Penelitian ini menjabarkan tentang efektivitas model blended learning GAWI MANUNTUNG untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode  penelitian yang terdiri dari metode penelitian pengembangan yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall dan metode penelitian eksperimen. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan sequential data analysis untuk mengetahui kelayakan model, untuk menganalisis keefektifan model terhadap variabel terikat melalui uji Two sample t-Test dan uji N-gain. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SDN Karang Mekar 1 Banjarmasin berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) langkah model GAWI MANUNTUNG meliputi: Group, Analysis and observation, Wondering observation result, Intensive data collection, Making experiment on outdoor, Analysis the result by Negotiation of solution, Using Technology, Necessity intelligences development, Task Product Creation, Unity on presentation and role play, Network Tournament and Games dengan skor validasi 4,43 dan persentase validitas 87,19% yang bermakna model GAWI MANUNTUNG memenuhi kriteria valid, reliabel, dan layak untuk diimplementasikan, (2) Setelah enam kali pertemuan, model GAWI MANUNTUNG mampu meningkatkan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis sebesar 100%, berpikir kreatif sebesar 90%, memecahkan masalah  sebesar 90%, berpikir logis sebesar 85% dan berpikir analitis sebesar 90%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model blended learning GAWI MANUNTUNG layak untuk digunakan dan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa

<p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the application of blended learning on the learning outcomes of class X MIA students at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. This study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a One-Shot Case Study by taking research subjects by Purposive Sampling. The sample of this research was the students of class X MIA. This study used descriptive questions as a final test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research was a t-test. Based on the data collection techniques and data analysis carried out, it was obtained that tcount = 1.81 and ttable = 1.68, because tcount > ttable, then reject H0 at a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying blended learning on studensts’ learning outcomes of class X MIA at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Outcomes

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. ABSTRACTFatigue was the reduce in efficiency and endurance of body condition while working with data collection toolssuch as 30 fatigue item questionnaire. Musculoskeletal Disorder was the disorder of musculoskeletal pain in upper or lower extremity with data collection tools such as Nordic Body Map questionnaire. This study was an experimental study with the design was Pretest and Posttest Two Group Design, and the amount of sample were 24 people separated into 2 Group with the sport massage and workplace stretching-exercise (WSE) technique in PT. Uluwatu Gament. Data analysis was performed by Paired sample T-test and independent t-test. The result indicated that sport massage could reduce the fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder with the result p=0,000 and WSE could reduce fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder with the result p= 0,001 and p= 0,023; the sport massage better at reduced the fatigue (p<0,05) instead of WSE, and they were both better at reduce musculoskeletal disorder (p>0,05). This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menghasilkan kajian tentangimplementasi metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengansampel yang diteliti sebanyak 72 peserta didik tingkat SMP secara random. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode Brainstormingerbantu alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Brainstormingberbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan kriteria sedang. Kata kunci:metode Brainstorming, alat peraga, kemampuan komunikasi matematis.   ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to determine whether or not there is an implementation of theBrainstorming method assisted aid teaching to the students’mathematical communication ability. Thesample of this research are 72 students. The research used data collection method by using instrument test of mathematical communication ability in the form ofdescription. Data analysis techniques using t-test after the prerequisite test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average of mathematical communication ability of students taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props were higher than those not taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props. It can be concluded that theBrainstorming method assisted props can improve mathematical communication ability of students with medium criteria. Multimedia is a term commonly heard among educational setup. Multimedia are compulsory for an education in many ways for developing thinking, effectivecommunication, solving questions, , curiosity and interest. In this study to identify positive effects of multimedia on the child’s education (3-6).The study was conducted in the year 2013 in Lucknow city. The main area selected for the study was Alambagh. In this area selected five mohllas. A total of 120 Pre-primary and primary teachers (respondents) were selected for the study. Random sampling method was used for sample selection and self made questionnaire schedule was used for data collection. t test used in research for data analysis. The results revealed that the multimedia can encourage children’s to learn new things and motivate to do things in own way. Multimedia has quality to increased children’s knowledge and communication skills in positively.

This study aims to determine and analyze the ratio of profitability ratios using the ROE ratio at PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk with PT. Martina Berto Tbk. This type of research is a comparative study, with the research sample is the annual financial statements for the last 9 years from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses observation, documentation and heritage studies. The data analysis method used is the t-test separated variant test and also using the SPSS program. From the results of the t-test separated variant test with the help of the SPSS program, the calculated t value of 1.971 was obtained. If compared between the value of tcount with ttable, then tcount is smaller than ttable (1,971 2,120). The results of this study concluded that there were differences in profitability ratios between PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk with PT. Martina Berto Tbk. Keywords: Profitability Ratio, ROEPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan rasio ROE pada PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk dengan PT. Martina Berto Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah laporan keuangan tahunan selama 9 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pusaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test separated varian dan juga dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil uji t-test separated varian dengan bantuan program SPSS maka diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 1,971. Jika di bandingkan antara nilai thitung dengan ttabel, maka thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (1,9712,120). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rasio profitabilitas antara PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk dengan PT. Martina Berto Tbk.Kata Kunci : Rasio Profitabilitas, ROE
