Acessibilidade cultural no Museu do Doce da Universidade Federal de Pelotas: a trajetória de uma proposta sensorial

Entendida como um direito de todas as pessoas, a Acessibilidade Cultural caracteriza-se como um movimento que busca a igualdade cultural e, consequentemente, a social. Ao admitirem-se as diferenças, o caminho a ser traçado busca o diálogo entre realidade e utopia, e a consolidação de práticas, recursos e alternativas que promovem valores coletivos e que acabam promulgando a existência de espaços inclusivos, que proporcionam o convívio entre os diferentes e que apresentam a diferença como instância de aprendizado conjunto. Com tal entendimento, o texto relata a trajetória de uma proposta sensorial desenvolvida em um programa de extensão universitária no Museu do Doce da Universidade Federal de Pelotas e seus desdobramentos intra e extramuros da universidade. Os resultados apontam para um espaço que se tornou referência na cidade, não só pelos seus recursos propriamente ditos, mas pelos métodos que foram utilizados para que estes fossem implementados e obtivessem êxito.Palavras-chave: Acessibilidade Cultural. A Metafisica da Vontade e as Ciências: um estudo em Schopenhauer sobre a natureza humana

O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em tentar explicitar uma possível relação entre o argumento do filósofo Arthur Schopenhauer acerca da natureza humana, à luz de sua metafísica da vontade, e aspectos das ciências empíricas, tomadas aqui enquanto base para uma filosofia imanente da natureza. Para tanto, algumas obras importantes foram adotadas como base deste estudo, tais como: O Mundo como Vontade e Representação e Sobre Vontade na Natureza. Inicialmente, procurou-se aproximar alguns elementos de sua formação científica e investigar como o autor utiliza os recursos das ciências da vida em sua metafísica, transferindo seus argumentos filosóficos para áreas de estudo como a fisiologia. Em seguida pretendeu-se com explorar uma espécie de argumento naturalista, à medida que adentra o panorama observacional do filósofo. O objetivo não é estabelecer uma defesa desta visão, mas compreender a dinâmica desta intelecção sobre natureza, o que permitirá examinar dimensões tanto do ponto de vista naturalista quanto existencial, intimamente relacionadas com a sujeição do homem a um princípio volitivo.Palavras-chave: Schopenhauer. The Metaphysics of Will and The Sciences: a study in Schopenhauer on human natureABSTRACTThe objective of this paper is to try to explain a possible relationship between the argument of the philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer about human nature, in the light of his metaphysics of will, and aspects of the empirical sciences, taken here as the basis for an immanent philosophy of nature. Therefore, some important works were adopted as the basis for this study, such as: The World as Will and Representation and About Will in Nature. Initially, an attempt was made to bring together some elements of his scientific training and investigate how the author uses the resources of life sciences in his metaphysics, transferring his philosophical arguments to areas of study such as physiology. Then, it was intended to explore a kind of naturalist argument, as it enters the observational panorama of the philosopher. The objective is not to establish a defense of this vision, but to understand the dynamics of this understanding of nature, which will allow us to examine dimensions both from a naturalistic and an existential point of view, closely related to the subjection of man to a volitional principle.Keywords: Schopenhauer. Ingovernável da deficiência, sua radicalidade ontológica e seus devires clandestinos na educação e na filosofia

Este artigo analisa a dimensão ingovernável da deficiência, sua radicalidade ontológica e seus devires clandestinos na configuração neoliberal da biopolítica. Partimos para tanto do ensaio Os instintos e as instituições de Gilles Deleuze e do curso Os anormais de Michel Foucault, com vistas a discutir a proveniência da ingovernabilidade da deficiência e suas formas de governo pelas instituições educacionais. Retratamos o modo como o retardo de Charles Jouy revela um hiato entre a sua organização biológica, a mecânica instintual e a economia do prazer, encontrando aí sua ingovernabilidade não somente a ser governada, como também a servir de indagação às práticas inclusivas atuais, seus devires clandestinos e sua biopotência para resistir à governamentalidade neoliberal. For this, we start from the essay The instincts and institutions by Gilles Deleuze and from the course The abnormals by Michel Foucault, with a view to discussing the origin of the ungovernability of disability and its forms of government by educational institutions. We portray how Charles Jouy's retardation reveals a gap between his biological organization, instinctual mechanics and the economy of pleasure, finding his ungovernability not only to be governed, but also to serve as an inquiry into current inclusive practices, their becomings clandestines and their biopotency to resist neoliberal governmentality.Keywords: Ungovernable. Vida e morte em Fechner e Freud

