The synthesis of 240 lead isotopes analyzes, measured on Moroccan ore deposits of Ediacarian to Neogene ages located in all geotectonic domains of Morocco allows a global reflection on the metallogeny of Morocco. The isotopic compositions vary widely, from 17.738 (Bou Skour) to 18.905 (Draa Sfar) for the 206Pb/204Pb ratio, and from 15.521 to 15.706 for the 207Pb/204Pb ratio. The source of lead in the studied deposits is located in the upper continental crust, except for those in the Anti-Atlas (Bou Skour, Imiter, etc.) and some in the High Atlas (Azegour) with a clear mantellic contribution. Isotopic variations noted at the scale of a district result either from the presence of several superimposed hydrothermal events calling upon different local sources as at Tighza, or from a single event disturbed by the segmentation of a volcanosedimentary basin, as for the Jebilet and Guemassa ore deposits. At the scale of the deposit (Draa Sfar, Bou Skour), isotopic variations result from the superposition of several hydrothermal events each with their own lead and associated metals. Overall, we can distinguish three generations of lead incorporated successively into the Moroccan geological base by magmatism and / or hydrothermalism, characterized by their 206Pb/204Pb ratios: 17.74-17.90 (Ediacarian), 18.10-18.40 (Hercynian) and 18.75-18.90 (Alpine). Ediacarian lead is present in the Anti-Atlas, and very locally in the meseta (Bouznika), and feeds in part on the mafic magmatism of Gondwana. Hercynian lead is the most represented and displays a definitive rupture in the source of metals, which is now exclusively crustal. It invades all Moroccan areas, including the Anti-Atlas, where it re-mobilizes and mixes with the Ediacaran lead. Alpine lead, more discreet, marks out the large scarf going from Agadir to Nador which traces on the surface the mantle plume of the Canaries and accompanies a Neogene magmatism which may also have acted as a simple engine remobilizing Hercynian lead, in particular to form MVT deposits from Touissit. The Hercynian and Alpine lead influxes are partly responsible for resetting the mineralizations, as at Bou Azzer or Imiter. In the Sawkins’s model, lead isotopic results support successive remobilisations of lead stored in primary and secondary tanks, as well as inheritance phenomena. Finally, the good transfer of the isotopic signature of lead from deposits to surface gossans shows that the isotopic geochemistry of lead is a useful tool for mineral exploration in Morocco.

SummaryCrossFit is one of the sports disciplines where endurance play a significant role in the performance. For testing anaerobic fitness it is important to choose the means that are part of the exercise and have a good transfer to the sport. A sample of competitive crossfitters (n = 12) underwent stress tests on the assault air bike (AB) (60 s) and Wingate. In addition to the performance parameters (Wmax, Wmean, W/kg, cal), lactate values after exercise (1st, 5th, 10th and 15th minute) were monitored. The results showed significant differences in both the absolute values of lactate and the development of the lactate curve (α = 0.05). The correlation of the selected variables showed a significant relationship between the average Watts value and the calories traveled (0.894). Testing anaerobic fitness with AB appears to be a suitable variant for CrossFit, as well as monitoring the development of lactate curve. Due to the original design of the study, it is necessary to verify the results.

The journalistic discourse is a communicative act of particular linguistic phenomenon that requires some special norms and reflects on social, cultural, political, ideological aspects. Thus, it is regarded as a specialized discourse, and its translation imposes a real challenge for the translator. In this regard, this paper examines the journalistic discourse translation with a more focus on the transfer strategies. News translation, in fact, might be risky when it relies on the media authority that should be respected. Moreover, it is often politically oriented. Accordingly, the current paper aims at discovering whether good transfer is appropriately assured by news translating or news making. For this purpose, a comparative analysis of the source and target press articles (English- Arabic) has been conducted based on the use of a range of micro translation strategies for news discourses. The study showed that good transfer is better assured by trans-editing and reproduction among other appropriate strategies of news translation required for the journalistic discourse.

