Madinah Malang in the future using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix, I-E Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. Quantitative method. Research settings at the Madinah Malang Restaurant. The results showed that the ability of Malang Medina Restaurant Shops with IFAS and EFAS were able to exploit their weaknesses. At the decision making stage with QSPM, the alternative strategy chosen was the Market Development Strategy at the Madinah Malang Restaurant Shop. This strategy has a TAS score of 6,595. Limitations / Implications for research need to increase Promotion by utilizing existing technology through mass media such as: Instagram, Facebook, Google.

PT Wahana Cipta Concrencindo is company engaged in the field of piling contractor. The purpose of this study was to determine the business strategy that can be applied to enable companies to achieve a competitive advantage. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research was conducted through surveys and interviews. In analyzing the data, the first will be done through the input stage to perform some of the matrix, such as matrix-IFE EFE and CPM. Then proceed wuth phase matching, ie SWOT matrix, IE, SPACE and Great Strategy. And finally resolved with the decision stage is QSPM matrix. The conclusion of this study is the most suitable market development strategy to be implemented by the company

This research was conducted to help Youngsterpro companies determine appropriate business strategies in order to improve performance. This study applies qualitative methods through field research to the parties concerned in obtaining information, besides that also based on literature studies and analytical methods in strategy formulation here consists of three stages, the input by analyzing SWOT, EFE matrix, IFE matrix to summarize the basic information used to produce an alternative strategy in Matching stage, is the second stage, by aligning external and internal factors using the SWOT matrix and SPACE matrix, and the last is the decision making stage to determine the best strategy for the company based on the attractiveness of each strategy objectively through the QSPM matrix . The results of the study recommend Youngsterpro companies to consider a diversification strategy because it is the best strategy that is most appropriate for Youngsterpro besides that the product development strategy can also be considered as an alternative strategy to improve performance.

TVRI represent of the first television station in Indonesia. In this time TVRI not yet able to serve any event enthused by people. In the effort improving returning competitiveness of TVRI station in industrial television sector, needed business strategy which capable to accommodate and anticipate change of technological growth that happened quickly and the economic globalization. Research was done to give suggestion at the development of division and broadcast. The purpose of this research is to evaluate business strategy which have been done and propose business strategy which can improve company competitiveness. Analysis techniques which used were Internal External matrix, SWOT matrix, matrix of Grand Strategy, and QSPM matrix. Result of research by evaluate internal condition of company and analyzing of factor external which related, business strategy which appropriate for LPP TVRI is product development strategy. Expected, LPP TVRI will increase new events that more innovative and creative so that able to become pre-eminent event program for TV beholder/audience.

The first purpose of the research were to identify and analyze potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and potential area to support development agrotourism Bukit Flora. The second purpose is to identify and analize internal and external environment agrotourism Bukit Flora the factors into strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats for development  agrotourism of Bukit Flora and the last purpose in this research is formulate appropriate strategies for development strategy of agrotourism Bukit Flora.Data analysis method use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and identify the main factors to give weight to the factors that we have setconsisting of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats by comparing the rows and columns of each variable on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE). While the use of qualitative analysis in the form of a SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix IE matrix is used to analyze the development of agrotourism strategy using analysisQSPM.IFE total weighted scores of 2.56 and 2.30 for EFE. Placing agro Bukit Flora is in cell V. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, it can be obtained by four alternative strategies that can be taken in the development of agro Bukit Flora. Based on the results QSPM matrix, the value of the attraction was highest at 3 strategy with the total amount of the appeal (TAS) was 6.26.

This study is to analyze and formulate the best strategy for PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. This study uses IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE Matrix and QSPM Matrix to obtain the best result for the company. Source of data derived from observations, questionnaires and interviews with the related parties of the company, literature studies and related additional data. The usage of IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix is to analyze the internal and external factors of PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. Trough these methods, the analysis applied for strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. While SWOT analysis will give the wide range of alternative strategies that can be used by PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. IE Matrix will give us the position of company’s condition. The analysis obtained from the input stage and matching stage would be combined and analyzed through a further process to get the best strategy by using QSPM Matrix. The conclusion of this study is market development strategy because PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama has sufficient strength and must take the advantage of existing opportunities. Furthermore there are so many development and customer needs that must be fulfilled. To excel in such competition, PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama has to use their human resources skill in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Sentral Perkasa Jaya is a company that’s move in expedition. The problem faced is the development of technology causing intense business competition, resulting in decreased level of corporate income from year to year. In addition, the strategies used also tend to be monotonous, causing companies to compete with other companies. There are many problem of marketing strategy in the company, it can be an analysis of internal and external factors in the company. Next, internal and external factors will be analyzed again using SWOT matrix and IE matrix. After that Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) are used to analyze decision making selection about appropriate strategies applied n the company. Based on the calculation of strategies that have been done using two methods, SWOT and IE, then the appropriate alternative strategy for the company is a market penetration strategy and product development strategy. The results of the QSPM method indicate that the best alternative strategy is the product development strategy with a total score of 5.47. This product development strategy is a strategy whereby a company does an existing product repair, or develops a new product to increase sales.