As concepções de vida e morte de Freud e de Fechner se entrelaçam no momento em que o primeiro, em Além do princípio do prazer (1920), aclimata ao seu arcabouço teórico o princípio fechneriano da tendência à estabilidade, tomado a partir de então como um princípio mais geral ao qual se subordina o princípio da constância (ou princípio do Nirvana). O princípio de Fechner, contudo, é destacado por Freud de uma obra publicada em 1873, onde seu autor o formula como um princípio físico que se insere em uma concepção geral sobre a vida — sobre a sua origem e o seu desenvolvimento, mas também o seu ocaso —, concepção que difere sobremaneira da visão científica usual, à qual Freud se filia. No entanto, a visão sobre a vida e a morte dos dois autores conflui a partir do ponto em comum representado pelo princípio da tendência à estabilidade, que, em Fechner, leva os organismos progressivamente ao estado inorgânico e, em Freud, parece poder ser entendido como o fundamento da pulsão de morte, que naturalmente se esforça por alcançar este mesmo fim.Palavras-Chave: Freud. Life and death in Fechner and FreudABSTRACTFreud's and Fechner's conceptions of life and death are intertwined when the former, in Beyond the Pleasure Principle (1920), acclimatizes to his theoretical framework the Fechnerian principle of the tendency to stability, taken from then on as a more general principle to which the constancy principle (or Nirvana principle) is subordinated. Fechner's principle, however, is highlighted by Freud from a work published in 1873, where its author formulates it as a physical principle that fits into a general conception of life — about its origin and its development, but also the its sunset — a conception that differs greatly from the usual scientific view, to which Freud adheres. However, the vision of life and death of the two authors converges from the common point represented by the principle of the tendency to stability, which, in Fechner, leads organisms progressively to an inorganic state and, in Freud, seems to be understood as the foundation of the death drive, which naturally strives to achieve this very end.Keywords: Freud. Mulheres e futebol: a cobertura sobre o Brasileirão Feminino no site globoesporte.com

O presente trabalho tem como proposta identificar e categorizar as notícias relativas ao Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino 2021 no site globoesporte.com. Aborda o conceito de gênero como um elemento diretamente ligado as relações sociais. Reflete sobre a divisão sexual do trabalho e os papéis sociais de gênero. Comenta sobre a presença da mulher no futebol. É uma pesquisa bibliográfica e quali-quantitativa. Apresenta a estrutura do Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino 2021. Aponta a desigualdade de gênero como a causa das discrepâncias entre o futebol masculino e feminino. Da Décadence à Grande Saúde: uma ponte para o além-do-homem nietzschiano

O presente artigo faz uma discussão acerca da décadence e da grande saúde, temáticas frequentemente presentes na filosofia de Nietzsche, onde décadence aparece como sinónimo de doença e em oposição ao que ele denominou de “a grande saúde''. Inicia-se abordando o processo de adoecimento do homem, onde é discutido principalmente a concepção de saúde. Em seguida é abordada a ideia de homem enquanto ser doente, a partir do seu grande fastio: o niilismo. E neste ponto o niilismo é analisado, segundo a leitura de Nietzsche empreendida por Deleuze, a partir de suas quatro vertentes: negativo, reativo, passivo e ativo. Por fim, é apresentada uma compreensão do eterno retorno e do amor fati, para se chegar à ideia de grande saúde, a qual pode oferecer as condições de possibilidade de compreensão da noção nietzschiana de além-do-homem. From Decadence to Great Health: a bridge to the Nietzschean beyond-manABSTRACTThis article discusses decadence and great health, themes frequently present in Nietzsche's philosophy, where decadence appears as a synonym for disease and in opposition to what he called “great health”. It begins by approaching the man's illness process, where it is discussed, mainly the concept of health. Then, the idea of man as being sick is addressed, based on his great boredom: nihilism. And at this point nihilism is analyzed, according to Nietzsche's reading undertaken by Deleuze, from its four sides: negative, reactive, passive and active. Finally, an understanding of the eternal return and amor fati is presented, in order to arrive at the idea of great health, which can offer the conditions for the possibility of understanding the Nietzschean notion of beyond-man.Keywords: Nietzsche. Produção de Vida em Tempos de Morte: cinco movimentos esquizoanalíticos

Vivemos num período marcado pela morte, hostilidade contra às diferenças, autoritarismos explícitos e que em grande parte são difundidos pelo próprio Governo federal. Dessa forma, esse artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre pistas para a produção de vida em tempos atuais de propagação de morte, tanto no âmbito individual, como coletivo, a partir do referencial teórico da esquizoanálise. O método utilizado foi a seleção de alguns conceitos da filosofia da diferença de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari para operar essa reflexão sobre o contemporâneo. Como resultados discutimos cinco movimentos da esquizoanálise para produção de vida: a transmutação das forças; adotar o próprio território como ponto de partida; trabalhar a potência do occursus; valorizar o infinitamente pequeno; e fomentar o afeto, os devires, como passagem.Palavras-chave: Esquizoanálise. Production Of Life In Times Of Death: five schizoanalytic movementsABSTRACTWe are living in a period marked by death, hostility to differences, explicit authoritarianism, which is largely spread by the federal government itself. Thus, this article aims to reflect on clues for the production of life in times of death, based on schizoanalysis. The method used was the selection of some concepts from the philosophy of difference of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari to operate this reflection on the contemporary. As a result, we discuss five schizoanalysis movements for the production of life: the transmutation of forces; adopting the territory itself as a start point; working the power of occursus; to value the infinitely small; and foster affection, becomings, as a passage.Keywords: Schizoanalysis. Dilemas e alternativas do uso das redes e mídias sociais no processo de aprendizagem

