<p>Obesity prevalence has increased in recent years and has caused serious health problems. This research was carried out to obtain alternative antiobesity therapy with more minimal side effects. Antiobesity activity of rose apple (Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston) leaves on female Wistar rats induced by high carbohydrate food for 45 days and subcutaneously injection of MSG 2 g/kgbw. Extraction was carried out using maceration method 96% ethanol. The test parameters observed were body weight, food intake, stool consistency and weight, liver and abdominal fat tissue weight. The results showed that high carbohydrate food and monosodium glutamate could induce obesity. Ethanol extract of rose apple leaves at doses of 25, 50 and 100 mg/kgbw body weight had antiobesity activity by inhibiting body weight gain significantly compased to positive control group (p&lt;0.05). The highest antiobesity effect was shown by the ethanol extract of rose apple leaves at a doses of 50 mg/kgbw with % inhibition of body weight gain of 169.3% to positive control group. Ethanol extract of rose apple leaves may reduce appetite, but didn’t have laxative effect and couldn’t reduce fat deposits in the liver and abdominal fat tissue.</p>

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sebelumnya belum ada laporan tentang metode kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) Densitometri untuk analisis akrilamida dalam ubi jalar goreng. Hasil penelitian menggunakan lempeng KLT silika gel 254 menunjukkan bahwa retardation factor berkisar 0,4-0,5 dengan eluen metanol: benzena (2:1) dan dianalisis di panjang gelombang maksimum 200 nm. Linieritas standar akrilamida diuji dalam rentang konsentrasi 120-300 ppm dan koefisien korelasi (r) lebih besar dari 0,99, dengan batas deteksi 17,45 ppm dan batas kuantitatif 52,36 ppm. Persiapan sampel dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi pelarut menggunakan etanol 70%. Presisi memberikan hasil 2,67% dan nilainya lebih kecil dari 16% sesuai literatur. Persen recorvery 98,18% dan sesuai dengan literature yaitu 98% -102%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode KLT Densitometri pada penentuan akrilamida selektif, presisi, dan akurat dimana pada penetapan kadar akrilamida pada ubi jalar goreng mengandung akrilamida sangat sedikit dimana konsentrasinya kurang dari 230,32 ng sehingga sampel ini sangat aman untuk dikonsumsi.

<p class="TableParagraph">Health care is an important factor in improving the health and welfare erajat every insane worldwide. Patient satisfaction is an important problem for health care providers. This is the word of mouth promotion for prospective patients to expect more positive for the operation of hospitals. This study aims to determine patient satisfaction BPJS participants and the general patient satisfaction in service pharmacy prescriptions in the outpatient RSU Lirboyo Kediri. The samples in this study were selected patients with accidental sampling method as many as 85 patients and 85 patients BPJS general. The analysis was done by using a questionnaire RATER method using gap test, customer window, and test independent sample t-test. The quality of pharmaceutical services that in terms of the average value of five dimensions of reliability, collateral, direct evidence, empathy and responsiveness to patient BPJS negative gap values obtained for -0012 with the level of patient satisfaction is less satisfied. The quality of pharmaceutical services that in terms of the average value of five dimensions of reliability, guarantees, direct evidence, empathy and responsiveness to public patients obtained positive gap value of 0.032 with a degree of satisfaction is satisfied.Test results <em>Independent sample t-test </em>available significant value of 0.620&gt; 0.05. Thus, it can be said that satisfaction outpatients and patients BPJS general users significantly no difference.</p><p class="TableParagraph"> </p>

Skin infections most often found in developing countries, especially in the tropics, are purulent skin inflammation (pyoderma), the main cause of Staphylococcus aureus. The increasing number of cases of bacteria that are resistant to antibacterial can encourage the extraction of sources of antibacterial drugs from natural ingredients. One of the plants that is thought to have the antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus is the Neem plant. In this study an antibacterial activity test was carried out with the well diffusion method from 96% ethanol extract of Mimba leaves extracted by percolation method. Previously 96% ethanol extract from Mimba leaves had been identified by secondary metabolites by phytochemical screening and standardized extract testing. Standarization using non-specific parameters (moisture content, ash content and drying losses) found that 96% ethanol extract of Mimba leaves entered a range of standard parameters and in phytochemical screening tests obtained 96% ethanol extract of Mimba leaves containing alcaloid, saponins, tannins, steroids / terpenoids and flavonoids. The results of the study on the antibacterial activity test showed a concentration of 75% ethanol extract of 96% Mimba leaves classified as having strong activity, at a concentration of 50% and 25% classified as having moderate activity. Based on this study it can be concluded that the three concentrations of 96% ethanol extract of Mimba leaves were able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.