<em>Data of Disperindag Bangkalan Regency (2015), shows that Bangkalan Regency has 20 herbal medicine industries. After doing research survey there are some herbal medicine industries that have been inactive, so that this research is conducted to find out alternative strategy that can be used as an effort to develop herbal medicine industry in Bangkalan Regency. This research used analysis of internal environment (IFE) and external (EFE), External-internal matrix (IE), SWOT and QSPM matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). There are 16 internal factors and 11 external factors. As for alternative strategy there are 5 alternatives obtained from SWOT matrix and IE matrix. In the QSPM matrix, the priority of strategy is 1. Maintain and improve product quality, 2. Increase promotional activities and expand the marketing area,3. Improving relationships with government and other agencies, 4. Maintain company image, and 5. Develop cooperation with other industries outside the region</em>

Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi daerah Desa Gubugklakah. Tujuan kedua adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Desa Gubugklakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Tujuan terkahir dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah sebagai desa wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi Desa Gubugklakah dan mengidentifikasi faktor utama pada faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) sedangkan dalam analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT yang berupa matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Desa Gubugklakah menggunakan analisis QSPM. Kata kunci: evaluasi faktor internal , evaluasi faktor eksternal, matriks SWOT, matriks QSPM. The first objective of this research is to identify and analyze potential areas Gubugklakah Village. The second objective is to identify and analyze the internal and external environment Gubugklakah Village of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last destination of this research is to determine the right strategy to be applied in the development of tourism Gubugklakah Village as a tourist village. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of the Gubugklakah Village and identify the main factors on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) whereas in qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis in the form of a matrix IE and SWOT matrix. This research was conducted to find what marketing strategies are appropriate for the Yohanes Accounting Services Office in 2020. This research used data collection techniques by using interviews and observations. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Fred R. David's theory through 3 stages of strategic formulation, namely the input stage, matching stage, and decision stage. The input stage uses the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix. The next stage used the SWOT Matrix and Internal-External (IE) Matrix. In the final stage using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that the total value for IFE is 2.7081 while the total value for EFE is 3.0850. In the Internal-External (IE) matrix, it is known that Yohanes's Accounting Services Office is in a position of growth and development. Strategies that are suitable for this position are market penetration strategy, market development strategy, and product development strategy. At the decision stage, from the QSPM results, the main strategy alternative to be applied is the market development strategy with a total value of attractiveness (TAS) of 6.7568. This strategy seeks to increase the market share of a product through efforts to make improvements, enhancements, and developments. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran apa yang sesuai diterapkan bagi Kantor Jasa Akuntan Yohanes pada tahun 2020. Pada tahap akhir menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Berdasarkan hasil dari matriks IFE dan EFE yang dikumpulkan, dapat diketahui total nilai untuk IFE adalah sebesar 2,7081 sedangkan total nilai untuk EFE adalah sebesar 3,0850. Pada matching stage pada matrik SWOT didapatkan beberapa kemungkinan alternatif strategi dengan cara menggunakan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk memanfaatkan peluang, memanfaatkan peluang untuk mengatasi kelemahan, menggunakan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk menghindari ancaman dan meminimalisasikan kelemahan dan menghindari ancaman. Pada matrik Internal-Eksternal (IE) diketahui bahwa Kantor Jasa Akuntan Yohanes berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina, strategi yang cocok pada posisi ini adalah strategi penetrasi penetrasi pasar, startegi pengembangan pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Pada decision stage dari hasil QSPM dapat diperoleh alternatif strategi utama yang diterapkan yaitu strategi pengembangan pasar dengan Total Nilai Daya Tarik (TAS) sebesar 6,7568. Strategi ini berusaha untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar suatu produk melalui usaha melakukan perbaikan, peningkatan dan pengembangan.

This research discusses the Strategic Plan for the Development of the RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara in 2019-2023, using the theory of Strategic Planning to observe and evaluate external environmental opportunities and threats as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the hospital, to determine the right strategic plan. This study is a qualitative research using primary data, in-depth interviews with informants, observation and decision making with CDMG (Consensus Decision Making Group), and secondary data obtained from the BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics), Dinas Kesehatan Subang (District Health Office) Profile, Profile and Financial Report of RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara. From this study, the position of RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara, according to IE Matrix, is in Cell V (Hold and Maintain) and SWOT Matrix in Quadrant II (Internal Fixed It Quadrant). The matching stage resulted in a Product Development strategy, which, through the QSPM matrix, determine that the chosen strategy would be the development of HCU / NICU / PICU. This plan then elaborated in the implementation plan using the Balanced Scorecard.