O texto parte de uma constatação das limitações do uso das mídias digitais e das redes sociais no âmbito educacional, especialmente considerando-se um país tão desigual como o Brasil. Em seguida, contudo, abordamos certos modos possíveis de ações propositivas cuja raiz se encontra na situação de crise sanitária provocada pelo novo coronavírus, partindo de experiências concretas com a docência, com o atendimento clínico e com o uso das mídias digitais e das redes sociais.Palavras-Chave: Redes sociais. Pavimentos Táteis em Paragens de Autocarro

O Projeto de Investigação ACCES4ALL focaliza-se em interfaces modais projetadas de acordo com o conceito de “Design Universal”. Tem como objetivo principal desenvolver um estudo piloto de uma paragem de autocarros acessível, inteligente e sustentável, a localizar numa interface multimodal. Num contexto de sustentabilidade social, os ambientes construídos inclusivos têm de garantir acessibilidade universal. Assim, as pessoas com deficiência visual necessitam de pavimentos táteis e/ou com diferenciação cromática que forneçam orientação e informação sobre os espaços e os meios de transporte. Com esta comunicação pretende-se apresentar exemplos internacionais de sistemas de encaminhamento, através de pavimentos táteis, em paragens de autocarro, tendo-se recorrido a pesquisa bibliográfica e realizado desenhos técnicos. Os resultados indicam que existe uma grande diversidade de soluções técnicas de encaminhamento tátil no ambiente construído, recomendando-se a necessidade de harmonização de soluções podotáteis no mundo, considerando um contexto de Turismo Acessível.Palavras-chave: Turismo Acessível. Tactile Floors at Bus StopsABSTRACTThe ACCES4ALL research project focuses on modal interfaces designed according to the concept of "Universal Design". Its main objective is to develop a pilot study of an accessible, smart and sustainable bus stop to be located at a multimodal interface. In a context of social sustainability, inclusive built environments must guarantee universal accessibility. Thus, people with visual disability need tactile and/or chromatically differentiated pavements that provide orientation and information about spaces and means of transport. This paper intends to present international examples of guiding systems, through tactile surfaces, at bus stops, having resorted to bibliographic research and technical drawings. The results indicate that there is a great diversity of technical solutions for tactile routing in the built environment, recommending the need for harmonization of podotactile solutions in the world, considering an Accessible Tourism context. Tramas históricas a respeito da psiquiatrização, disciplina e medicalização em algumas lentes de Michel Foucault

Este artigo busca traçar em formato de ensaio teórico uma trama histórica de alguns operadores analíticos dos procedimentos de psiquiatrização da sociedade e da medicalização dos corpos por meio de práticas sociais normalizadoras e disciplinares. Pensar estes acontecimentos e como são interrogados e trabalhados por Michel Foucault é uma proposta importante e nos auxilia a fazer perguntas a respeito do presente na medida em que diversas análises permitem correlações com a atualidade vivida e, assim, possibilita problematizar a considerável força da psiquiatria social hoje, reconfigurando as políticas de saúde mental disciplinadoras por um viés medicalizante e normalizador cada vez mais intenso em nome da defesa da sociedade. Logo, o presente texto contribui para diversas áreas de modo transdisciplinar no trabalho atento de desnaturalização histórica dos processos de medicalização e psiquiatrização da vida como norma disciplinar e social.Palavras-chave: História da psiquiatrização. Norma.Historical plots about psychiatry, discipline and medicalization in some of Michel Foucault's lensesABSTRACTThis article seeks to trace, in a theoretical essay format, a historial plots of some analytical operators of the psychiatric procedures of society and the medicalization of bodies through normalizing and disciplinary social practices. Thinking about these events and how they are interrogated and worked on by Michel Foucault is an important proposal and helps us to ask questions about the present, as several analyzes allow correlations with the current experience and, thus, make it possible to problematize the considerable strength of social psychiatry. today, reconfiguring disciplinary mental health policies through an increasingly intense medicalizing and normalizing bias in the name of defending society. Therefore, this text contributes to several areas in a transdisciplinary way in the careful work of historical denaturalization of the processes of medicalization and psychiatrization of life as a social and disciplinary norm.Keywords: History of psychiatrization.
