Minat berkoperasi mengandung pengertian keinginan yang tinggi yang diwujudkan dalam perasaan senang, perhatian, konsentrasi, sadar, dan mempunyai kemauan terlibat dalam kegiatan koperasi sehingga mendorong anggota koperasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Oleh karena itu untuk menyalurkan minat dalam berkoperasi di setiap instansi pendidikan didirikan sebuah koperasi yang mampu memberikan pembelajaran secara nyata agar memiliki jiwa kemandirian, kewirausahaan dan gotong royong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendidikan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi mahasiswa secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat berkoperasi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi koperasi angkatan 2015.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 orang dan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaaan regresi berganda yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel pengetahuan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkoperasi.   The definition Cooperative learningis of high will manifested in feelings such as pleased, paying attention, concentration, conscious, and has the will to actively participate. Therefore, to channel interest in Koperasi participation, cooperative that gives realistic learning in order to have the students gains independence, entrepreneurship, and mutual cooperation is established in every educational agency. This research aims to understand the presence of cooperative education influence and students’ motivation in cooperative participation simultaneously and partially to economic education 2015 generation students’ interest in cooperative participation. Population of this research is 110 people and with the sample of 110 people. The technique of collecting sample is using saturated sampling and data collecting method used is questionnaire and observation. Data analysis method in this research is using multiple regression analysis and percentage description. The result of research obtains multiple regression equation which further abbreviated as Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. the result of this research shows that simultaneously and partially, variable of Koperasi knowledge and motivation is positively affecting interest of cooperative participation

AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.AbstrakAdiksi Internet menjadi salah satu fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan untuk remaja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apakah yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 remaja dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur sebagai berikut, alat ukur adiksi internet yang dikembangkan oleh Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio (1986), dan A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan pengaruh signifikan gaya pengasuhan, keterampilan sosial, dan kesepian terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. In this research, we investigate impact of Inflation Rate, Interes Rate and Earning per Share as independent variable to the PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. stock price. We use causality research with multiple regression analysis method to answer the hypothesis. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative. EPS fositive have influence significantly to stock price.

This study aims to find out the influence of some items in Tokopedia's product pages (product popularity, customer reviews, store reputation, and gold badges) toward sales. We were using quantitative as the research design, descriptive research analysis and correlation category. We collect data and tested it using the multiple regression analysis method with SPSS version 21. The results show that product review is the most important variable than other variables such as popularity, reputation, and gold merchants. Keywords : C2C, Marketplace, Online, Sales, Tokopedia

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p>This study aims to determine the influence of talent management and knowledge management on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. The population in this study as many as 522 employees, and a sample of 84 people using stratification sample technique. Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (measurement) with the likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and determinant coefficient.</p><p>From the data analysis of each variable obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 5,612 + 0,469 X1 + 0,598 X<sub>2</sub> + e. Obtained R2 of 0.756, which means X<sub>1</sub> and X<sub>2</sub> explain the effect on the variable Y of 75.6% while the rest described other variables outside the study. The partial test of each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1 so the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of simultaneous test calculation is 125.217 with ftable 2.37 which means Fcount&gt; Ftable with level of significant (α) 0.000 &lt;0.1, which means that the accepted hypothesis of talent management and knowledge management together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa.</p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>talent management</em> dan <em>knowledge management</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 522 orang karyawan, dan sampel sebanyak 84 orang menggunakan teknik sampel stratifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui angket (kuesioner) yang pengukurannya dengan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinan.</p>Dari analisis data masing-masing variabel diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda <strong>Y = 5,612 + 0,469 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,598 X<sub>2</sub> + e. </strong>Diperoleh R<sup>2</sup> sebesar 0,756, yang berarti X<sub>1</sub> dan X<sub>2</sub> menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 75,6% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain diluar penelitian. Uji parsial yang dihasilkan masing-masing variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan signifikansi penelitian lebih kecil dari 0,1 sehingga hipotesis diterima, serta hasil perhitungan uji simultan sebesar 125,217 dengan ftabel 2,37 yang artinya F<sub>hitung</sub> &gt; F<sub>tabel</sub> dengan <em>level of significant</em> (α) 0,000 &lt; 0,1, yang artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu <em>talent management</em> dan <em>knowledge management</em> secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa.

In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Musharaka financing risk and the risk of murabaha financing to profitability in Indonesian Islamic banks. The target population of this research is Islamic Banks in Indonesia that registered for three consecutive years. Based entire population, there are 11 Islamic bank for 3 years with 33 observation data. The multiple regression analysis model in used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the risk of Musharaka financing and murabahah risks simultaneously affect on profitability. In partial Musharaka financing risk and the risk of murabaha financing have positive influances on profitability.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the leadership, and organizational culture on the employee performance. This is an associative explanatory research with multiple regression analysis method used. Total numbers of samples of this research is 40 people, which their data collection are taken using questionnaires. Research shows that simultaneously leadership, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. While partially, only organizational culture is affecting positively and significantly to the employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Gojek customers using Gopay services. The population is the community of Singaperbangsa University, Karawang who actively use Gojek and Gopay services whose numbers are not clearly known. Samples were taken for analysis, from filling out the questionnaire as many as 118 respondents were received. The multiple regression analysis method represented by the independent variable consists of financial costs and benefits. The results of the analysis prove that only the benefit variable has a significant effect on the use of Gojek using Gopay services, the other variable is that financial costs do not significantly influence the use of Gopay services. This study has limited location, which can have an impact on the results of the study. In the future, subsequent researchers can further expand the research area.
