The Qur'an has various forms of miracles, one of which is al-i'jaz at-tasyri'i (miracles of Islamic law). Therefore, this study will highlight how the miracles of the Shari'a are, the measuring standards along with examples that are appropriate and not in accordance with these rules. This type of research is a qualitative research where the researcher focuses on library data sources as the main resource. Then the data is described by descriptive analysis and analyzed critically (content analysis) and then gives a conclusion.The results of the study indicate that there are five criteria or rules that must be met. First, to distinguish between i'jaz tasyri'i and taujih ijaz (an attempt to explain the miraculous side) where the miracle of the Shari'a is something that is certain, while the taujih has the possibility of being right or wrong. Second, that the Shari'a contained in the Qur'an is something that is beyond the reach of the power of human reason. Third, I'jaz tasyri'i is contained in one discussion theme and not in the scope of one verse or one surah alone. Fourth, it must be underlined that not all the wisdom and secrets of His shari'a miracles can be revealed in real terms. Fifth, do not violate the rules and rules of interpretation in the analysis.

Al-qu'an is the first source of Islamic law، which is obligatory for all muslims to do. To understand the Qur'an، it is necessary to master the sciences of Arabic، especially balaghah، among them the objectives of Nida'. In the Qur'an there is a lot of Nida' in which there is the meaning of qiyasi،which has been mentioned in the balaghah books. To know the purpose of the verse contained the letter Nida' ، the author did a study with the title "Yaa" Nida' in the letter al-a'raaf and hud (Study analysis balaghah in science ma' ani). And whosoever is in the heavens and the earth، he is the All-mighty، the All-wise. The purpose of this study is to find out what the purpose of "Yes" Nida' is in the letter al-a'raaf and hud is reviewed from the balaghah aspect. The objects in this study are surah al-a'raaf and hud. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary sources. And the method of data collection that the authors use is library research by collecting primary and skunder data with methods of analyzing and reading books related to this research. And in this study the authors used descriptive analysis and content analysis using tables. <p><span>The purpose of this study is to find information about the law of a wife to be a migrant worker from the perspective of fiqh. This study is qualitative research using library research and uses the fiqh approach. Data sources come from primary and secondary sources. The primary source functions as the main source, obtained by tracing the book of jurisprudence by analyzing the content (content analysis). Secondary sources function to support primary sources obtained through books, journals, and other important documents. The result is that the husband must rethink to permit wives who want to become migrant workers. Changes in Islamic law against migrant workers can occur if they meet the requirements including time, place, intention, and custom. The proof of <em>sadd al-dhari'ah</em> serves to inhibit the rate of sending women migrant workers.</span></p>

The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of khilafah according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani, differences and legal basis. This study is a library model, with primary data sources, the Zhilalal-Qur'anic Tafseer and Nizham Al-Hukmi Fi Al-Islam and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The result is the thought of the concept of khilafah according to sayyid Quthub: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph, that who becomes the ruler of the choice of the Muslims, acts in absolute freedom, but that person gets the authority because he constantly applies the law of Allah Almighty. 2). The Islamic government system, the Supra Nasional government (the unity of the entire Islamic world). 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. Thought of the concept of the Caliphate according to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph is a person who represents the Ummah in government affairs and power and in applying syara 'laws. 2). The system of government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara '; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to carry out tabanni (adoption) against syara 'laws; e) The Caliph has the right to make constitutions and all other laws. The differences in the concept of khilafah are both: 1). According to Sayyid Quthub, if the ruler fails, then the ruler can be dismissed if the Muslims are no longer satisfied with him. This statement gives a signal that the people get rid of the rulers who no longer fulfill their functions (zhalim rulers). It is different from the opinion of Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani. An Amir al-mu'minin (Khalifah), even though he is responsible before the people and his representatives, but the people and their representatives are not entitled to dismiss him. Nor will the Caliph be dismissed, except when deviating from Shara law. The one who determined the dismissal was only the Mazhalim court. 2). The system of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub does not question any system of government in accordance with the system of conditions of society, but this government is characterized by respect for the supremacy of Islamic law (shari'ah). Whereas According to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani that the system of Islamic government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani, points three parts a and b at the above conclusions are: 1). Sayyid Quthub: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. 2). Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to do tabanni (adoption) against the laws of shara; e). ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Instagram accounts owned by cultural industry have been followed by millions of followers and are not limited to a group of people in a country because cyberspace creates unlimited communities. Cultural industries that use Instagram place halal (allowed in Islam) and syar'i (based on Islamic law) labels as important elements in promoting their commodities. The following article tries to look at the commodification of several posts on Instagram that are related to religious identity and the implications that are formed by the cultural industry in Muslim communities. The following qualitative research is analyzed by content analysis based on data collection - neographic studies - from several Instagram accounts, such as travel, fashion, and cosmetics agent acoounts which utilize Islamic attributes. The results of this study indicate that the cultural industry always introduces new trends of pop culture through Instagram by using religious attributes, such as using the terms halal, syar'i, or Muslim. Religion as an agency is widely used by the cultural industry in advertising its commodities. In addition, the agency is a tool to persuade consumers to buy commodities and at the same time it is able to identify consumers as pious and modern Muslims.

This research aims to map out types of bilingual signboards found in Elementary and Secondary schools in Surakarta based on their functions, to assess their quality in terms of accuracy and acceptability, and to describe factors influencing the translation quality. This descriptive qualitative research used data sources in the form of documents and persons, i.e. bilingual signboards displayed on school walls and those called raters who have competencies in assessing translation quality. Content analysis, Interview, and Focus Group Discussion were applied as the methods to collect and analyze the data of bilingual signboards. As a result, there are three types of school signboard, namely signboards showing names of place, signboards showing the condition of a particular place, and those saying proverbs. Dealing with the function, signboards having informative, suggestive, restrictive and mandatory functions are identified. The majority of the data resulting accurate and less acceptable translation is found in universal signboards, while culture-bound signboards tend to be rendered less accurate and less acceptable due to some factors that can be read thoroughly in this article.

