This study aims to determine the effect of promotional activities and product innovation on marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cianjur. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 40.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7.915> 1.986). Product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,669> 1,986). Promotional activities and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance with the regression equation Y = 11.022 + 0.374X1 + 0.360X2. Contribution of influence is 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (45,302> 2,700).

Chapter 2 overviews the historical development and past research into temporary structures from 1970 up to 2016 and describe the various problems that have occurred necessitating changes to traditional design and construction techniques. The survey covers tubular, proprietary and modular scaffolds, bridge falsework as well as bridge construction equipment. Particular areas emphasised are the changes introduced by the use of advanced structural analysis techniques and the need for changes in procedures following the analyses of collapses of temporary structures. An overview of various solutions is presented, including the use of different materials (steel, aluminium, timber and bamboo). The chapter shows that same analysis procedures are used for these different materials. The chapter then overviews the actions acting on temporary structures such as permanent loads and variable construction loads and finishes with an introduction to failures of falsework and scaffolding structures.

Praying is something that is done with special words and actions that begin with intention. prayer has the obligatory requirements of Islam, understanding, age, not being menstruated, not handicapped. The family is an institution that exists in the community, which can determine harmony in the community so that the community is very dependent on happiness in the family and harmony in the environment. The family is formed through a marriage. A harmonious family can determine the level of community welfare, because marriage is highly recommended by Islam for those who have been able and meet the conditions. The objectives of the researcher are (1) to describe the quality of prayer worship in Tebuireng Gg Village 1. (2) To describe the harmony of the family in Tebuireng Gg Village 1. (3) To describe the relationship between family harmony with the quality of prayer in Tebuireng Gg 1 village. The research that will be used is a descriptive quantitative expost facto approach that is correlative. The independent and related variables in this study include the Quality of Prayers (X) and Family Harmony (Y). This research was conducted in Tebuireng Gg 1 Hamlet in January-February 2019. The data collection used questionnaires and documentation distributed to each family. Date analysis techniques using hypothesis testing.

This research aims to analyze the influence of third party funds, Bank Indonesia Certificates, and non-performing loans on return on assets and loan deposit ratio and the effect of loan deposit ratio on return on assets of commercial banks in Indonesia. The sample of this research is commercial bank listed Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2011 - 2015. There are 15 banks that meet the criteria as research samples with assets above IDR 50 Trillion. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that TPF, BIC and NPL are partially and simultaneously influential and significant to the LDR, while TPF, BIC, NPL simultaneously also have an effect and significant effect on ROA, and LDR affects ROA but is not significant.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and communication on the performance of Musi Rawas District Education Office employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and observations. The number of respondents 53 people. Data analysis techniques using simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, multiple regression test, determination test, and f test. The first hypothesis testing is the Supervision variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) which shows that the calculation produces a coefficient of 22,830. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With this result it can be said that Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance because t arithmetic (22,830)> t table (1,675). The second hypothesis testing is the Communication variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) which shows that t arithmetic produces a coefficient of 8,178. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With these results it can be said that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance because t arithmetic (8,178)> t table (1,675). Then testing the third hypothesis found that the calculated F value was 291,566> F table = 3.18 and the significant level simultaneously sig F was 0,000.

This study aims to determine the effect tawakkal towards students’ emotional stability.  Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis techniques using SPSS 16. From the results of hypothesis testing obtained rcount = 0.676> rtable = 2.29 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Hi is accepted so that the results of this study are there is an influence of tawakal towards student emotional stability. The higher of tawakal, the higher the emotional stability of the students. Conversely the lower of tawakal, the lower the emotional stability of students. It is important to have a tawakal because through the tawakal a person can fully surrender himself to Allah. High submission to God gives rise to tranquility and peace of mind. Tranquility and peace of mind make one's emotions stable.

This article focuses on the discussion of the concept of Ronggowarsito's Islamic theosophy in Serat Sabdajati with the purpose to identify the concept in detail. The data of this study were obtained mainly from Serat Sabdajati, which were analyzed through text analysis techniques—carried out with a structural analysis approach. The results showed that Serat Sabdajati contains several Islamic theosophical values. The values contained in include the value of Aqeedah (Islamic doctrine) and Akhlaq (Ethics in Islam). The Value of the Aqeedah consists of the Advice to be close to God, the Advice to Believe in God's Atonement, and the Prohibition to believe another God. Meanwhile, the value of Akhlaq consists of the Teaching of humbleness, Self-Reliance and Introspection, and the Teaching of Patience.

The application of structural analysis techniques to solve real engineering problems is an entirely independent discipline by itself that cannot be properly presented in a book of structural mechanics. However, it is important to give an overview of how mathematical models can help make engineering decisions. This is the subject of the current chapter. The context of the presentation is that of earthquake safety assessment. Of course, this is not the only industrial application of the fracture and damage mechanics of frames, but it is a very representative one and a good example of it. The chapter is organized as follows. First, the problem is presented and a protocol to solve it is described in Section 13.1. Then, an academic software that can be accessed via Internet is described in Section 13.2. This program is used to solve some examples of real structures in the last section of the chapter.
