The use of electronic records increases in the industrial revolution 4.0 and the implementation of WFH (Work from Home). Records management needs to be carried out on all media and types of records. Electronic records management needs to be carried out on filing and transferring records to maintain the authenticity, integrity, security, and safety of records. ABC agency already uses the Records Information System (SRIKANDI), but not all types of records can be managed using that information system. The information system cannot manage electronic records of types of photos, videos, and sound recordings. The records must be managed at ABC agency, so it is necessary to determine the filing and transferring the records offline. This research is qualitative research using data collection techniques: observations, interviews, and documents search. Interviews were conducted with three experts in records management, both manual and electronic. The analysis is carried out based on the stages contained in the five regulatory documents. The analysis results show that the filing stages consist of preparation, inspection, index determination, file code determination, registration/input of records information, inserting records into folders, cross-pointing (if any), labelling, and compiling a list of current records. Moreover, the transfer stage consists of preparation, selection of records, arranging semi-current records, creating a list of semi-current records to be moved, and creating a report of records transfer.

In this study, an active inductive equalizer with fast energy transfer based on adaptive balancing current control is proposed to rapidly equilibrate lithium-ion battery packs. A multiphase structure of equalizer formed by many specific parallel converter legs (PCLs) with bidirectional energy conversion serves as the power transfer stage to make the charge shuttle back and forth between the cell and sub-pack or sub-pack and sub-pack more flexible and efficient. This article focuses on dealing with the problem of slow balancing rate, which inherently arises from the reduction of balancing current as the voltage difference between the cells or sub-packs decreases, especially in the later period of equalization. An adaptive varied-duty-cycle (AVDC) algorithm is put forward here to accelerate the balance process. The devised method has taken the battery nonlinear behavior and the nonideality of circuit component into consideration and can adaptively modulate the duty cycle with the change of voltage differences to maintain balancing current nearly constant in the whole equilibrating procedure. Test results derived from simulations and experiments are provided to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the equalizer prototype constructed. Comparing with the conventional fixed duty cycle (FDC) method, the improvements of 68.3% and 8.3% in terms of balance time and efficiency have been achieved.

The single housing industry is currently experiencing a continuous expansion in demand for housing. Addressing the needs of different customer groups is the key to increasing the rate of sales conversion. The objective of this research is to propose a two-stage single house customer journey analytical model that consists of two stages. The first stage concerns the customer journey between registration and reservation process and the second one identifies the customer loyalty from reservation to transfer stage. The four classification data mining techniques have experimented. The experiments include the accuracy and F-Measure in comparison and also perform the statistical testing. The Artificial Neural Network was the most accurate model for both stages. This model analyzes the probability of the customer progressing through the stages to the conclusion of purchase by learning the customer’s characteristics and the factors involved in the customer's decision. The model displays the reservation and transfer result for customers who have achieved the respective reservation and transference steps according to their registration profile. Experiments showed that the proposed two-stage models could predict customer loyalty, thereby enhancing relationship management between customers and organizations. It also confers a competitive advantage within the industry.

In this research the change in the distance of the two stars in two binary star systems (13.6+8)M8and (13+10)M8 was studied, through the calculations the value  (rate of mass transfer) of the two phases of dynamical stages of mass which are mass loss and mass transfer has been extracted in its own way ,by extracting the value of  the value of (the distance variation between the two stars) has been found only in the mass transfer stage by using mathematical model ,in mass loss stage  and   were calculated from the change and the difference between the values of each at different times of binary star system evolution ,it was found that  the maximum values of  and  are in mass transfer state in binary star system , in other words the maximum values of  depend on the mass transfer between the two component stars of the binary star system.

This paper is aiming to study experimentally the bubbling and drying characteristic of fructooligosaccharides syrup in the belt drying process. A series of bubble images were acquired by a high-speed image acquisition system during the drying process. By analyzing the characteristics of bubble and drying, the drying process of fructooligosaccharides was divided into three periods: boiling transfer, natural convection and conduction and diffusion period. The drying rate in different transfer stage was: boiling transfer > natural convection > heat conduction and diffusion. The results of the study are of reference value to belt drying. Keywords: fructooligosaccharides; belt drying; digital image processing; heat and mass transfer