This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The research was gives an overview of the errors made when solving integer basic operations problems. Subjects consisted of 30 people who were participants in the Substantive Technical Training of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathematics Teachers  of the Aceh Province in the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Aceh (BDK) in 2018. Data was collected through tests and analyzed to determine the mistakes made by participants in solving problems. Data validation is done by triangulating data sources by comparing test results and interview data on the same subject. The results of the analysis showed that 13 participants (39%) from all subjects still made mistakes in solving problems. The type of error made is a procedure error, namely a sequence of steps in completing a count operation.

The importance of zakat distribution in the digital age increasingly shows the existence and urgency of digitalization in all aspects. The purpose of zakat distribution online will facilitate muzakki effectively and efficiently in terms of activities and time in distributing zakat evenly and thoroughly to break the poverty chain, and improve social and economic welfare of the community without having to distinguish between the rich and poor, because behind the distribution of zakat funds is the rights of those who are entitled to receive it (mustahik). This research focused on qualitative research using a descriptive analysis technique which is to conduct an analysis by describing, describing, explaining about paying zakat online in Islamic law. In Islamic view, zakat which is done online is permissible because one of the reasons is that it is only different in form of distribution, namely the transition from manual to automatic. From those who usually come to the institution to pay directly but this time only by accessing and transferring. However, it still does not abandon the terms or conditions in issuing or distributing zakat. Distribution of zakat online is not a problem in terms of Islamic law, because its distribution will facilitate muzakki or Muslims who have an obligation to pay zakat. A muzakki can distribute his zakat online is legal and not a problem legally. Special institutions that are given the mandate in the distribution of zakat will be managed because it is deposited from muzakki which is distributed online and must be in accordance with the principles in sharia provisions. So that the obligation to fulfill or pay zakat continues to be carried out in order to share with others who are entitled to need throughout Indonesia.Keywords: Easiness; Islamic Law; Online; Zakat.

Abstract This article discusses Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. With the aim to find out how Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. This article uses literature-based qualitative research (library research) with a qualitative descriptive approach and technical descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty progressed during the caliph al-Mu'izz, al-zAziz and al-Hakim. With several background factors such as the transfer of government centers from Tunisia to Cairo, extracting sources of economic income in all fields, integrated management of the fields of Agriculture, Trade and Industry, high exceptions to Science, harmonious relations with non-Muslims and tolerance which is very high for the community. The Fatimid dynasty experienced economic setbacks during the time of the Caliph al-hidAdhid until it was attacked by the Ayyubid dynasty led by Salahuddin al-Ayyubi. Keywords; Fatimid Dynasty, Progress, Setback, Economy  Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemajuan pada masa khalifah al-Mu’izz, al-‘Aziz dan al-Hakim. Dengan beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya seperti perpindahan pusat pemerintahan dari Tunisia ke Kairo, penggalian sumber pemasukan ekonomi dalam segala bidang, pengelolaan bidang-bidang Pertanian, Perdagangan dan Industri secara terpadu, kepedualian yang tinggi terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan, hubungan harmonis dengan non-Muslim dan pemberian toleransi yang sangat tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Abstarct. As technology develops, there are various business opportunities that require online-based services, two of which are Gojek and Grab. Both of these applications are known to only be used to provide passenger shuttle services, food, and etc. But lately many drivers are using their idle accounts for resale, even though the account is not entirely theirs and there is an agreement that has been agreed by the online motorcycle taxi partners / drivers with Gojek and Grab companies. This causes the occurrence of uncertainty and can pose a risk to the buyer, or can be said to contain Gharar so that it causes non-fulfillment of conditions in the sale and purchase transaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the form of gharar according to Islamic law, the practice of buying and selling online ojek accounts, and a review of Islamic law on the buying and selling practices of Gojek and Grab online ojek accounts.This research is a qualitative research. Data obtained from field data sources and library research sources were analyzed and compiled by descriptive analysis.The results showed that, the requirements in buying and selling transactions are things that must be fulfilled in Islamic law, the sale and purchase of an online motorcycle taxi account should not be done because it will pose a risk to the seller and the buyer. Keywords: Islamic Law, Buying and Selling, Ojek Accounts Online. Abstrak. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi munculah berbagai peluang bisnis yang memerlukan layanan berbasis online, dua diantaranya yaitu Gojek dan Grab. Kedua aplikasi ini diketahui hanya digunakan untuk memberikan layanan jasa antar jemput penumpang, makanan, dan sejenisnya. Namun belakangan ini banyak driver yang memanfaatkan akun mereka yang menganggur untuk dijual kembali, padahal akun tersebut bukan sepenuhnya milik mereka dan adanya perjanjian yang telah disepakati oleh mitra/driver ojol ini dengan perusahaan Gojek maupun Grab. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya ketidak jelasan dan dapat memberikan resiko kepada pembeli, atau dapat dikatakan mengandung Gharar sehingga menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya syarat dalam transaksi jual beli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk gharar menurut hukum Islam, praktek jual beli akun ojek online, dan tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktek jual beli akun ojek online Gojek dan Grab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari sumber data lapangan (field research) dan sumber data kepustakaan (Library research) dianalisis dan disusun secara deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa,       syarat dalam transaksi jual beli  merupakan hal yang wajib dipenuhi dalam hukum Islam, jual beli akun ojek online sebaiknya tidak dilakukan karena akan menimbulkan risiko kepada pejual maupun pembeli. Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, Jual Beli, Akun Ojek Online.
