At each specific stage of society development, certain guidelines dominate, which set the direction in solving the problems of educating the younger generation. We are deeply convinced that today such reference points are the creative and aesthetic factors that determine the basis of human spirituality. The essence of the proposed conception is education, an integral component of which is the systematic solution of various creative tasks in an aesthetically enriched environment. The pupils’ coordinated with age creative activity will contribute to increasing the motivation to work, developing the intellect, maximizing the abilities of each of them. Creative education, as it is understood here, involves the use of different methods, approaches to the child and its orientation towards achieving the most original result during the performance of any work, finding as many possible solutions for each new task as possible, comparing them to each other, choosing the best by the sum of specific indicators (profitability, environmental friendliness, aesthetics, etc.). In this context, creativity is also understood as ordinary work, the consequences of which are necessary for both the performer himself and other people. In some cases it is necessary to use special techniques of creative training KARUS.

Education, tertiary and secondary, is facing the challenge to reinvent itself, not simply to reform. Universities and schools will have to work in the direction to integrate more hard and soft skills. “Experience education” approach is fundamental to facilitate integration of educational programs with the economy and society. The world needs more globalized education, not less. New forms of education are appearing across the world. They practice innovative approach, market (private) orientation, and internationalization. They focus on transferring concrete knowledge and empowering the young generations and the skill necessary for a successful career.

Based on the regularities of the first stage of lifecycle for the social system of industrial education it is predicted the status of initiation for education and perception system around the turn of the anthropocene eon. It is emphasized that the process of the new age education system set- up takes place in self-organizing mode. For this purpose, the following is assessed: 1) the state of the “spirit of the era”, that carries an personalized (information, network, knowledge, digital) society, as an example of a new type of life order for the global community; 2) worldview imperatives of eco-humanistic filling of the educational community of the planet; 3) ideological guidelines for sustainable development; 4) conceptual prerequisites for the formation of a new education type that do not correspond in any way to the transformation of the violent paradigm of education and upbringing of young people of the technocratic age; 5) the state of fundamental science as a reason that, on the basis of mastering a new classification of social labor, should generate a modernization of education content in the 21st century; 6) the content of the involved segment of senseogenesis, which gives rise to a new division of information work in order to qualitatively service new operation forces, leading to the benefits of the development of spiritual production over material. It is prognosed that the new social division of labor will form a qualitatively new nomenclature of workers in domain of national and international education. The problems of the current state of the theory of education and pedagogy are revealed, those does not have time to produce perspectives of national and international educational policies relevant to the needs of the planet’s social organism. The attention of educators focused on the inadequacy of the existing pedagogical and organizational facilities to impact on the formation of creative personality, since they only improve the conservation of the industrial education system. The planetary personality is justified as the ideal of an educated person of the 21st century and the ultimate goal of education and upbringing in the World Knowledge Society. The principle of personalization / individualization is defined as the main parameter of managing the generation of the future education system. Emphasis is placed on the benefits of an open system of education that enhances the degree of individual freedom in a globalized world. Educators and education managers are encouraged to turn to the principles of evolution, which more strongly contribute to the spread of human activity in the school. The attractiveness of the idea of self-education for the modern young generation in the virtual space of the information age is emphasized.

The article covers theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological science development in the XXI century. It has been emphasized that the psychological science of Ukraine provides the implementation of fundamental and applied research to promote the country’s rapid coming out of socio-economic crisis. Approaches to find the solution and ensure psychological assistance to ATO fighters are considered in the procedural aspect. The central area of research activity is psychological protection of population from hostile propaganda. An important direction of modern psychologists’ work is the psychological support of educational processes at all stages. Thus particular attention is focused on the problems of a personality development. It has been emphasized that the progress of modern psychology is associated with significant methodological reorientation. It is suggested to use a genetic modelling method, the main principles of which allow to solve the problems within the holistic approach, in the process of their development and formation. The method studies the peculiarities of self-identity or self-evolving and the purpose is to shape a genetically derived discrepant personality that is constantly evolving and forming. According to the author’s original theoretical paradigm, at the basis of the personality’s psychological genesis lies the need for action as a genetically original measurement unit of individual development and existence. This energy-intensive information flow represented as a need specifically unites the biological and social determinants and acts as a lifelong driving force for the self-development of a human being - the personality. The principles of constructing a genetic modelling method have been described and characterized. The problem of human interaction with modern media carriers is singled out.

