The uptake of maternal influenza and pertussis vaccinations is often suboptimal. This study explores the factors influencing pregnant women’s and health care professionals’ (HCPs) behaviour regarding maternal vaccinations (MVs). Pregnant/recently pregnant women, midwives, pharmacists and general practice staff in Waikato, New Zealand, were interviewed. The analysis used the behaviour change wheel model. Interviews of 18 women and 35 HCPs revealed knowledge about MVs varied with knowledge deficiencies hindering the uptake, particularly for influenza vaccination. HCPs, especially midwives, were key in raising women’s awareness of MVs. Experience with vaccinating, hospital work (for midwives) and training increased HCPs’ knowledge and proactivity about MVs. A “woman’s choice” philosophy saw midwives typically encouraging women to seek information and make their own decision. Women’s decisions were generally based on knowledge, beliefs, HCPs’ emphasis and their perceived risk, with little apparent influence from friends, family, or online or promotional material. General practice’s concentration on children’s vaccination and minimal antenatal contact limited proactivity with MVs. Busyness and prioritisation appeared to affect HCPs’ proactivity. Multi-pronged interventions targeting HCPs and pregnant women and increasing MV access are needed. All HCPs seeing pregnant women should be well-informed about MVs, including how to identify and address women’s questions or concerns about MVs to optimise uptake.

The presented text deals with research into the influence of the printing layers’ orientation on crack propagation in an AlSi10Mg material specimen, produced by additive technology, using the Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) method. It is a method based on sintering and melting layers of powder material using a laser beam. The material specimen is presented as a Compact Tension test specimen and is printed in four different defined orientations (topology) of the printing layers—0°, 45°, 90°, and twice 90°. The normalized specimen is loaded cyclically, where the crack length is measured and recorded, and at the same time, the crack growth rate is determined. The evaluation of the experiment shows an apparent influence of the topology, which is essential especially for possible use in the design and technical preparation of the production of real machine parts in industrial practice. Simultaneously with the measurement results, other influencing factors are listed, especially product postprocessing and the measurement method used. The hypothesis of crack propagation using Computer Aided Engineering/Finite Element Method (CAE/FEM) simulation is also stated here based on the achieved results.

I will argue that the “middle comedies” of Ben Jonson, specifically The Alchemist and Bartholomew Fair, address concerns that are not only social and economic but also political in nature. Or, to put it another way, the economic issues that these plays address are also political. As the economic landscape shapes social life in city comedy, so too do political concerns exert an important, if perhaps less apparent, influence over the plays that I will examine here. In The Alchemist, Sir Epicure Mammon fantasizes about relocating to a “free state” so that he may enjoy the pleasures that his newly acquired capital can afford him without drawing the ire and suspicion of the monarch (4.1.156). In Bartholomew Fair, Justice Overdo proclaims that he acts on behalf of king and commonwealth when trying to regulate the capitalistic chaos of the local fair. The prevalence of the language of politics (of commonwealth, monarchy, republicanism) in these plays suggests that their economic concerns have significant political implications. Each play offers a resolution to this conflict in accordance with dramatic propriety, what is appropriate given the circumstances. The justice that is done and the order that is achieved at the conclusion of each play is not carried out by politicians or magistrates but rather shaped by the market society in which the characters operate. The characters who try to regulate the market or expose its corruption fail miserably, while the characters who triumph at the end of each play work the system and manipulate the circumstances to their advantage.

Abstract Throughout much of his career, Geoffrey Hill has been pilloried for his alleged conservativism as well as his positive treatment of Christianity in his poetry. A careful reading of his works, however, reveals a complex thinker who was attentive to the moral fallout of the Holocaust and the Second World War as he was a lover of England and European culture. Moreover, Hill’s writings reflect the apparent influence of a host of personalist, existentialist and what could also be called “humanist” twentieth century Jewish thinkers such as Martin Buber and Emmanuel Levinas. Throughout his poetry—especially his later work—Hill attempts (whether successfully or not) to fuse together this Jewish humanism with his own Christian and English voice.