The research is applied to 20 compounds contained  into <em>Avicennia marina</em> which is : <em>4’,5-dihydroxy-3’,5’,7-trimethoxyflavone, isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside, quercetin, stenocarproquinone B, avicennone C, avicennone E, avicennone F, avicennone D,   4’,5-dihydroxy-3’,7-dimethoxyflavone, chrysoeriol 7-O-glucoside, naphta(1,2-b)furan-4,5-dione, 3-hydroxy-naphta(1,2-b)furan-4,5-dione, kaempferol, 5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavone, avicequinone C, 2-[2’-(2’-hydroxy)propyl]-naphta[1,2-b]furan-4,5-dione, 4’,5,7-trihydroxyflavone, luteolin 7-O-methylether, luteolin 7-O-methylether 3’-O-beta-D-glucoside, 5,7-dihydroxy-3’,4’,5’-trimethoxyflavone</em> which are expected  to have an  effect as antidiabetics agent. It is undertaken to find out the linier or nonlinier relationship of  the structure activty (QSAR), the physicochemical characters (lipophilic, electronic, dan steric) to the activity changing (<em>rerank score</em>). Moreover, it is also undertaken to find out which one of those 20 <em>Avicennia marina </em>compounds are predicted to possess the activity as the best antidiabetics agent by the comparison of pioglitazon. It is arranged through computerized methods or <em>in silico</em> not only for having  the structure of two and three dimensions but also knowing the physicochemical characters too; through some programs such as  <em>ChemBioDraw Ultra </em>12.0 and <em>ChemBio3D Ultra </em>12.0 from <em>CambridgeSoft. The docking </em>program is used to make prediction of  the activity  by using <em>Molegro Virtual  Docker </em>2011.5.0.0 from CLCBio<em>.</em> by using the <em>peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma </em>(PPAR𝛾) in code of PDB: 2XKW. The result of the regression analysis through IBM SPSS program shows nonlinear relationship among structures, <em>Avicennia marina</em> physicochemical characters of twenty compound contents dealing with the activity changing. The compound of  <em>isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside</em><em>, chrysoeriol 7-O-glucoside, </em>and <em>luteolin 7-O-methylether 3’-O-beta-D-glucoside </em>are predicted to have the best antidiabetics agent if it is compared with the comparing drug pioglitazon.

<em>The waiting time for finished drug service is the grace period from the time the patient submits the prescription until receiving the finished drug with a minimum standard set by the Ministry of Health is ≤ 30 minutes, while the waiting time for concoction drug service is the grace period from the time the patient submits the prescription until receiving the concoction drug that is ≤ 60 minutes. This study aims to determine the average waiting time for outpatient prescription services at Anwar Medika Hospital. This research was conducted with a cross sectional descriptive method. Primary data was collected through direct observation and recording of prescription service waiting times in the waiting time recording form on February 10, 2020 to February 11, 2020. Data taken were 384 outpatient prescriptions consisting of 346 non-concoctions and 38 prescription concoctions. In this study, 384 recipes were used as the research sample consisting of 346 for non-concoction recipes and 38 for recipe concoctions. The average time needed to complete a non-concoction recipe is 18.7 minutes and the time required to complete a recipe concoction is 30.9 minutes. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is found that the average waiting time for prescription services at Anwar Medika Hospital has fulfilled the requirements according to the minimum service standards at the hospital.</em>

<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><div><p>Plant utilization is an option for medication including plant utilization that carried out by the community of Talang Seluai village. This research had been done in Talang Seluai Village, ulu ogan district, ogan komering ulu area, South Sumatra province, to list medical plant and  medical traditional recipes. This research was conducted in october to december 2016.This research was done by descriptive research using a qualitative methodology. The qualitative research was conducted by interview semi-structural which based on a list of questions. It resulted that the plants of which is used medicinally by the village community of Talang seluai there were 26 species in 18 families, which there was one no identification plant, Yakhian, its belongs to Leguminosae. Lamiaceae is the most used plant among the others. Leaves was the most used part of those plants. Garden was the most collected among the plants and boiled in the water was the most drug processing used. At Talang Seluai, there were 6 traditional drug recipes which consist of two internal drugs (diarrhea and rheumatic medicines) and four external drugs (rheumatic, inflammation, wound and skin medicines).</p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p></div><p>Penggunaan tumbuhan merupakan salah satu pilihan untuk pengobatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat desa Talang Seluai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengiventarisasi tumbuhan obat dan mengkaji ramuan tradisonal yang digunakan masyarakat Desa Talang Seluai Kecamatan Ulu Ogan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara semi struktural yang berpedoman pada daftar pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai obat oleh masyarakat Desa Talang Seluai berjumlah 26 jenis dalam 18 suku tumbuhan, dimana terdapat satu tumbuhan yang tidak terdeteksi jenisnya yaitu Yakhian dari suku Leguminoseae. Suku tumbuhan yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Lamiaceae. Daun adalah bagian tumbuhan yang paling banyak digunakan. Cara pengolahan tumbuhan paling banyak direbus dan diperoleh dari perkarangan rumah. Di Desa Talang Seluai juga terdapat 6 macam ramuan yang digunakan masyarakat untuk pengobatan yang terdiri dari dua ramuan obat dalam (obat diare dan obat rematik) serta empat obat luar (obat rematik, obat bengkak, luka bengkak dan penyakit kulit/ kudis).</p>
