The massive spread of the COVID-19 pandemic which started in the mid-2020 has had a significant impact on the sustainability of the production and marketing activities of goods and services by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In the context of Indonesia, the so-called policy Large Scale Social Restriction encourages small and medium-sized business groups to find strategic ways so that they can continue to carry out production and marketing activities. One of the strategic ways is building a network of people who consume goods by using digital technology. This study analyses the strategies of small and medium-sized business groups in building a community network of the consumption of small and medium-sized business products through digital technology during the COVID-19 pandemic with special reference to the case of Depok, in Indonesia. This is a descriptive qualitative study with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The findings show that small and medium enterprises use several digital applications to be able to connect individuals to create a consumption group of “common taste” so that those small and medium-sized enterprises could maintain the continuity of selling their goods or products. As a result, this strategic method is proven to be quite beneficial for small and medium business groups.

Background: At the end of April 2021, the occurrence of Covid-19 in Indonesia has reached 1.63 million cases and 44,172 deaths. The social restriction policy is an effort for the government to suppress the rate of transmission of Covid-19, although on the other hand, this policy also raises fear, anxiety, and worry for the community, including teenagers. The emotional development and behaviour of adolescents towards adulthood require social space, but are constrained by social restrictions. Objective: to determine the effect of social restrictions on adolescent mental health. Methods: This study uses a literature review method from 2019 to 2021 obtained from the Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct databases using the keywords social restrictions, youth, mental health disorders, Youth and Children, Covid-19, Impact, and mental health. . The criteria for the selected articles were articles published in 2019-2021 nationally and internationally related to literature review research. Results: the impact of social restrictions on the mental health of adolescents is quite varied. The existence of limitations in socializing, boredom and the many tasks assigned to adolescents are the main factors for adolescents experiencing mental disorders such as stress, depression, and anxiety. Conclusion: social restrictions indirectly have an impact on the mental health of adolescents and even trigger mental health disorders in adolescents.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the comorbid diseases commonly found on COVID-19 infected individuals and causing the most death. In the pandemic era, DM patients are needful to execute the care management by themselves due to the social restriction as a part of transmission control. This study aimed to assess the self-care behavior of DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic era in Manggarai Regency who still carry out various traditional ceremonies even during the pandemic. This study was a quantitative descriptive study. The research data get by the SDSCA (The Summary of Self-Care Activities) questionnaire developed by the General Service Administration (GSA) Regulatory Information Service Center (RISC). This study attends from January to March 2021, with 88 respondents have participated after being recruited using purposive sampling and inclusion criteria. Among the 88 respondents, the respondents were most compliant with eating restrictions on sugar-contained food such as cake, chocolate, biscuit, and ice cream diet. Respondents did not restrict themself to consume carbohydrate contained foods. Self-care behavior is most important to DM patients in the pandemic era due to the social restrictions creating the hesitancy among the patients to come to the health care facilities. Moreover, when DM patients are more prone to develop severe symptoms of covid-19. Health professionals have to improve the health education to the patients by emphasizing the importance of exercise, diabetic foot care, and routine blood sugar monitoring so that the patients are not only focused on dietary management and medicine.

Blood Bank's challenge during the COVID-19 era is securing and protecting blood supplies even though countries aretaking precautionary measures with social distancing to prevent or reduce the number of infections caused by COVID-19.This study aimed to compare blood availability before and during the COVID-19 pandemic at the blood bank of Dr. WahidinSudirohusodo Hospital. A Descriptive-analytic study with an observational approach using the Shapiro-Wilk test todetermine the normality of the sample and the paired T-test. Sample data was taken between March-August 2019 andMarch-August 2020. A significant difference was found in blood demand (p-value=0.004), amount of blood transfusion(p-value=0.006), stock and reference report (p-value=0.005), blood service report (p-value=0.005), cito waiting time(p-value=0.002) and regular waiting time (p-value=0.016). There was no significant difference in blood indicator Packed RedCell (PRC) (p-value=0.119). The Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) and reduction of elective surgery in hospitalsaffect the fulfillment of Blood Bank and faster attendance time of blood during the pandemic. The decrease in a number ofblood demands during the COVID-19 pandemic affected the number of blood transfusions, blood service reports, stocks, referrals, and cito and regular waiting time services.