Female body shape has an apparent influence on mate value as perceived by males. Some researchers have suggested that human male mate preference has evolved to universally favor a specific body shape which can be quantified with a particular value for Waist-Hip Ratio and/or Body Mass Index. Other research has presented evidence that populations of males exhibit differentiated preferences for female body shape. The research literature largely supports the hypothesis that male mate preference for female body shape is variable and dependent upon local resource availability. These conclusions provide insight into the evolutionary processes that have acted to produce adaptive flexibility in human male mate preferences in accordance with the environment.

Language has a vital role in this aspect of life. Language is a communication tool to convey ideas, ideas, and also one's desires to others. In its development, language has been influenced by several things, including the users of the language itself. At present, the Indonesian language has experienced various significant changes from year to year. Teenagers have a considerable influence on the development of language in a region because they are the main focus of the outside world in measuring the ability of a nation. Various problems began to emerge regarding the Indonesian language problem, which is currently starting to erode and replaced with slang. The purpose of this writing is none other than to know the extent of the development of the Indonesian language and to maintain the position of Indonesian, especially among teenagers today. An apparent influence on teenagers now is their obsession with the use of slang which they believe can make them look cooler and more contemporary. Some adolescents also claimed that they started to be ordinary with the current position of Indonesian. The pride that began to fade in the souls of adolescents must begin to be reinvested given how influential the role of adolescents in facing competition in the industry 4.0 today.

Organisations are encountering more challenges than ever, owing to the speedy and dynamic development of e-business. This has headed companies to pursue better opportunities to run HR operations more effectively by adopting technology in the human resource department. Today, top leaders entirely comprehend the power of information technology (IT) tools for the attainment of business targets. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to assess the current and emergent concepts of the Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) in Tanzanian organisations and study how it characters employees’ motivation. A survey was carried out; PLS-SEM technique was used to examine the effects of E-HRM on motivation. The paper outcomes suggested an apparent influence of electronic-human resource management on motivation. We have inspected research done on E-HRM and have developed a model of the factors which directed to HR electronic use and motivation study. This paper gives a brief outline of the prospects of E-HRM and Motivation in Tanzanian firms.

Abstract. Google Earth provide the most accurate and available global high resolution imagery, covering nearly the entire land surface of the earth. However, the precision of Google Earth’s data has not been fully validated. The traditional ground measurement method is difficult to verify the horizontal precision of remote sensing over a large area. This paper focuses on typical regions of Asia, aiming to verify the precision of GE’s data based on purchased WorldView (WV) data by utilization of statistical analysis method. The results show that the highest precision has been estimated as 4.96–6.83 meters over the part of Japan, India and Kazakhstan, respectively. The lowest precision 16.53 and 16.59 meters primarily appear mountainous terrain, including the part of Israel and Syria. The result also presents the horizontal precision estimated in Japan, India and Kazakhstan, which is slightly higher than the precision estimated in Israel and Syria. The regions with larger deviation of relative errors have apparent influence on horizontal accuracy assessment of GE’s imagery. Accuracy assessment may be affected by terrain features and the insignificant feature points over the study area. The results suggest that the most of horizontal accuracy of GE’s high resolution imagery over the most of study regions fulfills precision requirement of 1:50000 maps.

This study aims at finding out the PGPR dose on the growth of cocoa seed and investigating the optimum dose of PGPR that can grow cocoa seed. A random block design was employed in this study with the treatment of 7,5 ml PGPR seed-1 (PG 1), and PGPR 15 ml PGPR seed-1 (PG 2), the PGPR dose of 30 ml PGPR seed-1 (PG 3), and PGPR 45 ml PGPR seed-1 (PG 4). The result of this research indicates that the treatment of PGPR dose has an apparent influence on the growth of the cocoa seed. The better cocoa seed growth is that the plant height improves to 5,26%, leaves a total number of 5,64%, leaves width of 8,36%, the diameter of stem increases to 12,00% mm, the weight of wet fresh stover plant-1 rises to7,69% and dry weight of stover plant-1increases to 10,71%. The optimum dose of PGPR for cocoa seeding is 45 ml PGPR seed-1.
