As more and more attention is paid to the formation of models of new service development, it is noticed that the compositions of a new model are usually based only on examples of previous models that were presented in the scientific literature. Although the practical application of the proposed models in any organizational condition is often verified by empirical studies, the revisions of the validity of model compositions are still quite fragmented. The lack of such research does not give the possibility for any further improvement of the model or elimination of the revealed shortcomings and it makes the proper preparation for testing the proposed model in a company complicated. In order to evaluate the suitability of the composition of the newly formed model of service development in the conditions of modern service companies, an empirical evaluation was performed by using the methods of abstraction, comparative analysis, synthesis, and expert survey. According to the results of the research, the suggestions for the improvement of the new service development model were made and guidelines for further research were formulated.

An approach to assessing complex technical systems at an early stage of their development is considered. Complexes with multifunctional dual-use unmanned aerial vehicles are being investigated as complex technical systems. The nov-elty of the work lies in the integration of the assessment by structuring the methods and stochastic models of the analy-sis of complex technical systems in the technological computerized environment of the developer, choosing a decision-making strategy at the stages of preliminary design, including the method of expert assessments. Using the example of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the technology of choosing a rational version of complex technical systems from among the alternatives of the formed model range using an information and analytical system (IAS) is shown. The IAS implements a procedure for multi-criteria assessment of complex technical systems based on the methods of expert assessments. The primary results of a comprehensive assessment of reconnaissance-strike and strike complexes of multifunctional UAVs weighing 0.3-2 tons have been obtained.

The research object is the sacred music of a well-known Norwegian composer Henning Sommerro (born 1952), one of the bright components of his multifaceted creative work. The present article is the first work within the Russian scientific literature analyzing this aspect through the prism of one of the key works of the composer. The authors are also the first to introduce the complete musical score of the composition into the scientific discourse. Along with the recordings, it helps to understand how the composer manages to successfully combine the liturgical and secular components, the poetical and musical texts, and how they outline the modern musical directions. The research subject is the musical drama and expressive means of the “Partisan Requiem” (2000) by Sommerro performed by the combined Russian-Norwegian choir (Murmansk, 2019). The research shows that the composer keeps the graphic structure of the historically formed model of the genre. Owing to the musical expressive means and “citation”, demonstrating the postmodernist practices of the composer, the genre becomes recognizable, denoting the important “memory spaces”. At the same time, in terms of drama, Latin and Norwegian texts are “arranged” according to the internal connection, the monologue inclusions of the narrator are often accompanied with a reduced orchestra, whose timbre and color, on the one hand, thematically unite the Norwegian texts with the graphic and musical sphere of the composition, and on the other hand, deepen the understanding of the ideas underlying them. The briefness of poetic verses strengthens the importance of each of them; they are rhythmically linked to liturgical texts thus helping to create a single lexical and musical fabric of the composition by means of a complex interaction of the choir, the orchestra, the soloists and the actor-narrator.

The objective reasons for the demand in the digital economy of intelligent systems for detecting suddenly occurring events are described. The principles of the formation of software for agents for detecting sudden events are presented. Typical conditions for the functioning of agents are considered. A method for detecting sudden events has been selected. Detection quality indicators are determined. Revealed techniques for modeling detection processes. Formed model analytical intelligence agents detecting suddenly occurring events.

Electrode materials with platinum nanoparticles on combined polymer-carbon matrix-carriers had been formed. Model tests of hydrogen-air fuel cells with varying loading and sizes of platinum nanoparticles had been carried out. It was found that the maximum value of specific power (64 mW/cm2) and current density (122-128 mA/cm2) are achieved when the catalyst load was 0.32 mg/cm2 and the nanoparticle size was 2-4 nm.

Shallot is one of the potential horticultural commodities. The purpose of this study is to estimate the production function and efficiency of shallot farming. The method used in the study is the estimation of production functions using stochastic frontier. The data used in this study were shallot production (kg), harvested area (m2), labor used (HOK), use of seeds (kg), fertilizer (kg), pesticides used (kg), sourced from SHR2014 which conducted by the Central Statistics Agency. In the estimation process, all variables are transformed by natural logarithms. The results showed that the estimation of the function of shallot production for both the dry season and the wet season with independent variables included harvested area, labor, seeds, fertilizers, and significant pesticides in the model, so that formed model was valid for further use. The average technical efficiency of shallot farming in the dry and wet season is 0.6626 and 0.6627, respectively, which means that in general, shallot farming in Indonesia is not efficient on the technical side. That is, there are indications that the optimal processing technology of production inputs in the business has not been carried out optimally.

Introduction: The recently described anaplasmosis infection is widespread but concerns to the insufficiently known group of diseases. The aim of our research is the development of uniform biological model for reproducing of artificial immunodeficient state by experimental anaplasmosis. Materials and methods: Algorithm of experimental anaplasmosis reproducing, consisted of such consecutive stages: 1) artificial forming of the immunodeficient state at nonlinear white mise (Mus musculus L.); 2) preparation of the tested biological material samples; 3) inoculation by prepared samples of the laboratory animals with the artificially formed immunodeficient state; 4) sampling from the dead or slaughtered (by the method of chloroformed anesthesia) experimental animals of sectional material (organs and targets tissues); 5) verification of aetiology by express detection of causative agents by the method of PCR in the selected samples of sectional material. Results: Biological model of experimental anaplasmosis have been created suitable for realization of both diagnostic and epidemiological, epizootic, ecobiological and other researches of different origin biological material samples, including samples of solid and liquid consistency material. Formed model realised in premature death of experimental animals in 17.4 % cases; resulted in an onset of disease clinical signs without death during the term of supervision in 43.8 % cases; coursed in the absence of the expressed symptoms of infection in 31.3 % cases. Conclusions: Developed biological model of experimental anaplasmosis consists in that as laboratory animals with the increased sensitiveness to the infection and accumulation of causative agent are used white nonlinear mice with the artificially formed immunodeficient state.

Theater location quality is researched according to a pre-formed model with the aim to improve quality in the functioning of theaters in settlements of the Republic of Serbia. An omnipresent process of globalization has led to significant changes in the field of culture, and thus a reduction in interest for classic theater performances has occurred. The poor condition of theater buildings in architectural and structural terms as well as their immediate environment, in urbanistic sense, is the result of neglecting the field of culture on a national level for many years. By summing up the total scores for specific urban aspects obtained on the basis of the conducted research and previously collected data, it was found that the average score of the location quality of theaters is 6 of maximum 10, based on the established scoring and evaluation of the determined aspects within the research. Since the active functioning of the theaters at the local level is important for the development of the traditional culture of the population, it is justified to propose specific measures transformation of the theater immediate environment and to implement them as soon as possible for 30 existing theaters in the Republic of Serbia.
