The main propose of the study was to concentrate assessment of physical fitness, especially to focus on the 1st, 2nd And 3rd Year's College students. In most of the advance countries of the globe, different test have been developed in accordance vicinity. Hence, the present study was carryout to develop test batteries for the physical fitness assessment. In this regards, 2340 students of 8th 9th and 10th classes were conveniently selected in the study. Mean and standard deviation were used to test the formulated hypotheses. Poor physical fitness among the students was found. Therefore, it was recommended that the teachers and parents should make it obligatory to take proper care of their students/children’s physical fitness by providing a healthy diet and also allow them to participate in sports activities.

Professional attitude has a key role in performing any duty. If a person lacks positive professional attitude or has natural attitude towards his/her profession then it creates many problems. So there for positive professional attitude has fruitful results in performing any task. This study was initiated to know the impact of demographic difference, locality and gender upon professional attitude of physical education professionals. Total 125 participants participated in this study which was selected through purposive sampling technique. Consents of 77 male and 48 female were taken for the purpose of gender based difference impact and in which 50 were from rural and 75 were from urban setup. It was for locality wise difference. Data was collected through questionnaire and was analyzed by using SPSS. The concluded results shown that gender differences has no significant impact upon professional attitude of physical education professionals and similarly locality is also has no significant impact upon professional attitude of physical education professionals. Both groups were found same in locality basis and gender basis. The mean score of both groups were found significantly same.

The aim of study was to investigate the perception of physical education teachers and students about the use, importance and adaptation of innovative teaching strategies in physical education at the degree college level of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study was qualitative in nature but due to some limitation, the researcher adopted a quantitative method with a simple survey to carry out the research work. All the teachers and students at the degree college level at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were taken as a population. Multi-stage random sampling technique with stratified sample technique was used to investigate teachers and student's perception regarding the importance of innovative teaching strategies regarding health and physical education and the adaptation of innovative teaching strategies. Close ended questionnaire was for the data collection. Inferential statistics one sample T-test, was used for the data collection. It has been concluded that teachers and students agreed upon the importance of innovative teaching strategies regarding health and physical education at the college level. It was that the concerned authority may have repeated and systematic evaluation policy to maintain and further improve the quality of innovative teaching strategies to meet the information needs of users.

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the Pre and Post 9/11 Era in Perspectives of the Impact of Terrorism on Sports at Secondary School Level in South Waziristan Agency. All the secondary schools and Agency Education office of SWA were the proposed place of the work. The researcher focused on the rural Secondary level Schools. Close ended questionnaire was used for the data collection. Stratified sample technique was adopted for the current study. The sample of study was 248 consisting of physical Education teachers, general teachers and athletes. Correlation and regression test were applied for the data analyses. The results show The relationship between pre 9/11 and post 9/11 era in perspective of impact of terrorism on sports at secondary school level was negative it was also concluded that Terrorism has negative impact upon sports activities conducted among the secondary schools after 9/11 era in South Waziristan Agency. The researcher recommended that Government may pay special attention to School Sports and give full proof security during sports Competitions.

Participation in various recreational have gained remarkable role around the world and considered as revolving force contributes to the overall developments and promotion of its participants. In light of the set objectives, two research hypotheses were formulated and tested. In order to collect data, the researcher selected Teachers, Students and Parents from Government Girls Colleges (GGC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The researcher disclosed their view regarding impact of recreation on youth with the help of structured questionnaire A study was designed to assess their perception regarding the Role of Recreational Activities in the development of Social Attributes And Learning Skills of The Students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan. On the basis of findings and gathered information, the researcher put forth the following recommendations to improve the situation. It was found that the researcher found that recreation is the basic need of individual which develop the Social Attributes And Learning Skills Of The Students. Hence, facilities of indoor and outdoor recreation should be provided and picnic spots should be developed to encourage procreative activities.

The primary objective of present study was to investigate the impact of social support and aggressive behaviors on sports achievements of student athletes. The existing research was based on quantitative measures in nature. The population of the present research was comprised of all student athletes of two public sector universities of Pakistan. The sample size was consisted of 300 survey cases. Researchers used survey questionnaire as an instrument for the purpose of data collection. Descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient of Pearson, and multiple regression analysis were considered suitable statistical and analytical techniques which were utilized to find out the results from the collected data. The results investigated that social support had significant and greater impact than aggression on sports achievement of student athletes. It was concluded that if proper social support had been provided to university athletes, this might have reduced the level of aggressiveness from the young adults.

The aim of the study was to investigate the Parental Motives behind their Children Participation in Sports Activities. The population of this study comprised all the parents whose children were on role in government primary schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. There were total 50,000 (Fifty Thousands) parents whose children were on role in government primary schools of district bannu (Official Gateway Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2014). Convenient sampling procedure was adopted to collect the required information from the respondents; there was 500 sample of the study. The present study was carried out in the district Bannu KP Pakistan. Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation was used for set hypotheses. It was found that that parents involvement in sports in terms of their attitude, perception and motives has paramount significant in motivating children towards participation in sports, it was also heighted that that most of the parents wants to allow their children to participate in sports activities but financial limitation create hindrance in the way of their children sports participation. It was recommended by the researcher that Different kinds of sports program may be undertaken to increase sports participation right from gross roots level i.e. union council, tehsil and district level.

The present aimed to examine the demographic effect of parental motives behind their children participation in sports activities. The population of this study comprised all the parents whose children were in role in government primary schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Available sample technique was applied for the study. Self-administered questionnaire was used for the data collection. Inferential statistic t-test and ANOVA was for the data analyses. Government Servant parents reported more score than Jobless, Private servant, labor, merchant and others parents in average motives. It was also found that Graduate of secondary education parents reported more score than illiterate, Graduate of Primary, Graduate of higher education, graduate of highest and post graduate education in average motives. It was recommended that efforts may be made to increase a knowledgeable fan base and a significant portion of population participating in sports.

The modern concept of physical education is of a very vast discipline and is no more confined to games and sports only. This wide scope of physical education demands very specific concentration and effective teaching planning, in order to take full advantage of the discipline, which can be passed on to students. The particular study is also a try through which researcher wants to develop the field of sports sciences and physical education. In order the researcher conduct the study under the topic "Perception of instructor physical education and students regarding the use and adaptation of innovative teaching strategies in physical education at higher secondary school level and students about the use and adaptation of innovative teaching strategies in physical education at degree college level of KP Pakistan" quantitative method as well as cross-sectional approach design was adopted for the complication and investigating the existing phenomena. All the IPEs and students at higher secondary school of KP was the population of the study. A 969 respondent was taken as sample using LR Gay method for the current study. Self-administered questionnaire was use for the data collection. Inferential statistic (t-test ) adopted to test the set hypotheses. It was concluded that IPEs and students agreed upon the use and adaptation of innovative teaching strategies with reference to health and physical education at higher secondary school level.