ABSTRACTWith the development of the economy in the era of free trade which leads to a higher level of business competition. This has an impact on the economic globalization of both the macro economy and the micro economy, especially in the bank sector. One of the products offered by the banking industry today is transfer or money transfer services. Transfers provide convenience for bank customers for various transactions such as payments, long distance trading, and other transactions. In addition, the bank will also get benefits such as transfer commission income and promotion facilities, but the management of transfer services must also have a good transfer mechanism. At PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Padang the mechanism for the implementation of domestic transfers is the transfer where the region or place of the recipient of the transfer is still in the same country as the sender of the currency transfer that is used usually in its own currency, namely the rupiah currency. Domestic transfer mechanism at PT. Bank Nagari is the customer as the party owner / sender who gives the mandate to the nagari bank to transfer it to the recipient, the towing bank is the bank that transfers the funds and mandates from the customer to be transferred to the interested bank will hand over to the recipient of the final funds, and the bank interested is a bank that receives incoming transfers from the withdrawing bank to be forwarded to the recipient of the final funds.

ABSTRACTWe successfully fabricated a-IGZO TFTs employing a Ti/Cu source/drain (S/D) and SiNx passivation in order to reduce the line-resistance, as compared to most oxide TFTs that use Mo (or TCO) and SiO2 for their S/D and passivation, respectively. Although passivated with SiNx, the TFT exhibits good transfer characteristics without a negative shift. However, the TFT employing a Mo S/D exhibited conductor-like characteristics when passivated with SiNx. Our investigation suggests that the IGZO oxygen vacancies found in the Ti/Cu S/D are controlled, resulting in low concentrations, and so prevent the SiNx-passivated TFT from having a negative shift.

ANYBODY looking for an English DVD of the classic masterpiece combining Oscar Wilde's razor-sharp comments on Victorian society's hypocrisy with Lubitsch's cinematic sense and mise-en-scène had, until recently, limited options: He could purchase the 2007 Synergy Archives Series disc, described as a "very truncated and damaged edition", or buy the More Treasures From American Film Archives 1894-1931 set of three DVDs that includes a good transfer of the Lubitsch period drama. The latter is a valuable collection selling for USD 79.95 which nevertheless may be somewhat steep for somebody interested only in one film from the large collection....

Various studies have shown that problem solving which requires some kind of transfer can be improved subsequent to knowledge acquisition in pairs (cf. Olivera & Straus, 2004 ). It has been observed that positive mood may also lead to increased cognitive performance (e.g., Isen, Daubman, & Gorgoglione, 1987 ). These two approaches were combined in two studies. Results of Experiment 1 show that after learning in dyads and after individual mood induction, individuals in a positive mood were more able to solve transfer tasks than those in a negative mood. In Experiment 2, participants underwent the learning phase alone or in dyads; after mood induction all transfer tasks were solved in pairs. Results indicate that mood induction was the main factor influencing better transfer achievement, whereas learning in dyads only facilitated performance of proximal transfer tasks. Hence, positive mood was the main factor for good transfer performance; whether learning occurred alone or in pairs and whether transfer was performed individually or in dyads is not as important as the mood of a person.

BACKGROUND: Nursing personnel have a high prevalence of occupational back injuries compared to other occupational groups. AIM: The aim of this study was to investigate the preventive effects of training and use of transfer devices for reported over-exertion back injuries among nursing personnel involved in patient transfer. RESULTS: Nurses who transferred patients once or more per shift had an increased relative risk (RR=3.3, 95%CI=2.2–5.1). Nurses who had got training in how to use the transfer devices on their own ward showed a lower relative risk for patient transfer (RR=1.6, CI=0.9–2.8) compared to nurses without training (RR=6.0, CI=3.0–12.0). Also the use of transfer devices in ≥1/4 of all patient transfers, reduced the relative risk (RR=1.5, CI=0.6–3.4) compared to nurses who seldom used devices (RR=3.9, CI=2.3–6.6) DISCUSSION: The results show the importance of training the nurses in how to use the transfer devices on their wards and to encourage the nurses to use the transfer devices frequently during patient transfer. This presupposes that necessary and good transfer devices are available on all wards.