The enactment of the PSBB (Large-scale Social Restriction) on April to May 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic, has reduced residents’ activities, especially in Java Island, the most populous area in Indonesia with high anthropological activities. This policy may affect the conditions of atmospheric and water environment around the island of Java. NO2 and CO concentrations in atmosphere along with chlorophyll-a concentrationin the ocean are environmental indicators that can be observed through satellite imagery. Satellite data TROPOMI and CMEMS were used to investigate the variation of those concentrations in the atmosphere and ocean during PSBB. Oceanographic and atmospheric daily data of each parameter over the Java Island region were retrieved and merged into gridded data with 1 km spatial resolution to be compared. Variations of chlorophyll-a concentration within the same month over the previous years were also taken into account. NO2, CO, and chlorophyll-a concentration were fluctuating during the PSBB period, but tended to decrease in the early phase of PSBB.The higher concentration of chlorophyll-a concentrated in the northern coastal areas of Java Island. In Jakarta and Surabaya, chlorophyll-a concentrations value during April-May 2020 were decreased by 48% and 27% compared to the previous three years’ averages. Human activities were thought to be the main factor influencing variations in the concentration of NO2, CO, and chlorophyll-a during PSBB enactment

Loneliness is a major public health issue, with its prevalence rising during COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns and mandated “social distancing” practices. A 2020 global study (n = 46,054) found that, in comparison to women, men experienced the greatest levels of loneliness. Although research on predictors of loneliness during COVID-19 is increasing, little is known about the characteristics of men who may be particularly vulnerable. Studies using prospective data are needed to inform preventative measures to support men at risk of loneliness. The current study draws on rare longitudinal data from an Australian cohort of men in young to mid-adulthood (n = 283; aged M = 34.6, SD = 1.38 years) to examine 25 pre-pandemic psychosocial predictors of loneliness during COVID-19 social restrictions (March–September 2020). Adjusted linear regressions identified 22 pre-pandemic predictors of loneliness across a range of trait-based, relational, career/home and mental health variables. Given the extensive set of predictors, we then conducted penalized regression models (LASSO), a machine learning approach, allowing us to identify the best fitting multivariable set of predictors of loneliness during the pandemic. In these models, men's sense of pre-pandemic environmental mastery emerged as the strongest predictor of loneliness. Depression, neuroticism and social support also remained key predictors of pandemic loneliness (R2 = 26, including covariates). Our findings suggest that men's loneliness can be detected prospectively and under varying levels of social restriction, presenting possible targets for prevention efforts for those most vulnerable.

Patients with COVID-19 may develop various neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems. It is known that diabetes mellitus (DM) type 1 or 2, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, old age and old age, male gender are risk factors for a severe course and complications of COVID-19. Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, and patients with the listed risk factors are recommended to follow a regime of social restriction or self-isolation. Outpatient treatment is most appropriate for this category of patients. Patients with diabetes who have undergone COVID-19 are at risk of developing or progressing diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN). It seems relevant to develop the principles of effective treatment of patients with DM and DPN in outpatient settings. Glycemic level correction, diet, weight normalization, therapy of combined cardiovascular diseases, an increase of physical activity, sleep normalization, maintenance of normal psychological state are the main principles of treatment of patients with DM and DPN in COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Pathogenetic therapy of DPN continues to be discussed, in our country the preparations of B vitamins, alpha-lipoic acid are widely used. B-group vitamin preparations can be used in the form of tablets or solutions for intramuscular injections. The effectiveness of B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) in the treatment of a severe course of COVID- 19, prevention of complications of COVID-19, especially in elderly patients and with diabetes is discussed.

2020 is the year of the COVID-19 pandemic which made Government implement Large Scale Social Restriction Policy, both Social Distancing and Physical Distancing. However, based on the observation results made by the researcher in the field of the PATEN process in Kecamatan Sako during new normal, people were not yet discipline in dealing with online services. The services continue as usual by implementing strict health protocol such as to wash hands with soap often, to wear mask, to maintain a distance of a meter. Based on the survey conducted in Kecamatan Sako, the respondents still did stuff on the spot directly because the physical files still had to be collected at the PATEN counter to be processed. According to a direct interview conducted with the Head of the Government Section, the management of Family Card and ID card was carried out at the UPT Zone VIII of civil registration since April 23, 2020. The purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako and to explain the dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), which dimensions have the most dominant influence on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako. This study uses quantitative methods. The method used in data collection is Proportionate Random Sampling. The data quality test consists of testing the validity and reliability of the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the t value is 1.985 with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, so that the results of the first problem formulation are Tangible, Assurance, and Empathy which have a significant effect on the variable of people satisfaction. The second problem formulation explains that the empathy variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable or dependent (y) with the largest Beta value which is 0.551.
