Space-time image velocimetry (STIV) is a promising technique for river surface flow field measurement with the development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). STIV can give the magnitude of the velocity along the search line set manually thus the application of the STIV needs to determine the flow direction in advance. However, it is impossible to judge the velocity direction at any points before measurement in most mountainous rivers due to their complex terrain. A two-dimensional STIV is proposed in this study to obtain the magnitude and direction of the velocity automatically. The direction of river flow is independently determined by rotating the search line to find the space-time image which has the most prominent oblique stripes. The performance of the two-dimensional STIV is examined in the simulated images and the field measurements including the Xiasi River measurements and the Kuye River measurements, which prove it is a reliable method for the surface flow field measurement of mountain rivers.

Most agricultural periodicals do not adhere to recommendations for the design of a scientific journal recognized by world standards, and do not have adequate information platforms for interacting with both search engines and international citation indices. On June 5, 2020 State Institution “I.S. Lupinovich Belarus Agricultural Library” of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was appointed the executor of generation and filling the “Portal of publications of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”. The portal will consist of two elements. The first element is the portal itself, which will provide unified information about the new, most cited and viewed articles on agricultural topics, agricultural science news and will have a single search line for all materials posted on the portal. The second element is completely self-contained scientific journal sites. Each of the journals included in the project will receive its own separate site, which will fully comply with modern scientific publishing practices and the requirements of international scientific databases. The “Portal of the publications of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” and the sites of the journals will be developed in conjunction with the system of comprehensive support and support of the scientific journal “Elpub” Non-for-profit partnership “National Electronic Information Consortium”. The library has signed an agreement on cooperation with four organizations of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus to provide materials published in their journals for filling the portal and sites. The implementation of this project will serve as a foundation for the future entry of Belarusian scientific agricultural journals into international scientific databases and will help to acquaint the world scientific community with the developments of Belarusian agrarian scientists.

Adenoid hypertrophy (AH) is an extremely common condition in the pediatric and adolescent populations that can lead to various medical conditions, including acute rhinosusitis, with a percentage of these progressing to chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). The relationship between AH and pediatric CRS has been extensively studied over the past few years and clinical consensus on the treatment has now been reached, allowing this treatment to become the preferred clinical practice. The purpose of this study is to review existing literature and data on the relationship between AH and CRS and the options for treatment. A systematic literature review was performed using a search line for “(Adenoiditis or Adenoid Hypertrophy) and Sinusitis and (Pediatric or Children)”. At the end of the evaluation, 36 complete texts were analyzed, 17 of which were considered eligible for the final study, dating from 1997 to 2018. The total population of children assessed in the various studies was of 2371. The studies were categorized as surgical-observational, microbiological, genetic-immunological, and radiological. The analysis of the studies confirms the relationship between AH and CRS and supports the existing consensus on medical and surgical therapy. Furthermore, these studies underline the necessity to adapt medical and surgical treatment considering age, comorbidities including asthma and, if present, the Computed Tomography (CT) score.

We present an algorithm based on variable-step-iterative (VSI) to search line-surface intersection point, which is very important process for simulation of fringe projection system. Our VSI algorithm can avoid the difficult process such as finding iterative start point and selecting parameters to obtain a correct result. Simulation result validates the reconstructed RMS errors obtained by our VSI simulation algorithm are far smaller than those obtained by previous reported simulation method.
