This study aims to address the problems of the eleven hypotheses proposed, which include 1) the direct influence of organizational culture on compensation, 2) the direct effect of work competence on compensation, 3) the direct influence of organizational culture on the performance of the madrasa head, 4) the direct effect of work competence on performance madrasah head, 5) direct effect of compensation on madrasa head performance. The population of this study was the Head of Madrasas as many as 133 people with a total sample of 103 people taken using the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale and tests. The research data is processed and analyzed by path analysis path analysis. This path analysis begins by testing the analysis requirements including the normality test through the Lilifors formula, and the linearity and regression significance test. The results of the analysis show there is a direct influence of organizational culture on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.285, a direct effect of work competence on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.286, Likewise, there is a direct effect of organizational culture on the performance of madrasah heads with a path coefficient of 0.216, there is a direct influence of work competence on the performance of madrasa head with a path coefficient of 0.171, there is a direct effect of workers compensation on the performance of the madrasa head with a path coefficient of 0.178. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the application of Choral Reading learning strategies relating to texts relating to Economics in learning English; (2) to determine the effectiveness of the application of choral reading learning strategies in English learning to students' reading skills. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. Subjects in the study were students of class XI with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques that will be used are observation, documentation, and testing. The qualitative data analysis technique is by doing reflection notes, the thoughts that arise when observing, and are the results of the process of comparing, linking, or linking the data displayed with previous data. The results of this class action research showed an increase in initial ability compared to cycle 1, namely students who completed in cycle 1 numbered 15 students or 50.00%. From the results of the second cycle, it can be written that students who have completed are 24 students from 30 students or 80.00%. From cycle 1 to cycle 2 there was a 30% increase. This proves that the use of Choral Reading learning strategies is very effective.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development. MSMEs play a role in economic growth and employment as well as in the distribution of development results. The objectives of the study are: (1) To identify the potential of the area in Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province, and (2) Formulate the MSME strategy and development program in Celawan Village. Data collection techniques used are using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The benefit of this idea is expected to be able to help the community, government, researchers and academics in planning the latest programs that contribute greatly to the State. Therefore, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the local local economy in driving economic activity to the international level. In the framework of implementing, planning, empowering, and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regulations from the government that are needed to provide opportunities for developing MSMEs in rural areas including improvement of facilities and infrastructure, banking access, human resource development, Business Network Development, Marketing and Business Partnership and better economic climate improvement to support the existence of the community facing economic competition in the midst of global markets

Therefore, attention to the improvement of teacher performance becomes important and becomes a necessity. Especially with the various developments of science and technology today, then a teacher is required to be able to adapt himself so that knowledge and skills given to students are not left behind by the development of science itself.       The study aimed to find out: (1) the relationship between the empowerment of subject teachers and teacher performance,   (2)  the relationship between achievement motivation and the performance of teacher teachers, and (3) the relationship between empowerment of teacher meetings. The population of this research is all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Arafah Deli Serdang are 54 people.  The entire population is used as the research sample. The test requirement is done to test normality, linearity, and independence among independent variables. The data analysis technique used correlation and regression and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlation at significance level  = 0,05.

Garbage is a big problem in Medan City. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the role of government in empowering the community through waste management. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and literature study. The analysis technique used is an interactive qualitative. Qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and continues continuously until it is complete so that the data is already saturated. The results showed that the government did not have a special program for the development of this garbage bank. When the government has not optimally developed future development plans, the community will also feel pessimistic and unsure of the existence of this garbage bank. The community is less interested in getting involved in this garbage bank. The community felt that the training they had received was only knowledge and did not have a great opportunity to be developed. This relates to the statement that one of the obstacles in implementing community empowerment is the rejection of the community itself because the community does not have confidence.

This study states that the implementation of the squid sea fish supply chain in the Nelayan Indah Village, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City, is still controlled by collectors, the demand for squid fish in the Nelayan Indah Village, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City is still very high and the supply of fish squid sea depends on the harvest season, weather, techniques and technology used in fishing vessels, and pricing of squid fish in the Nelayan Indah Village Medan Labuhan District Medan City based on the demand and supply.

The results of this study indicate that the MUI communication model in Medan in promoting halal certification emphasizes mass communication. The selected communication media include: Print media, such as: newspapers (newspapers), magazines, article writing, brochures. Electronic media, such as: TV and radio. Special events, such as: MTQ, Counselling and Bazaar, by opening a stand containing halal products. There are also obstacles and challenges in socializing halal certification. The inhibition is in the form of low participation of business actors (producers) of food, drugs, and cosmetics that register their products. Then, from the community itself it is still not careful enough to select halal products for consumption. While the challenge is still to find halal labels that do not originate from MUI, and forgery of halal labels.

The results of this study are that Islam has governed the matter of the relationship between husband and wife who are bound in a domestic relationship if, without justifiable reasons a wife rejects the husband's request, then given Islamic law, the act is sinful. Therefore Islam considers that the rules contained in Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Households specifically concerning sexual relations between husband and wife in line with Islamic law, then Islamic law considers these rules to be obeyed, otherwise if the rules in Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, contrary to Islamic law, Islamic law considers the issue unfit to follow. Domestic Violence can be charged with criminal penalties, while through non-penal policies, efforts will be made to prevent violence before the crime of domestic violence occurs.

Malay Deli is one of the Malay sub-groups who live in Medan City. This tribe has awealth of cultural values which are used as a basis for the formation of the characterof its people. Malay Deli is one of the tribes that combines tradition and teachings fromIslam, this is in accordance with the philosophy in their lives "Adat Bersendi Syarak,Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah. Melalyu Deli people construct religious and culturalvalues through several stages, namely: (1) education; (2) Imitation; (3) Habituation;(4) Motivation; (5) Clarification and (6) Evaluation. The values constructed constructthe character of the Deli Malay community in the form of: (1) Religious; (2) Honest,(3) Tolerance; (4) Suave; (5) Be humble; (6) extroverted; (7) Likes to Help; (8)Prioritizing manners; and (9) respect for guests. This character makes them differentfrom other communities in the city of Medan
