The variables examined in this study were professional commitment, ethical environment, moral intensity, and personal cost. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that professional commitment, ethical environment, moral intensity, and personal cost have a positive and partial effect on the intention to conduct internal whistleblowing at the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Purbalingga Regency. A person with a high moral intensity tends to have a high intensity to whistleblowing. This means that morals are often an important limitation for a person to take action. Auditors have an important role both for companies and other parties who rely on audited financial information to make decisions. Cases involving the Public Accountant Firm (PAF) raise doubts about the auditor's performance. Therefore, efforts that can be made to increase that trust are by whistleblowing action, but it is not an easy action. The characteristics of whistleblower factors that influence a person's intention to conduct whistleblowing are attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and commitment of professional. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior concept as a theoretical basis. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and the auditor's professional commitment to whistleblowing intentions. The study was conducted using primary data. The respondents in this study are an auditor who works in PAF in Surabaya. The sample in this study is 54 people with sampling techniques using convenience sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis models. The results showed that attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and professional commitment were related to whistleblowing intentions, while perceived behavioral control did not conflict with whistleblowing intentions. This shows that auditors feel there will be difficulties and few opportunities in the process of disclosing known fraud, so that perceived behavioral control has no effect.

Demak regency is the center of green bean however, the productivity of green beans in Demak Regency has decreased during 2009-2016. The aims of study is determine the effect of land area, seeds, labor, fertilizer, pesticides on the productivity of green beans. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used was primary data. The population in this study is that farmers in Demak Regency with samples of mung bean farmers in Demak Regency totaled 100 people. The analytical method uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method through the Cobb-Douglas production function model. From the results of this study showed that area of land, fertilizer, pecticides have a significant positive effect on the productivity of green beans which every increase in labor will reduce productivity of green beans, while the seeds have no significant positive effect on the productivity of green beans which increase in the number of seeds does not affect the productivity of green beans. The suggestion of this reserach are that the unused area further improved itd use, the seeds are planted with better planting methods that will is not easily damaged by the weather, there should be a division of labor in green bean farming so that the workers can work productively, the intensity of spraying fertilizers can be improved to increase green bean production, the intensity of spraying of pesticides can be increased to minimize the harvest of crops.
