Librarians and writing tutors in higher education are working intensely to teach information literacy to students. But the extent to which this work is done collaborative or separately differs greatly between the universities. •How can we facilitate collaborative learning on questions regarding the teaching of academic information literacy? •How do we relate this teaching to various national and international frameworks and guidelines? •How do we find new ways and methods for writing tutors and librarians to work together? •Is it possible to create a platform to facilitate the exchange of ideas and tools? These are some of the questions that led us to start this project: to develop an open web course on student learning of information literacy in higher education. But instead of targeting students in higher education the target group for this course is librarians and writing tutors at Swedish universities. The project is funded by the Swedish library Association. The purpose of the course is to: •Place information literacy in an academic context, where academic writing is included together with information seeking, referencing, plagiarism etc. •Develop national cooperation on issues related to the teaching of information literacy and academic writing •To facilitate online peer learning between collegues on issues related to teaching information literacy and academic writing •Develop a platform for sharing experiences regarding tools and methods The participants will get the opportunity to participate in workshops and PBL-inspired group work on themes regarding the teaching of information literacy in higher education. In this way we hope to facilitate a creative and collaborative learning environment. The first iteration of the course will take place April-May 2021. This presentation will be about the development of the course and what we have learned so far.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the dance education process in Indonesia. Teachers of dance are required to be more innovative in designing learning so that the expected learning objectives can be achieved especially skill-based learning. Malang regional dance is a practical subject in the dance and music study program at the university level. It requires an online learning strategy since it was previously always taught face-to-face. The purpose of this research was to develop a dance learning strategy, especially for the Malang regional dance subject, based on blended learning that is used by students of the dance and music education study program. The blended learning model used is the web course model, in which learners and educators are completely separate and face-to-face is not required. All teaching materials, discussions, consultations, assignments and exams are entirely conducted via the internet. This research can be categorized as research and development (R&D). The steps conducted were preliminary research, planning, developing media or production, and media evaluation. The web course model developed for the Malang regional dance course includes 3 stages: (1) seeking information about the learning objectives and directing students to search and collect references about Malang regional dance online; (2) acquisition of information about Malang regional dances that can be studied by students so that students are able to communicate again; and (3) synthesizing knowledge evaluating the material presented in the second stage. Keywords: learning strategies, blended learning, web courses, dance

Education is a medium or tool to produce human resources into something of higher quality. The purpose of this research itself is to find out how the steps or strategies taken by the Assembly in maintaining the quality of education for students amid the outbreak of the virus and triggering the birth of several rules that suddenly change all old habits. As a benchmark used by researchers by looking at indicators as conveyed by OJ Sumampouw (2015), namely Systematic, Continuous, Dynamic, Accommodative, Integrated and Focused and Simple and Realistic The method used is qualitative research methods and as informants consist of Regional Leaders of the Dikdasmen Council. Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Principal of MTs Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Staff and Teachers and Parents of Students and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that teaching and learning activities were prevalent during the Corona pandemic, one of which was the Web course, which was the use of the internet for learning purposes, where all study materials, discussions, consultations, assignments, exercises, and exams were fully delivered via the internet and offline activities where teachers visited. students for the learning process due to lack of internet network access in several places in Sinjai Regency.

In 2020 universities had to quickly implement remote education alternatives as a result of the social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To keep students engaged with the university, we implemented a teaching-learning model that relates physiology contents to the COVID-19 pandemic using online educational platforms. A 1-mo web course was proposed for health sciences students from the Federal University of Pampa. It included synchronous meetings twice a week and asynchronous activities using scientific articles, case studies, and interactive online tools. The students approved the methodology developed, assessing it as dynamic and innovative. They reported that the activity helped to better understand the relations between COVID-19 and physiological systems. The web course also contributed to the identification of reliable sources of news and stimulated the sharing of scientific content with their families. We concluded that the use of online platforms contextualizing the physiology content considering current events helps students in learning human physiology and improves their abilities to apply this information to their daily life, in this specific case, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Web Pedagogical Content Knowledge (WPACK) is an important competence for pre-service teachers in the educational technology course. However, novice pre-service teachers require the preparation stage to integrate the Web into instruction. The purpose of the study was to develop and to investigate the new instructional model for pre-service teachers in integrating the Web. The Preparation, Isolation, Transformation, Action, Reflection, and Revision (PINTARR) and two other models were implemented in three physics education technology groups with seventy-four participants. The instrument test was constructed to assess the pre-service teachers’ competencies, namely Student analysis, Curriculum organization, Instructional strategy selection, Evaluation, Technological knowledge, and Physics knowledge. The result of MANOVA showed pre-service teachers in PINTARR group outperformed overall the pre-service teachers’ competencies rather than the Multimedia and Web Design Learning group. The results indicated that the Preparation and the Isolation stage were the most important for novice pre-service teachers in improving the competencies.

In today's millenial era, people should be able to learn anywhere and anytime. In fact, what is meant is to study group or learn individually. But the reality in the field shows that the learning used still applies traditional learning, namely classroom-based learning with teachers as information centers. Teachers are also asked to be able to adapt to current conditions by combining learning with the progress of communication and information technology that is developing today. Learning models, media, and attitudes that support the above statements are blended learning, google classroom application media, and high self-reliance owned by students. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning independence skills of learners through the application of blended learning models. The research instruments used are observation sheets of blended learning methods, observation sheets of student activities, self-reliance questionnaires and student response questionnaires. Data retrieval techniques in this study using observation methods, tests and questionnaires. Based on data analysis obtained on learning devices, normalized gain calculation, quality of blended learning method implementation, and student response questionnaires get excellent results. In the calculation of normalized gain calculations get a score of 0.794 from these results, the independence of students' learning belongs to a high category. From these results, it can be concluded that students are very interested in blended learning methods that have been applied so as to increase the independence of learning of grade VIII students in the two-variable Linear Equation System material.
