Cattle Disease Diagnosis Expert System in Bandes Village, Ainaro District

Most of the people in the Bandes village of Ainaro district work as breeders. Cows that are raised are beef cattle. One of the obstacles that exist in Bandes Village is the existence of a few veterinarians in Bandes Village. This research discusses an expert system for diagnosing diseases in cattle, which functions to help determine the disease that is being suffered by cattle, this system will display the results of the diagnosis in the form of the name of the disease, a description of the disease solution and its prevention. In this study there were 4 diseases studied and 7 symptoms. From the 4 disease data, isolation of the problem area, target decision and dependency diagram is made. After that the formation of IF – THEN rules, after the rules are made, the backward chaining process is made. So as to produce a solution to overcome disease in cattle. In program testing is done by comparing the results of the system with experts. In the trials that have been carried out, the results obtained are appropriate or the accuracy of the data and facts obtained from experts on cattle. So based on the results of tests that have been carried out on the system as much as 4 data, the accuracy value obtained is 100% accurate which shows that the expert system is functioning properly in accordance with the expert's diagnosis

Wahlkreisarbeit in der Pandemie: Mehr Adaption als Transformation

The Covid-19 pandemic is causing massive restrictions on public life worldwide, affecting the work of parliamentarians in their districts as well . Based on interviews with 33 mem­bers of the German Bundestag, activities “back home” during the early phase of the pan­demic are analyzed and compared to information from an earlier study . After a brief phase of adaptation, new digital ways of work were used by MPs and their district offices, some­times leading to closer networking with party and constituency and giving them new spa­tial flexibility . A strong use of new social media also became apparent but that is only partly caused by Covid-19 . The focus of representation has changed towards a clearer regional orientation and more pronunciation of the leadership function . But all in all, district work of MPs in Germany has continued with only minor changes .

Pengaruh Pengendalian Intern, Tata Kelola Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pengelola Keuangan

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of supervision on the tinancial management performance, 2) Obtain empirical approval of the requirements for managing financial governance, 3) the influence of leadership style on the performance of financial managers. In this study using Causality Design. The population in this study is the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Solok Regency which collects 27 SKPD. The population in this study was 27 SKPD. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression. The result of the study found 1) Control of apprenticeship in support of financial management in the Regional Work Unit of the Solok Regency, 2) Governance supports of financial management of the Solok District Work Unit, 3) Leadership style that supports financial management in the Regional Work Unit of Solok Regency, 4) Together the internal control variables, governance and leadership style are jointly agrees on the performance of financial managers in the Solok District Work Unit.

EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING GIS "ELECTRONIC EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ATLAS"

The paper considers main stages of developing a geoinformation project and results obtained. In 2019 the epidemiological Atlas of the Volga Federal District was among the 15 best Russian practices for implementing spatial data, remote sensing data, and geoinformation technologies. In order to effectively use the existing experience in developing and applying the geoinformation system, further improve it, and expand its functions for use in other federal districts, specialists of the Academician I. N. Blokhina Nizhny Novgorod Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology perform research "Development of geographically distributed geoinformation software complex "Electronic epidemiological Atlas of the Russian Federation". As part of the new research, the Concept of creating a GIS "Epidemiological Atlas of Russia" was developed. In February 2020, preliminary tests of the GIS subsystem "Epidemiological Atlas of Russia. The territory of the federal district", work was completed to eliminate the comments and preparations for acceptance tests.

The influence of job motivation and work environment upon job performance of the employees of trade and industry office in Bogor district

This study aims to explain the effect of job motivation and work environment upon job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District. The analytical instrument used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression which is first test using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SPSS 22.0 computer statistical software. The sampling method taken is 121 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Motivation has a significant effect on job performance of the employees of (Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bogor) Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District, Work Environment has no significant effect on the job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District. Job Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously does not affect job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor Office. DESIGN OF DIGITAL SHOE BASED SHOES SKIN MODELING AND CUTTING MACHINE

Bunut is one of regions in Kisaran. The majority of Asahan District work as shoe craftsmen. The length time ofshoes making procces make the shoe craftsmen need long time to market it. Similarly when designing shoe modelthat still us traditional tools that make shoe’s model impressed outdated. In terms of making Bunut shoe is noteasy. Cutting leather shoe that use traditional tools make the cutting process of the shoe becomes long. Themethod is started from designing a modeling tool, preparing tools and material, making and testing machines.The result obtained by this shoe modeling machine work optimally 8 hours per day with the cutting velocity 1,4minutes for each shoe's pattern, from the result modelling machine able to cut design pattern a pair of shoes in40 minutes. So in one day it can produce shoe pattern pieces is able to produce 12 pairs of shoe patterns from theprevious one, only 2 pairs per day.

PERALIHAN HAK ATAS TANAH ABSENTE KARENA WARIS (STUDI KASUS DI KANTOR ATR/BPN KABUPATEN KENDAL YANG DOMISILI AHLI WARIS BERADA DILUAR WILAYAH KECAMATAN )

The law states that if a person has an excess of absent land then the land must be released or the sanction will be imposed. In fact, although this prohibition applies, the ownership or control of agricultural land in absente or drags is found in many sub-districts in kendal district, in the kendal district, there are many owners of agricultural land owned by persons or legal entities that are not only outside the kecamatan but sometimes Outside areas such as, Semarang city, and even those who are domiciled outside the province.The problems studied in this study are as follows: (1) how the concept of transition of absente land rights due to the heirs whose domicile heirs are outside the district area, (2) how the legal protection for the heirs of absente land owners who live outside District area.This study uses empirical juridical approach, empirical juridical approach in this research means that in analyzing the problem is done by combining legal materials (which is secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field.The results of this study indicate the following: (1) The ownership of Asbsentee land rights due to inheritance issues the right to the heirs to obtain the rights to the absentee land, and for the transition of absentee land to legal certainty, (2) Protection for the heirs of land owners Absentees residing outside the sub-district may occur if the inheritance has been in accordance with the legislation in the true sense of being the heir of the absentee landowner and the heirs residing outside the sub-district work on their own farmland.Keywords: Absente Land / Guntai, Heirs, Land Rights Transfer.
