which general management styles have a structural, rather than analytical determination in relation to those metacognitive factors on the basis of which they are formed.

This study aimed to identify how knowledge management plays a role in improving human resources, it also aimed to identify the realities of knowledge updating of the institution, and knowledge disseminating and distributing among workers. The research sample consists of the employees of the top departments 11.419 of the general organization for vocational training in three departments: the national training department, the general administration of quality and training, the general administration for development and curriculum design, in the Riyadh region, the study used a descriptive and analytical approach to address the research subject. knowledge management has been also mentioned as an important and positive impact on the efficiency of the organization's internal processes and the quality of performance. The results have been as follows: there is a positive statistical significant correlation between the knowledge diagnosis and measuring the quality of human resource performance, the value of the correlation between them was (0.577), at a significant level (0.00), which is a value less than (0.01),there is a positive statistical significant correlation between updating knowledge and measuring the quality of human resources performance, as the value of the correlation between them reached (0.682), at a significant level (0.00), which is a value less than (0.01),there is a positive statistical significant correlation between the disseminating and distributing of knowledge and the measuring of the quality of human resource performance (0.705), at a significant level (0.00), which is a value less than (0.01), as the higher the diagnosis of updating, disseminating and distributing knowledge, the higher the quality of human resource performance. The most important recommendations of researchers: The necessity for the institution to have the ability to identify its employees who possess knowledge related to its fields of activities. The necessity for the institution to provide material and moral rewards to its employees for their efforts to gain new knowledge that supports its activities. Reliance on objective and fair standards in order to truly reveal the levels of employee performance, which leads to avoiding problems among workers.

The purpose of our review was to compare the distribution of motor unit properties across human muscles of different sizes and recruitment ranges. Although motor units can be distinguished based on several different attributes, we focused on four key parameters that have a significant influence on the force produced by muscle during voluntary contractions: the number of motor units, average innervation number, and the distributions of contractile characteristics and discharge rates within motor unit pools. Despite relatively few publications on this topic, current data indicate that the most influential factor in the distribution of these motor unit properties between muscles is innervation number. Nonetheless, despite a five-fold difference in innervation number between a hand muscle (first dorsal interosseus) and a lower leg muscle (tibialis anterior), the general organization of their motor unit pools and the range of discharge rates appears to be relatively similar. These observations provide foundational knowledge for studies on the control of movement and the changes that occur with ageing and neurological disorders.

The General Organization of the Veterinary Services in Egypt has adopted a sheeppox vaccination policy to control lumpy skin disease (LSD) in cattle. Over the course of the last two years, recurrent outbreaks were reported, with animals showing severe clinical signs and consequentially higher fatalities than that of cases reported in previous LSD outbreaks. A total of 1050 cattle showing typical clinical signs suggestive of LSD were clinically and pathologically investigated during 2017–2018. Skin nodules were collected and lumpy skin disease virus (LSDV) was screened in collected skin samples using PCR for the RPO-30 gene. Furthermore, the entire P32 protein coding gene was sequenced. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry of the skin nodules were also conducted. The obtained results showed an overall mortality rate of 6.86%. LSDV was confirmed in all the examined nodules as evidenced by immunohistochemistry and positive PCR amplification of the RPO30 gene. Sequencing analysis of the P32 gene revealed a highly conserved nature and genetic stability of the LSDV. The results of the present study show that the current vaccination protocol was not effective for a multitude of reasons. These results also serve as evidence for a strong recommendation of an amendment of homologous vaccine use aside from a complete coverage of cattle populations in order to reduce the incidence of LSD among cattle population in Egypt.

AbstractUnder the supervision of UN-Habitat, the Egyptian General Organization of Physical Planning started its first phase of “Promoting Better Quality and More Manageable Public Spaces Project, 2021” that targets enhancement and development of open spaces quality in New Cairo, Egypt. This project is functioning under three main objectives: (1) recognize the most occupied urban open spaces in New Cairo, (2) identify the required community needs in these urban open spaces, and (3) evaluate quality and suitability of these open spaces for public usage. In this paper, we are attempting to achieve the 2nd objective addressed previously by laying hands on hidden correlations among socio-ecological community needs. This is achieved in two phases; the first phase is mainly concerned with adapting thematic analytical method to tackle multiple correlations while reviewing literature, while the second phase is focusing on conducting a pilot study survey in East Academy district to validate the previously concluded socio-ecological correlations. Also findings indicate that East-Academy’s open spaces have strong correlations with multiple socio-ecological attributes and that ten urban qualities showed the highest positive measures. These correlations, in the future, can be used to establish an intervention action model.

Writing is the most essential skill and all learners must develop regardless of the professions they aspire to pursue. Writing is a big challenge for both native and non-native students especially in the advancement of technology. It is the biggest challenge to the students of English as a foreign language. Using qualitative research methodologies in the classroom teaching and student learning experiences in higher education gains an in-depth understanding of the learners’ issues. The aims of the study were to implement Focus Group Discussions to explore learner issues when writing. The students of a Preparatory year Program of a Public University of Saudi Arabia were selected for this study and their issues of writing English were focused. The research data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and collaborative formative assessment. The data collected through the research tools were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative methods. The findings reveal that the major problems in EFL learners’ writing are insufficient linguistic proficiency in general, organization of weak structures, L1 influence, writing anxiety, lack of ideas, problems in grammar, vocabulary and syntax in particular. The study also sheds light on the remedial measures such as using online applications, vocabulary practice and innovative teaching methods.

The relevance of studying the patterns of the formation of COVOD-19 epidemics in the conditions of urban development is justified. The establishment of common mechanisms between the epidemic and urbanization is necessary to justify the population density as an urban planning regulation. An algorithm for constructing etiological groups and modeling indicators for evaluating correlation relations is proposed. Based on these statistical estimates, the choice of a hypothesis about the reliability or randomness of statistical estimates is justified. Statistical regularities of the epidemic process are tabulated for the scientific conclusion about the concretization of the urban planning routing of residents with the formation of foci of infectious risk. Models of epidemics in the space of organized territories are presented. The content of the Concept of Development and the general organization of the territory of urban and rural settlements is proposed to be based on the methodology for determining density, as an urban planning category that meets the requirements of SanPiN 3.3686-21.