The article highlights one of the current trends in the development and optimization of modern education – taking into account the characteristics of each of the present generations and the use of such learning tools that reflect and embody these features. We are talking about both the didactic and technological features of the learning process (how to learn and train?), the most sensitive for each of the generations, and the semantic, essential aspects of the learning process (what and why learn and train?) that make the learning process itself relevant, meaningful, promising for each of the generations, not formally required. The result of such an approach to optimizing the learning process is to increase the effectiveness of both the learning process and the education system as a whole in each specific historical period in the development of society. Yes, of course, what is the modern Teacher and the modern Pupil today?

For a long time, our people have put the center of education on imparting moral values and guidelines to children. Folk pedagogy has developed a unique means for moral education – the storytelling. Our unstable time, when public opinion changes, proves the importance of preserving and passing the moral Code of our people to children. Constructing the future: social relations, self-image, is carried out on the basis of value orientations, namely, these orientations are laid out in a metaphorical form in folk tales. So, a fairy tale, as a carrier of the moral Code of the people, is becoming a curiously relevant educational means of the present. The article emphasizes that for the effective use of such a tool, one must pay attention to the moral and semantic orientations which are placed in the plots of folk tales, and divide them by age peculiarities of understanding information, taking into account the basic determinants of understanding (knowledge, experience, age, situation). It should be noted that the effective method should be used with sufficient care not to harm the child. The development of the classification of fairy tales by social and psychological criteria gives the practitioners such tools that will help create a safe space for the child's development. The article analyses the scientific research regarding the age-appropriate use of fairy tales. According to the results of empirical and theoretical research, the author developed psychological and methodological principles of classification of fairy tales on the basis of social and psychological criteria. The model "Correspondence of the moral and semantic orientations of the fairy tale to social and age periods in human life" is also presented.

The article is devoted to the investigation of the problem of harmonious unity of spirituality, culture, education, and upbringing of a personality, which are the most important categories of pedagogical science and determine the tendencies and nature of personality development. The authors of the article provide an essential characteristic of these concepts. It is emphasized that in present day conditions, the state of spirituality of society, its decline "as a social phenomenon, as a critical state for the fate of mankind", is of particular concern. Therefore, the problems of the culture and spirituality of the personality are now the subject of attention of all the humanities. The authors of the article note that a growing person is at the center of pedagogical research. It is emphasized that nowadays it is necessary to take into account its energy and information essence, and peculiarities of its soul as an organic totality of all physical, energetic, conscious and unconscious psychophysiological and spiritual forces of a person. The need to consider the concepts of spirituality, culture, education, and upbringing in the context of formation of the value and sense sphere of personality is emphasized. In the article, the author's definition of this concept is presented and the psychological determinants of the formation of the value and sense sphere of a personality are identified. They include culture as a metasystem; spirituality as a vital determinant; ideals as meaningful factors; and modern information systems, spaces and practices. In the article, the concept of cultural personality development, worked out by D. Paul Shafer, is characterized. The shortcomings of modern education are described and the tasks of the new century education are defined. It is emphasized that education should perform an important culture-creative and human-creative function that promotes the cultivation of personality spirituality. It is emphasized that upbringing of a spiritually mature personality is ensured in the educational process by the readiness to co-operate in the context of cultural pluralism.

"A Human", as the meaning and center of gravity of Ukrainian science, education, society, still remains terra incognita for reformers of Ukrainian education. "А democratic society will only succeed when universal education will form a philosophical worldview in the public." On the basis of a "figurative" audit of the hot spots of society, the necessity and possibility of changing the foundation of educational policy has been proved. The reader’s attention is focused on the CODE of the nation. The scale of the problem itself and the tools for its solving have been depicted. In this article, the author shows only the directions and topics of reasoning, which can become the prolegomena for the new pedagogy of a Human.

The story of how the European Researchers’ Night in Bulgaria went will probably encourage the Ukrainian scientists to organise similar forums. Through them, they will present to the wide interested audience their scientific achievements, their research aspirations and the challenges to society that can be addressed through the efforts of the researchers.

The article reveals the basic conceptual ideas of pedagogical technology «Rostock», developed and researched for many years and confirmed by its correlation with the principles of the New Ukrainian School. The basic ideas of Rostock technology can be defined in the acronym for the word IDEA, as an important tool for educational reform and considered in relation to its structural components: I - integration, D - activity, E - ecology, I - quality. It is shown that the performance of each of these components depends on their systematic interaction. The expediency of a competent approach to teaching, which positively influences innovative pedagogical design in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School, is substantiated.
